Nice tatami room with very comfortable futon (japanese style bed), and it is possible to arrive anytime with self check-in/check out. Accomodation is clean, even though the bathrooms are shared, each shower offers enough privacy. There is air con in the room and kitchen in the common area.

Extra services as laundry are bit pricey.

C'est l'hébergement que nous avons préféré de tout le séjour. Même avec le fait d'avoir les douches et wc sur le palier, on s'est vraiment senti dans un Japon traditionnel. Les commodités sont propres et la chambre spacieuse

Le prix de la machine a laver 1000y et pour sécher 1000y, le plus cher de tout le séjour

Très bonne auberge, nous étions avec nos 2 enfants dans une chambre de 4, très confortable et assez grande. Cuisine très bien équipée et frigo partagé très pratique. L'endroit est chaleureux et on s'y sent bien. Bien situé pour le centre et les lieux historiques.

Cloisons assez fines comme souvent au Japon et le dépôt des bagages payant au check in qui est comme souvent assez tard, pas cool !

לא היתה נוכחות של צוות בכלל- קיבלו אותי רק לצ'ק אין ומאז לא ראיתי אף אחד בכל הימים שהייתי שם- הרגיש שאין את מי לשאול, לקבל המלצות, להיעזר. לפי התיאור שראיתי לפני- היה נראה מקום מאד חי ותוסס עם אווירה חברתית נעימה, אבל במציאות היה מרוחק וללא אנשים. מבנה גדול ומעט אנשים בזמן שאני שהיתי- כך שהרגיש עזוב. שרותים ומקלחות קצת ישנים ולא מאד נקי.

Super endroit! Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Nous avions pris 2 chambres, puisque nous sommes 5. C'etait tres propre, tres accueillant.. Nous avons adoré notre petit séjour!

Chambres assez spacieuse et propres. Sanitaires en bon nombre et cuisine très fonctionnelle pour tout le monde.

Personnel assez inexistant. Dommage, nous aurions aimer avoir des conseils sur la villes et surtout sur le Matsuri.

Les chambres étaient confortables, grandes et propres. Les sanitaires (salles de bains, lavabos et toilettes) étaient également propres et offraient les services nécessaires. L'hébergement était à proximité d'arrêts de bus.

Beaucoup de services proposés étaient payant et chers. Par exemple, nous avons payé 4000 yens pour 2 lavages/séchage de vêtements. Ils ont duré plus de 5 heures, nous avons dû nous coucher très tard, et le linge de l'une des machines n'est pas ressorti sec.

L’espace partagé car nous avons fait de belles rencontres.

À part des vélos à l’entrée, le nom et une petite histoire des propriétaires affichées dans le couloir je ne vois pas ce qu’il y a de yoga et de vélo dans cet hébergement, ça ressemble plus à du marketing: nous n’avons pas eu de propositions où il n’y avait pas de planning de yoga, j’ai posé une question précise au personnel sur un composant de vélo que je cherchais mais je n’ai eu qu’une réponse générique . Je m’attendais plus à un hébergement davantage à taille humaine avec rencontre des propriétaires mais ce sont des employées qui faisaient bien le ménage mais je n’ai pas reçu de « bonjour » un seul jour de ma présence. L’accueil était peu chaleureux. Le canapé du salon est en partie abîmé

El estilo tradicional del alojamiento es un punto a favor. Las camas eran cómodas y el precio es asequible. Cuenta con una cocina común bien equipada.

Está alejado de cualquier atracción turística. Solo te ofrecen una toalla (pequeña y vieja) para toda tu estancia, salvo que se pague un extra. Pasamos cuatro noches y no recuerdo ver a nadie del personal, ni si quiera en el check in, a pesar de que dicen que cuentan con personal en la recepción.

Le personnel qui ne dit pas bonjour. Le manque de propreté. Notre chambre était pleine de miettes et de cheveux et les lieux sont sales. De plus, la literie est vraiment mauvaise drap 100% synthétique et oreiller tellement plat que c’était comme ne pas en avoir.

La habitación es cómoda y con buena luz. El espacio común de la planta baja es amplio y cómodo. El futón es cómodo

Los retretes y duchas son escasos para la capacidad del alojamiento. Los días que estuvimos estaba completo y hubo que esperar un buen rato para poder usar la ducha

Its a nice location. There is a Lawson nearby and quite a few restaurants. The room is nice and the lobby is really nice looking with a lot of space and board games to play.

It needs one more common toilet.

This place was clean, modern and traditional and excellent value. It is maybe 15 minutes walk to the train station, not a problem for us but maybe others. It has a family mark 2 mins walk away. Fantastic equipped kitchen and common area. Excellent budget stay.

Établissement est propre et bien équipé. La chambre deux personnes est petite mais ça passe très bien. Les espaces communs sont très agréables et très propres. Le quartier est très bien desservi par bus pour aller sur différents sites intéressants de Kyoto.

Room was a tiny bit small but comfortable!

