Beautiful hotel, room was beautiful, everything about it was gorgeous. Staff were great.

I was really disappointed in the food options for vegetarians. I had the only starter as a main dish as there was no other choice. I couldn’t eat it as it was tasteless. Breakfast was good and lots of options.

Location was perfect, food exceeded our expectations, however the bar served us a wine which we enjoyed, but when we ordered a bottle from reception it wasn't the same wine and wasn't displayed anywhere else on site..

The room decor was very dated, it maybe nicce however having a shower and propping open the wall at same time isn't practical. Mobile caravans have better shower facilities

Beautiful location, wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. Enjoyed fabulous walk around the nearby countryside and returned to enjoy their fabulous wine. Very confortable bedrooms and enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening. Big thanks to the reception team who help us return some ítems that we left behind. Highly recommend!

Bonitas vistas, precioso diseño

Chica de recepción que nos atendió al llegar fue poco amable y no tuvo ninguna intención de atender nuestros requerimentos.

We had a magical stay here. The wines were incredible, the food was great, the area was beautiful and the hotel itself was stunning. The staff were fantastic too especially the restaurant staff. It was very hot when we were there so the only negative I’d have is that there’s no outdoor pool!

Nos alojamos en este hotel una vez al año. Para nosotros, es principalmente un establecimiento de paso, donde hacer noche antes de continuar nuestro viaje de regreso a casa. Valoramos positivamente su ubicación y, especialmente, el entorno y el paisaje. Asimismo, el trato recibido por parte del personal de recepción fue correcto y profesional.

Este año desconozco qué ha podido suceder en el hotel. Quizás se deba a una reducción de personal o a algún cambio en la organización/directiva, pero el servicio ha estado claramente por debajo de lo esperado. En concreto, el servicio de cenas fue excesivamente lento, llegando a esperar más de una hora en la terraza para que nos sirvieran la cena. En cuanto a la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que se trataba de una junior suite, tampoco cumplió con mis expectativas. Me pareció bastante pequeña, con una distribución poco práctica y mal aprovechada para una habitación de esta categoría. El secador apenas funcionaba. El colchón/edredón pequeño, el sofá estaba sucio, con desperdicios por encima… En general, la experiencia de este año ha sido notablemente inferior a la esperada para un hotel de estas características en relación al año anterior. Volveremos al siguiente año para dar una última oportunidad.

Le style moderne très original, le lieu retiré avec des vues magnifiques sur la nature environnante depuis la chambre, l'accueil très chaleureux et disponible, le petit déjeuner excellent et le diner sur la terrasse devant le coucher de soleil, le parking avec recharge pour les voitures électriques. Tout était magnifique et inattendu. Une vraie expérience.

L'aspect extérieur un peu défraîchi au premier abord; impression vite oubliée dès qu'on rentre dans l'hôtel.

A reggeli lehetett volna bővebb választékú. A wellness nagyon kicsi és drága a belépő azért az egy óráért. A zuhanycső el volt törve és eresztett. A sötétítő függönynek csak két állása volt (automata): teljesen fent és lent. Az ajtózár nehezen működött(hagyományos kulcs volt hozzá). A képek alapján sokkal szebb szállást vártam.

Fantastic 60s building. We loved it. Restaurant was great. Bought some nice wine there. The staff were very helpful.

It does need a bit of decoration. Things are shabby round the edges. Wouldn’t take much to bring it back. At the beginning we asked if there was a pool or dip. We were told no. When we left we found there was a whole spa!! We missed out on that!! We did love it though.

Interesting layout of the bathroom facilities but the sink was not in the same room as the toilet which is unhygienic for touching handles and switches. I didn’t like the artwork in the hotel but that’s personal taste. I would have preferred modern art that suits the architecture & design of the spaces.

Excelente atención por parte del personal de recepción y camarera en cenas y desayuno. Lo mejor la luz y las vistas, la habitación era una de las diseñadas por David Delfín. Muy original.Una cena buenísima con un servicio amable y atento a cualquier petición. Desayuno variado y con posibilidad de pedir huevos en cocina recién hechos.

