Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nur ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, viele Restaurants in der nähe, ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt am Hotel. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück und am Abend für die Gäste ein kleiner kostenloser Snack mit Getränk.
Wie immer in Japanischen Hotels, kleine Zimmer ohne Schrank. Unsere Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war nicht so schön.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Food!!! Morning buffet was good!! 事前reviewの通り朝ごはんがとてもよかったです！ お部屋も綺麗で過ごしやすくぐっすり休めました。 蒸し暑かったので、アイスノンの貸し出しがあったのも嬉しかったです。
お風呂スペースが少し臭ったのが気になりました。クレームするほどでは全然ありませんが、ちょこっとだけタオルの生乾きみたいなにおいがしました(タオルはいい匂いでした)。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026ホテルのアメニティーが充実しており、枕の種類も豊富でした。19時頃まで、ビールとおつまみの3種が無料で提供されており、飲みに行く前に利用させてもらえて、有難かったです。駅からは少し遠いですが、繁華街に近く、滞在しやすいホテルでした。
ホテルのエレベータは必ず受付階に停止するので、少し面倒ではありました。18時過ぎのチェックインでしたが、チェックイン客で混雑しており、少し待つ時間が長かったです。機械のチェックインでも、結局フロントのスタッフが手伝っていました。

部屋、浴室等とても清潔で良かったのですが、ひとつだけ。壁にホコリがけっこう付いていて気になりました。照明や窓を開けた時の日当たりでホコリがたくさん付いているのが目立ちます。エアコンの風が当たる正面が一番気になりました。 その他はとても良かったです

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Overall very good experience. I would consider staying there again. Here are the things I liked: - Staff: Very helpful and professional. They informed me of the free treats. They also offered me a cooling towel and explained to me how to use it. It was incredibly useful in the summer heat. They speak good English as well. - Treats: during my stay, there was an offer of free beer and oden in the evening. It was a pleasure surprise and the local beer was great for the summer weather. - Location: walking distance from Shizuoka station, quiet neighbourhood. - Environmental friendly initiative: pick up what you need for your room at the lobby.

I was given room 407, but there was black mold on the window of the room, around the air conditioner, and the wallpaper, and the cough became intense. The too light stopped working, so I had to switch rooms. Maintenance staff are not on -site.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Muy buena ubicación, a unos 8-10 min a pie de la estación de tren. En pleno centro de Shizuoka, en una calle principal, al lado de la zona de ocio nocturna. Muy cerca de bares y restaurantes.
La habitación doble básica era muy pequeña. Estaba limpio pero se ven las instalaciones un poco viejitas. Perfecto para una estancia corta de una noche.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026部屋にある枕と別に固い、柔らかいフィットするなど機能別枕を早い順で選ぶことが出来て私はパイプ枕を選び部屋の枕の上に乗せ安定した寝心地につけました。室内着はパジャマが長くワンピース型になったワッフル生地で寝心地良かったです。
冷蔵庫が音が鳴っていてこれは寝れないと思いフロントで耳栓を貰いました。枕と室内着の良さの方が上回りよく寝れました。

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026신시즈오카역에서 15분,시즈오카역도 약15분 걸음. 딱 중간에 위치해 있으며, 전형적인 일본의 비즈니스 호텔. 한국 원룸의 절반크기인 반룸쯤 되는 사이즈. 2명도 묵을수 있으나 1명 사용하기에 적합. 바로 1층에 7일레븐 편의점 있음. 리셉션이 2층에 있어서, 1층서 객실인 3층~11층을 올라가더라도 무조건 2층은 멈춤. 내려갈때도 마찬가지임. 이건 불편함. 2층 리셉션옆에 식당이 있고 그 반대편에 코인세탁기,전자렌지도 있음. 호텔서 3분거리인 시즈오카 벤토가게가 있음.(돈키호테 맞은편) 가성비 죽임. 꼭 들려보삼.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The hotel isn't far from the train station, several convenience stores and Shizuoka's main shopping area. I liked the tiled genkan area to the room. The shower was excellent, there was a towel rail and I liked that the toilet controls were wall-mounted. The window could be opened and at least there was a view of the street. The fridge opens the right way! The amenities were plentiful and there was even a pillow bar where you could choose from several different pillow fillings (though some of the pillows smelled of smoke).
The room lighting was odd. While there was a light for the genkan area, the bed, the desk and of course the toilet, there was no light for the room itself. While I appreciate the chair had a back and was a swivel chair, I found it uncomfortable after a while. The provided slippers were weird and plastic, but there were disposable slippers available. The aircon seemed to have a mind of it's own when turned on.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Wonderful staff,always with a smile.Very tasty breakfast (with fresh tuna,eel and ramen) and also afternoon tea with snacks&selected drinks included in room rate.Sentcha and matcha tea always available for free in the lobby+complimentary delicious mochi in the afternoon.Really excellent value for money.A few steps away from bars,restaurants and shopping street.Shizuoka station could be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot.The hotel was a really pleasant surprise,it exceeded my expectations and would definitelly love to come back.
The room was small,but it is normal in Japan and the size was clearly written on Booking site,so no complaints whatsoever.It was perfect for me as a solo traveller.
