Absolutely perfect location, with a wonderful terrace over looking the bay. Excellent service from all the staff, especially the Spanish lady and James the barman Food.. simply fantastic and lots of it.

Our bathroom and our beds were very narrow. Luckily, my mum and I are quite tiny but this would definitely not work for many people.

Excellent position on the Coverack sea front. Genuine staff: warm, fab. service, helpful & informative. Traditional.seaside styling. Outstanding breakfast & snacks in less formal bar (we didn't dine in the restaurant). Comfortable, compact 'cosy' room. Fresh milk in fridge. Great location for coastal walking.

Nothing! We only booked for 2 days & were sorry to leave, possibly our 'cosy' rooms may have made a longer stay a little less appealing.

The location, staff and food all exceptional. The breakfast was especially delicious with so much choice. Every staff member so friendly - we felt like we were being hosted by old friends.

The relaxation and views of the place. The access to the beach was really good.

The room was rather noisy, there was a intermittent drumming noise which affected our sleep. The staff were made aware of it and were very apologetic and managed to get us moved. Sadly the room we moved to had another noise like an extractor fan coming from another room which kept us awake.

The food in the restaurant was magnificent

Station bei unserer Wanderung auf dem SWCP. Sehr schöne Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen und gutes Frühstück. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Halt machen.

Only downside to our stay was the small size of the room when compared to the other hotels we stayed in, this was disappointing as it was the most expensive of the 5 hotels we stayed in during this leg of the SWCP

Fresh, well appointed, perfect location

Lack of disability access was surprising. Staffing numbers need examining, O’ and the hurriedness of staff physical movement, for us was a distraction from the general air of calm and relaxation. Overall however a beautiful relaxing time, and yes we hope to return. Thanks David & Jennie

It was not for me personally: you had given me a beautiful room downstairs. But our party were shocked that you did not have a lift which would have made it impossible for my friend in a wheelchair to get to room 8.We sorted it out by swapping rooms. I think you need to make it very clear that you are not wheelchair friendly when we book

We were very happy to get an upgrade at this hotel. Gorgeous sea view room on the first floor. This is a lovely hotel, clean, comfortable with great views. Food was good and staff friendly.

Staff in the hotel were amazing with the dogs. It was in a great location as it's right next to the beach and also the harbour. Loved how it's so dog friendly, and everyone is just genuinely nice and friendly.

I met up with friends. It was most comfortable and staff were excellent. The Manageress in particular was charming and attentive.

We arrived later than anticipated. The reception manager arranged for room service & was very helpful. The view from the room was fabulous & the biscuits in the room were a nice touch. Would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Nothing. Not a complaint as such as I never reported it but there was a daily aroma of drains in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose. It was manageable with the window open. Only mentioning it to alert the staff to resolve for future guests.

Excellent breakfast with a range of choices. The views from the hotel are amazing and the sun loungers overlooking the bay are a lovely way to relax after a day’s walking along the coastal path. The staff are kind and helpful. Great start to our holiday.

Staff were helpful & friendly and the food was delicious

We got upgraded to a slightly bigger room than we booked - it was fine but for the rate per night the furniture looked cheap, minimal decor, the shower was poor and towels were thin. There was a combi shampoo/shower wash and no body lotion etc which I would expect for over £200 a night. Service could be slow in the restaurant, with my partner having to find someone to serve us breakfast one morning after waiting over 10 mins. Additionally, there were dead flies on some tables, & the ones not in use were shoved into a corner. This didn’t give a nice atmosphere that you would hope for when main courses are £25+. Overall it was a nice enough place if you were paying ~£100 a night but feel they were too reliant on the lovely settings & lack of competition than maintaining the hotel to the standards expected for the price point.

Sehr schönes Zimmer (#5) mit Blick auf die Bucht, gutes Essen, prima Service, sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Essen mit Hund „nur“ in der Bar, jedoch mit Blick auf die Bucht und der Tisch wurde für uns immer reserviert und liebvoll eingedeckt. Nach unserem 3tägigen Aufenthalt empfehlen das Haus besonders.

Overpriced for the standard of room. Pillows were old, hard and uncomfortable. The room had the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen, it was more like a cupboard. There wasn't even a proper door to it. Not good value when we paid over £200, just expect something more spacious and comfortable at that price.

Very scenic location. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a really comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely and good value. Would definitely stay here again.