El spa necesita varios arreglos en algunas instalaciones.

I loved the location - serene, rural and secluded. Also, I loved the architecture.

It’s a great shame that the great architecture of the hotel is now covered in mediocre art and strange “souvenirs”. Also, it feels like it use a tiny touch up, some spaces are left unused or maintained poorly.

Personeel in het restaurant moest vaak geroepen worden als je iets nodig had. Geen attente meedenkers.

Tan cerca de Logroño un paraíso de paz, paisaje y tranquilidad, perfecto para desconectar. La camarera muy profesional y amable en todo momento.

The room was comfortable and had some interesting design features.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and the staff didn't manage to rectify the problem which was disappointing as it was very hot outside. The food was also disappointing as the website suggested it had a very good restaurant. My main course at dinner was poor and compared to the breakfast buffets we had just been getting during 10 days in Portugal the selection was quite limited.

Hotel claro e super bem decorado; há um 'wine-bar' na recepção para se provar por taça os vinhos da propriedade a um preço excelente; Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável; café da manhã ótimo; propriedade bonita e agradável; vagas no local; boa localização para conhecer bodegas da região e fácil de chegar. Unusual room...... evening meal and breakfast

De grootte van de kamer, personeel bij het ontbijt vriendelijk.

Geen faciliteiten zonder bijbetaling, stond idd in de beschrijving maar waneer je 190 euro per nacht betaald mag je wel iets verwachten. 50 euro voor 2 pers een uurtje welness is wel aan de prijs. Ook de kamer laat te wensen over, randen in de badkamer erg vies. Ranzige toiletborstel. In de douche ook maar 2 ouderwetse kleine flesjes bodywash/shampoo die niet bijgevuld werden. Sfeerloze accomodatie, geem leuke bar om nog wat te drinken. Wij zijn daarom naar Logrono gereden wat toch weer 20 rijden is. We wilden ook voetballen WK kijken waren ze niet eens van op de hoogte. Erg teleurstellende ervaring. Beter de recensies vooraf moeten lezen

In eerste instantie was de wijnmakerij onzichtbaar. Pas na de gevraagde rondleiding ging het leven. Guillermo heeft ons van alles verteld wat erg leuk was.

Lage knapp außerhalb Entrena auf einen Weinberg mit fantastischem Ausblick ins Tal. Hotel Modern und großzügig geschnitten. Der Bauhausartige Stil ist Geschmackssache. Zimmer hell und freundlich, sauber. Essen Im Restaurant schmeckt gut, draußen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Nette Führung durch die hauseigene Bodega, leider trotz 4 Nächten Aufenthalt nicht inklusive (19€) Moderate Weinpreise.

Zu wenig Personal. Über Tags ist eine Person für Rezeption und Bestellungen (Essen/Getränke/Weinbar) zuständig. Man musste also, wenn man was wollte immer vom Garten zur Rezeption laufen, keinerlei Service im Garten. Am Morgen und va. am Abend im Restaurant ebenfalls nur 1 Person, daher lange Wartezeiten, wirkte unprofessionell. SPA nicht inklusive. Frühstück eher "übersichtlich". Am meisten störte uns, dass es in diesem wunderschönen Garten mit schattigen Olivenbäumen und der tollen Sicht keinerlei Loungemöbel gab. Nur klapprige Gartenstühle aus Plasik. Das lud nicht sehr zum chillen und Weingenießen ein. Insgesamt keine 4 Sterne wert.

Beautiful location and views, although be aware you're out of town. We ate in the restaurant for the tasting menu with matching wines. A strong ethos of locally sourced produce introduced foods I had not had before and others I wouldn't normally eat - be adventurous! Rooms were clean and spacious. Team were all friendly and helpful. There's a spa facility but we didn't get to time to use it. Highly recommend afternoon drinks on the downstairs terrace.

