Outdated furniture. Bed uncomfortable. Balcony is small and was very hot due to the outdoor air con blowing hot air in ur face when standing at on the balcony

Reviewed May 2, 2026The staff at the reception weren't so helpful. The rooms were so bad we wanted to cancel our booking but the hotel wouldn't refund us the money and forced us to stay. The AC never worked it was boiling in the rooms. The bathrooms smelt so bad. The list goes on....

Meiner Meinung nach ist es kein 5 sterne Hotel (max. 3) Das Badezimmer war nicht gerade 5 sterne wert + muss man depo für Zimmerkarte zahlen als Depo was ich noch nie bei einem 5 sterne Hotel erlebt habe( bei verlust der Karte bekommt man kein Geld zurück).

Noisy air conditioning unit, uncomfortable bed and suspect bed bugs as bitten quite a bit on legs and stomach. Poor communication regarding issue with no hot water from shower for 4 days, asked for this to be looked at while we were out in Bangkok, not done as manager said we were not available for them to do, but they had a master key so we didn’t need to be on site. Towels not left after being changed. Offered us a free breakfast and beers as a gesture to make up for this, but we don’t drink and the breakfast menu was offered the day before we were due to check out. Arranged a taxi as I asks for this instead at their cost, taxi took us to the wrong station and we ended up paying additional costs on top of the200 BAHT the hotel gave us. Very disappointing 😞😞

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025I like the glass windows but however under the bed is not clean and needs a hover the sofas are really old the balcony has loads of bird poop so can not open the door to cool down the room heat the pictures are so much better then what it really is like in person. 1 to 10 I would give it a 5.

Legnagyobb baj hogy köze nincs az 5 csillaghoz. Még thai mércével sem. Nagyon mást vártunk bekalkulálva a helyi viszonyokat is. Kopott szállás, kilátás a szeméttelepre, gyenge reggeli, retusált fotók.

Just a little far outside of Bangkok, but grab/train transport are easy and not far from hotel.
