Abensee je městečko s množstvím úzkých uliček, některé jsou uzavřené z důvodu rekonstrukce. Do centra cca 15 minut pěšky, trochu jsme bloudili při hledání cesty zpět do hotelu.

Es war eine komfortabel Unterkunft auch die Schwimmhalle war sehr schön der Park wunderbar gepflegt Frühstück einmalig Essen im anschließenden Abend Lokal hervorragend es hat uns sehr gefallen

Nic nebylo

WOW Luxus, Wohlfühlen, außerordentlich gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen. Klare Empfehlung auch für das Gasthaus Mostschenke; ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so ausgezeichnet und exquisit gespeist. Das Zimmer ist ein Traum und das hauseigene Schwimmbad immer nutzbar. Hier fühlt man sich einfach rund um wohl.

Frühstück war sehr lecker ,sehr nette Atmosphäre und nettes Personal.

Leider war kein Programm am Fernsehr wo man die Fußball WM sehen konnte, auch kein Ö3 Radio war vorhanden.Nicht allzu sauber.

Schönes gut geführtes Familienhotel

Alles sehr schön hergerichtet und schmackhaft. Toller Kaffee und gute Auswahl. Die Räumlichkeiten so liebevolle dekoriert und eingerichtet. Da kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Danke für die tollen Tage bei Euch.

Beautiful place, cozy swiming pool, kind and friendly owners (family hotel and restaurant). The room was very spacious and airy, tastefully and practically furnished. The garden behind the house and the garden surrounding the restaurant were some of the nicest spaces, where we had the opportunity to spend time and dine. We will be back soon :)

Geräumiges und trotz kompletter Fensterfront nicht einsehbares Zimmer mit sehr schönem Bad und grossem Balkon, bequemem Bett und morgens dann reichhaltigem und qualitativ hochwertigem Frühstücksbuffet. Die Mostschenke nebenan bietet für den Abend hervorragende Speisen. Das gesamte Anwesen wirkt geschmackvoll, mit Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit für's Detail gepflegt. Die erste Unterkunft hier auf der Plattform, die ich bewerte mit "hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen"

Was war nicht gut? Muss man suchen... Dass das Hotel nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar ist, das weiss man vorher durch Kartenstudium, beeinflusst also die Bewertung nicht. Die Mostschenke hat Mo/Di Ruhetag. Zu Fuss ist das nächste Lokal dann eine halbe Stunde entfernt.

Frühstücksbuffet war erstklassig Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personal und der Familie Steinkogler hervorragend

Velmi krasný rodinný hotel s výtečnou restaurací. Personál velmi milý a bazén s nádherným výhledem na hory. Všem vřele doporučujeme. Určitě se zde ještě ubytujeme.

Personal a snidane a to prostredi bylo uplne kouzelne. Bazen taky skvely. A nadherna zahrada!

The way of breakfast buffet is quite specific, not always preffered by travellers.

THis facility is EXCELLENT!!! What a dream of a place to relax and vacation. Mother Nature provided rain for many days but we were comfortable, well taken are of and enjoyed the clean indoor pool and sauna. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic breakfast and afternoon "Kaffee und Kuchen" with delights backed by Margareta (the owner) herself. This is a family operated hotel and restaurant and we were truly spoiled. They all went above and beyond helping us (when our rental car would not start), catered to our needs for our 93 year old mother and were always kind, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the property called the Mostschenke im Heustadl and provides a five star Austrian experience in dining. The family has been on this property since the 1600's and have up-dated and built the hotel in the last ten - twelve years. The Mostschenke is the renovated cattle barn and it a delightful venue for dining. The Hotel is clean, bright and the two bedroom chalet suite is a dream for a family vacation. You will love staying with the Familie Steinkogler!! We thank them for a wonderful experience. Heidi, Lisa and Ria

In the upstairs bedroom it would be perfect to have some drawers and a armoir. Also the bathroom glass might be better to be frosted to provide some privacy. These are suggestions to make it more comfortable and not complaints.

a good hotel in a beautiful garden, with an indoor pool. The rooms lacks character but the attached restaurant is worth visiting ( But you need to be very patient !). You are very close to Traunsee, go by car and visit the lake and chapel.

The owner is not very flexible. The TV in the room has absolutely no English speaking channel.

Fantastic hotel with a unic host couple, always helpful and a small talk. Placed in the small city Ebensee surrounded by mountains, near to natur and experience. There is a very nice garden, pool area and sauna. Perfect rooms with everything. The restaurant that is placed next to the hotel has fantastic atmosphere and good food and drinks. The locals is eating here 4 days in paradise.

Superb hotel with spacious immaculate rooms. Good size pool and spa and beautiful gardens. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant with a wide selection of local dishes and wines.

they should have a breakfast menu, owner was asking everyone how to prepare eggs for them. it was little bit confusing and once they completely forgot to do it for one of us

Everything was wonderfull, nearby restaurant offers good menu for dinners and also playground for children / swimming pool + both types of sauna / nice views from balkoons / nice garden with plants and places for seats

The lake was little bit distanced, around 15 minutes by walk

Fabulous place, amazing hosts, beautiful surroundings… one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was incredible, the pool was a big hit with the little one. And the homemade cakes and tea/ coffee afternoons were a hit with everybody! We’ll definitely go back!

Absolutely everything. The location was stunning, the facilities were top notch, the service was personalised and impeccable. Our room (the family room) was straight out of an interior design magazine and the breakfast was great. We dined several times at the hotel restaurant which was adjacent to it and is also run by the family - and it was delicious. There was a big park with a trampoline and other games to keep the little one entertained and the roofed, heated pool was a big hit also. There was a lovely garden to have tea and cake in (home made cakes, coffee and tea were available from 2 to 4 pm at no extra cost) and also to read a good novel and lose yourself in the scent of the flowers and the sound of the feature fountain. The gentleman who runs it has high attention to detail and was very kind and attentive. We had to leave before the usual breakfast time so he got up one hour earlier to make a full breakfast just for us! He made sure our stay was excellent and we will definitely be coming back next year! Many a hotel owner/ hotel chain manager should visit and take notes on how to run a place to an absolute high standard.

We loved every minute of our vacation. Perfection in every tiny detail. Garden is a small piece of paradise, rooms are spacious, beds are confy, breakfast is delicious bathrooms are modern and large, The restaurant is cosy and stylish, food is great, etc...Staff/owners are lovely and helpful. We just can't wait to come back.
