The room was good The food and serving was exceptional. Good food and service Location is a bit tricky to find but good parking . The rooms are quite nicely cleaned and maintained.

The ambience was excellent, and the staff were extremely approachable, warm, and hospitable. This was my third visit to Amritsar, and on two occasions, I have chosen to stay at Regenta. The food is also very good, with a wide variety of options available at the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable family stay. Its location is another big advantage, being just around 2 km from the Golden Temple. I like the hospitality provided by Vinod and Ramana. Good job team. Keep up the good work.

The rooms and washrooms were very clean. The services were on time. The room services were quick and precise. Especially Gulzar caught our eye, he was very polite and professional. The atmosphere and ambience were very appealing. Helpful complimentary amenities were provided. The Noise Level was fine as well, no disturbance. The location was not the best, the view was blocked and the rooms lacked a balcony.

Food - food is great and food service, we really enjoyed the food here. Location - Is nearby all tourist places and easy to commute. Parking - no dedicated parking space , putting my vehicle outside of hotel after handover the key. Room service - Not understand the meaning of urgency or customer needs need to follow 4-5 time then hot water start and extra mattress took almost 30 min. Totally bed service here. Hotel room - light is too low in the room, it's hard to ready or read in the room. Overall - only food is great other services below 3 star.

I stayed there for one night but the buffet breakfast is awesome. I really liked the Dosa, Tea and Amritsari Kulcha. Our host Ms. Raman served us really well. Thanks to her for the yummy breakfast.

We stayed at Regenta central Amritsar. We loved the facilities. The rooms were veryyyyy nice and clean up to the mark. The staff was super polite and good to talk to. Loved the breakfast. Raman has helped us she was very sweet and clam. Just a complain we didn’t like the food that we ordered during the day. It was a bit mid. Rest we are happy with the services overall.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming here wanting to stay at a central place near the Golden temple. Spacious rooms, excellent hospitality. The buffet breakfast was amazing and Miss Raman from the hotel staff was very kind to cater to our additional requests. Plus they provide cab service from the hotel itself which is a great addtion.

The quality of food was great and quantity was very sufficient or one person and the staff was very polite and respectful and helpful and we had breakfast we also had kulcha which were prepared by chef komal which were mind blowing

Second stay in Royal Orchid group of hotel after overwhelming stay at Puri. Property is well located overlooking GT Road. Ample Parking space is available. Rooms are well sized and decently maintained. Breakfast is great with lot of options for kids. Staff is very courteous and friendly. I must mention names of Ms. Sukhi Ma'am (Restaurant) and Mr.Baljit Singh( who drove us around) for their positive attitude and beautiful smiles.