There's nothing I didn't like but be aware that you're driving distance from any local town if you want to visit bars or restaurants.

This is a quirky hotel and bodega . The staff were super friendly and the setting was stunning .

Well we couldn’t do a wine tour as it needs 6 people which was a shame .

Het hotel ligt tegen een berg tussen de wijngaarden en is goed bereikbaar. De ontvangst was keurig en correct. De kamer is wat ons betreft iets te ver doorgeschoten qua styling. Op het bed na, is alles achter platen board 'verstopt', zodat het allemaal heel strak ingericht moet lijken, Voor ons hoeft dat niet, maar smaken verschillen. Het bed was prima, de kamer was schoon. Het ontbijt was goed en compleet. De bediening in de bar en het restaurant was teleurstellend.

Het diner viel ons zwaar tegen. Wij bestelde van het menu een entrecote en dat kwam er ook, maar meer dan een stukje vlees lag er niet op het bord. Geen groenten, geen frites, geen saus, helemaal NIETS! Omdat er toch ook wel veel buitenlanders komen mag je van de bediening toch wel verwachten dat zij iets Engels kunnen spreken. Er was totaal geen communicatie mogelijk en wij hadden de indruk dat de serveerster zelfs bang was om iets tegen ons te moeten zeggen of vragen. Graag het personeel beter instrueren en opleiden om met gasten om te kunnen gaan.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Receptionistin, die gute Unterlagen und Tipps hatte. Cooles avantgardistisches Zimmer. Etwas ältlich aber absolut OK. Schöne Lage in den Rebbergen. Reichhaltiges, qualitativ gutes Frühstück

Das hoteleigene Restaurant. Hier war die Bedienung unmotiviert eher unfreundlich. Auch das Essen war höchstens durchschnittlich mit kleinen Portionen. Wir hatten zur Vorspeise die "Spargeln mit Sauce" bestellt. Es gab dann auf einem grossen Teller eine (1) dicke weisse Spargel, welche nicht geschält in etwa 8 Stücke zerschnitten und aufgestellt und mit Sauce übergossen wurde. Kostete 12Euro!!! und war gar nicht fein. (siehe Bild im Anhang)

Las camas son muy incómodas y en la carta del hotel faltaba variedad.

El trato del personal de la cafetería

El hotel en sí es un quiero y no puedo, las habitaciones no están mal de tamaño pero los baños y el mobiliario son incómodos y nada funcionales, están mal hechos y cutres, pero te lo venden como moderno ?! No hay ni smart TV ni nada que reseñar positivamente de la habitación. La bodega no tiene ningún atractivo, ni tampoco las instalaciones, está en un pueblito bastante feo y sin absolutamente nada que hacer, no lo recomiendo para nada, hay cientos de destinos en La Rioja muy bonitos como para perder el tiempo en este.

La habitación es cómoda y luminosa.

La presión del agua no iba bien. Al spa le falta mantenimiento. Algunas partes no funcionaban bien. El masaje es muy caro para lo que supone. El descontracturante demasiado fuerte y el relajante demasiado flojo.

Mooie plek, bijzonder hotel erg mooi. Tussen de wijnvelden heerlijk wandelen. Ontbijt wad na het miserabele diner dan weer een verrassing.

Ondanks dat de dame vd receptie erg aardig was, is gastvrijheid verder weinig aanwezig. Voor een wijn- hotel verwacht je ook de beleving van tasting. De liefde voor hun product is nergens. Diner was bar slecht ondanks onze feedback is hier geen actie op genomen. Verder alles extra duur. Massage, gebruik vd Spa. Jammer heeft veel potentie maar ze maken er niets van.

La Ubicación junto a los Viñedos

El diseño de la habitación, era algo incómodo el uso de los servicios de ducha y el foco del baño, no funcionaba, lo reporte en recepción, pero no hubo una solución, terminé mi estadía de dos noches y seguía sin funcionar, el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, destacó la atención de las camareras en el desayuno, muy atentas y muy cordiales, pero el bufet era muy limitado y con pocas opciones.