The common Spaces were very clean, and so was the room. The facilities were quite big, which allowed for several people to take the shower or use the restroom at the same time without waiting. The style of the building was Japanese, but very efficient and the rooms were very big and comfortable. Overall the stay was really perfect!

Peccato che non facciano il servizio dí ricevimento e spedizione bagaglio. Con quel servizio sarebbe 10+!!!!

The location and there was a Sento within 5 minutes walking distance.

Our room smelt terrible. We left one night earlier than planned. When we asked for a refund we were offered no assistance. The listing implies they offer yoga and bikes however this is very misleading as all incur further charges. Yoga needs to be booked days in advance.

Echt een super fijne accomodatie net buiten het centrum van Kyoto! Alles is super schoon en rustig. Met busstations om de hoek ben je zo in het centrum!

Great amenities, common area, kitchen + laundry. The hosts were kind and helpful. We loved being able to rent bikes right on sight for the day. It was super easy to check in and out.

Our room had a bit of a weird smell to it, though it wasn't too overpowering. I also noticed one of the toilet bidets wasn't working, but the other one was.

Very clean, and check in and out were very smooth. The atmosphere was pleasant. Excellent value for money. I would gladly stay there again.

Getting the air conditioner to work required some problem solving for non japanese speakers. The room fan must be on for it to work properly.

Het personeel, wij zijn in totaal een week gebleven en de Chinese medewerkers hebben geen 1x hoi doei of goedemorgen gezegd, ook andere hotel gasten vonden dit een zeer ongemakkelijke situatie.

It's very comfortable and clean. We loved the futon beds, and the shared bathroom spaces and common areas were really nice. In terms of the location, we found a couple of great spots to eat in the area, and it was a short walk to public transport options. It felt a little out of the way, and perhaps a little industrial, rather than a charming area to stay. The guest house itself was lovely though.

As mentioned, the location was perhaps a little out of the way from the more central and pretty areas of Kyoto, but this could also just be our personal preference.

La asignación de dormitorios. las dos últimas noches llegaron una familia muy gritones en las mañanas con una niña que golpeada la pared sin parar, ellos no le dijeron nada solo la dejaron que siguiera golpeando las paredes y gritando, fueron unas mañanas horribles , deberían asignar dormitorios para familias y personas sin hijos. También era un poco incómodo que los huéspedes anduvieran en ropa interior caminando por las áreas comunes del baño y los pasillos no era agradable ver a jóvenes en calzones, sobre todo si hay niños y mujeres

Very clean property with more than sufficient communal facilities and rental items (such as bikes) if needed. Situated close to useful train stations and also 1 minute away from a family mart which was very helpful. There were some restaurants nearby so if you’re feeling lazy there are places to eat close by. Staff were friendly and always happy to assist.

Mattress was a bit thin. Not the most uncomfortable but could have been better. They also charge ¥700 per luggage item to store before check in which I thought was a bit steep and not necessary as most places don’t do this.

Muy bien ubicado y super acogedor, atendieron super bien y recomiendo totalmente arrendar las bicis para moverse por toda la zona, es una experiencia inolvidable si andan con alguien mas o solos.

本当に寝るためだけに割り切った滞在ならアリだと思います。家族風呂は有料なので、シャワーだけというのは年齢的にしんどかった。あとテレビも部屋にはないので本当にベッドとデスクチェアのみ。 外人さんが9割くらいだからか、共同洗面は水浸しでマナー悪。特有の香水やスパイスの香りもキツイ。

El agua caliente de las duchas nunca funcionó. Intenté preguntar por mensajes directamente a la propietaria en booking pero me respondió demasiado tarde y al final no se resolvió lo del agua. Viajamos en invierno, por lo cual tener acceso a agua caliente era importante. Es lo único negativo de este lugar.

The whole vibe was nice and very friendly staff. Good value for money.

For that price it was just a really nice place to stay, so no dislikes.

El lugar es muy cómodo, las instalaciones excelentes, tenes todo para pasar una estadía agradable. Tenes bus a una y dos cuadras. Las chicas q atendían el lugar eran muy atentas.

Er is een fijne gemeenschappelijke keuken en woonkamer. Soms voelt het een beetje klein, maar dat ligt eraan hoe veel ruimte verschillende mensen innemen. Ik vond fijn, dat wij zelf eten klaar konden maken. Er is zelfs een rijstkoker. De kamers zijn functioneel, de badkamer goed met een mooie waterstraal en genoeg wasbakken. Het personeel is jong en zeer tevoorkomend en aardig. Goede plek 😊👍🏻

La chambre était spacieuse, il y a de nombreuses douches et de nombreuses toilettes donc c'est parfait pour les voyageurs et l'établissement est globalement très beau.

Il faut prendre en compte de prendre des transports (vélo, bus ou taxi) pour se rendre au centre-ville environ 30-40 min en bus mais l'établissement vaut le coup en termes de rapport qualité prix.
