No bacon for breakfast. Poor voice on the TV Green and groove is very poorly stocked for a cocktail bar. No Irish coffee because there's no Irish whiskey. No malt whiskies, not even one and the most ridiculous thing No tonic water. How can a hotel in the heart of the tropics not have the essential Gin and Tonic?

Location is perfect as we are attending concert at Impact Areana. Breakfast is considered good but the environment can be improved to be more cosy. Hotel room is clean and above my expectation. The food in Groove is excellent.

Ziemlich alte Ausstattung und nicht Geräuschgeschützt. Man bekommt vieles mit was die Nachbarn so treiben.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Playing a tennis tournament at ALM Impact which is literally 3 minutes walk away. Also there is covered walkway to the Cosmo Bazaar so the distance becomes much more bearable despite the Thai heat.
My stay coincides a K-pop concert which spikes up the room price. I believe it is for this reason that the hotel compel customers to take up the breakfast (which I wish would be optional). The room is a bit small for the price I paid, but I believe it is because of seasonality rather than quality.

It was kind of unintuitive to get to the hotel from impact arena at first. I recommend going from the hotel -> impact arena to learn the route first.
