Un hotel con mucho potencial para mejorar. Es la mejor opción en Guasave, pero deben mejorar instalaciones. Instalaciones viejas (principalmente en el baño), mala señal de tv, entra demasiada luz a la habitación.

I have stayed in this hotel since the 1980's. Both dining areas are much improved, but the main hall can use more lighthing. The food is good as always and servers are very efficient.

Good parking space. Secure. The hotel is across the street from a convenience type store/Pharmacy named Guadalajara, like a CVS or Walgreens. That is great!

Todo estubo muy bien, rápida disponibilidad, un entorno tranquilo quizás los colchones no fueron de mi agrado, mí gusto es menos rígidos, pero cada quien su gusto.

Bien En general, ofrece lo básico para una buena estancia. Elevador muy tardado y camas, sábanas y puertas así como almohadas viejas . Un poco de amor y mejoraría singnificativamente

El hotel y la hospitalidad del personal magnífica, muy gentiles y atentos, mi crítica es a las habitaciones, las camas son súper incómodas, matrimoniales no hay camas queen o King, además los colchones súper duros, llegué a descansar por el viaje y no descansé nada, la toallas súper duras y ásperas, parecían lijas, falta atender ese punto en el hotel pues no se puede descansar adecuadamente

property needs a renewal work. Shower water pressure is weak, hot water is not hot enough. Needs to have a chair in the room, no use if only a desk. Heater is cold. Casino keeps me busy for a little. Staff is good. May not stay here for the value.

El hotel grita desesperadamente que lo renueven. Las camas estan mas duras que una cama de piedra. Las tarjetas para abrir la puerta de la habitación se desactivan constantemente. No cuentan con tapetes para el baño. La ubicación del hotel esta perfecta. Una buena renovación les caeria bien.

Llegué al Hotel y me dicen que no hay disponible ninguna habitación , que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva por parte de Expedia porque no tenían disponibilidad y que ellos no me podían reembolsar nada de lo que pagué porque lo hice a través de l aplicación y la aplicación me dice que ya no pueden hacer reembolso porque ya estaba fuera de tiempo para cancelar

No había agua y pésimo servicio no quieren solucionar, mal trato etc . No lo recomiendo

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and there are many options for eating . It has parking which is a major plus. Maybe if the beds were a bit softer would be better. But overall, good experience.

Servicio en general cumple con el minimo, el hotel ya esta viejo y deteriorado, baño le falta limpieza al area de regadera, no tienen silla para el escritorio. Las camas ya necesitan renovarse y las almohadas ni se diga.

La habitación que me asignaron, fue pésima. Tenía como vista desde mi habitación las unidades condensadoras de los aires acondicionados. Esto fue bastan incómodo ya que el ruido en la noche de pronto era un poco molesto. Por otra parte en el restaurante, también tuve un par de inconvenientes con los alimentos ya que me mandaron en varias ocasiones los platillos mal elaborados. Definitivamente es la última vez que me hospedo en este hotel.

Es la mejor opción para hospedarse en Gusave, ya he tenido el placer de visitarlos algunas veces. Me gusta lo céntrico, con restaurantes cercanos, un Oxxo enfrente, el restaurante con el desayuno está muy bueno y el bar también es cómodo. Buen internet y aire acondicionado.

Tiene muy mala atencion el personal, en cuanto a limpieza realmente es terrible, pedimos nos brindaran toallas limpias ya que las que estaban en la habitacion olian muy mal y tenian manchas amarillas y de suciedad y limpieza en el baño y habitacion en general nunca subieron ni cambiaron toallas la atencion del personal de recepcion muy mala

The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast, service was on point and pricing was excellent.

I think personnel at the door and counter need to improve customer service. Make the customer feel more welcome.

Good location. Restaurants nearby. Safe. Casino in hotel but restaurant only open on the weekend. No pool. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is older and renovations were poor. The bed was uncomfortable and I had to clean the room to feel comfortable. The linens were stained and room temperature was too cold it didn’t seem like the heater worked.

It’s not worth the price. Outdated hotel. The worst, stained and smelly pillows. Not even mild hot water in the shower, and cold water only in the sink. Sink was clogged and asked the front desk to take care of, but they didn’t.

Lots of noise from children in the halls, elevators and mechanical. TV was broken. A very dated hotel that needs an upgrade. But the restaurant was very nice.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Staff is very attentive, anytime of the day or night. Hotel is located near downtown Guasave, few blocks from the mercado where you can find from fresh cooked Mexican food, clothes, fruits, home goods, make up, hats, anything. There is an OXXO at the corner. Laundry service was great!

It was clean not enough towels. No hands nor wash towels. We got there around 5 pm very hungry. Restaurant was closed for an event. Very disappointed! This hotel was very far away from the 15D Freeway. It was a run down hotel. Staff need to work on their people skills. We ask for restaurants suggestions and they didn’t know much. Will never again stay in this town.