La ubicación estaba ok.

Nos cancelaron un día antes la reserva de cata y visita a la bodega a pesar de que era un servicio pago. El personal de recepción totalmente indiferente. La habitación incómoda y la ducha sucia incluso con manchas negras como de humedad. Comparado a otros hoteles de la zona está muy por debajo y no lo consideraría 4 estrellas jamás.

Es un lloc idíl·lic i situat en un entorn incomparable. El personal en general molt amable i servicial. Pel que fa al menjar correcte. Tot i que l'hotel ens ha agradat molt en total, si entres en detall hi ha una manca de manteniment de les instal.lacions.

El disseny antiquat de les habitacions i sobretot el bany, tot i que de disseny es molt poc pràctic. Opino que estaria molt be renovar-lo.

Countryside location felt secluded but close enough to towns to get some food if you want. Views were excellent out of our room and they put us in a beautiful room big enough for our family of 4. Breakfast was nice and wine was great value.

Liked everything - only negative is that if you want to use the pool, they charge extra per person and need an hour notice to heat it up.

A experiência foi maravilhosa. O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado e com uma atmosfera extremamente agradável. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática e acolhedora. A massagem foi simplesmente incrível, um verdadeiro destaque da estadia relaxante e feita com muita qualidade.

Não tive pontos negativos durante a estadia.

El precio para el servicio que ofrece, me parece elevado. Desayuno escaso. Spa muy pequeño no incluido en la junior suite para justificar su precio, por ejemplo.

I was at the Finca several times. Perfect location also to visit the Rioja are. Perfect with a dog. Very good price / quality. The staff at the reception is fantastic.

I was struggling a bit with the restaurant. Beeing no local I dont like the opening times and the quiet restrictive handling of those. The reception did a lot to compensate ( offering coffee at their place etc.) otherwise I would have considered to cancel my second booking. Also the offer is limited for several days stay, and again the reception managed some variations for me. They did a great job.

Brilliant waitress in the restaurant - really cheerful and funny. Made our day!

The rooms is aweful. Not as advertised. Shower does not have curtain, sink is hidden inside a closet. Worst 4 star room I saw in my life

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. La tranquilidad, el entorno. El personal, fantástico. La limpieza perfecta. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y todo perfecto, ningún problema.

No hay nada que no nos gustara.

Mi estancia fue lo que esperaba. El entorno y comodidades del hotel fueron perfectas. Las vistas desde la habitación, el vino, la viña y su recorrido, todo cumple con las altas expectativas que tenia antes de llegar. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas par auna espacada romantica de fin de semana. La ubicación tambien es buena para moverse en coche por el sector.

Creo que lo único que podría mencionar es el precio del restaurante. Para la calidad de la cena siento que estuvo un poco caro. El SPA tambien le podria faltar alguna remodelación para quedar en mejor estado, lo cual no afecta su uso.

Todo bien, eso si, recomiendo mejorae la visita a las bodegas, incluir por ejemplo algo comestible del estilo de salchicon, chorizo etc.. no es un gran gasto y queda mejor. En otras visitas a otras bodegas estaba incluido. Tambien es buena idea mostrar un video de como se hace el vino en las instalaciones, lo mismo, en otras bodegas nos pusieron ese tipo de cosas por el mismo precio, y la sensacion cambia radicalmente, tambien ilar mejor a la hora de contar el procedimiento. Son pequeñas cosas que haran que parezca mas profesional esa visita a las bodegas.

A lot of choices for breakfast and very good that eggs were cooked fresh for you when ordered.

Die Zimmer sind sehr cool designed, wie auch das ganze Hotel. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns etwas zu Essen organisiert, obwohl die Küche schon geschlossen hatte :) die Lage in den Weinbergen ist sehr romantisch und man kann gut kleine Spaziergänge machen.
