MG Hotels & Suites

It was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very attentive and efficient. The restaurant on the premises was excellent.

The service in general was ok. Room was ok, not great, bathroom very small. This is more of a business hotel and not a vacation property. Breakfast area in the morning is very poor. The hotel does have a pool and a decent steak house on premises.

Hallway carpet stain and had trash on them need spit cleaned and daily vacuum No internet for 4 nights my husband ou had to pay our phone carrier almost $100 to use our phone and internet. Every day I went to the office I was told they were working on the internet at the end I was told someone would reimburse me for the inconvenience. At checkout I was given a card to contact someone.

Great place and great costumer service

Amazing service.

Beautuful hotel, spacious rooms, affordable prices. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast is really good. It’s very close to the airport.

Its was a perfect hotel for a View and near shopping plaza

Good location convenient

Excellent for the price . Very nice size rooms , great restaurant bar downstairs . Very comfortable bed

This is a gem in llano grande . Beautiful and with amazing staff. Alejandro was great and very professional.

Amazing services and the restaurants is the best of the best

We stayed one night since we had an early flight. The stuff was attentive, the room and overall hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They had transportation arranged for us at 4:30 am which was very convenient.

I love everything about the property excellent

I love this property and its staff. They make me feel special and somehow at home. I recommend this property.

Quiet area.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, modernas. Bien ubicado, excelente servicio.

Stained sheets and pillows. The rest was ok.

It was amazing, clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently close to the airport

Is not a clean hotel

I like the food too much

I loved the hotel, super quiet, great service, super kind frint desk, rooms clean and amazing location

The service was very good and the staff so very helpful and pleasant

MUY BUENO

The staff made the stay great.

Good location next to the airport. Excellent customer service.

Stayed overnight and it was excellent.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA.

The atmosphere surrounding the area and the place is very peaceful..

We came here for one and I wished we stayed more. We were picked at the airport by Alejandro with a very warm smile. A fantastic first impression I must say. Then we were met by Filipe on the front desk, who was also equally as nice. Service was great, room was clean with everything you need and more. The breakfast was delivered to our room and it too was very good. We ate in the steakhouse last night, it is absolutely fantastic! Our server Giusseppe (I apologize if this is not correct spelling), took great pride in looking after us. The food was incredible. I will certainly stay here again when I visit Medellin. Thank you everyone!

Overall, this was a nice one night stay. Walkable to local restaurants.

Cleanliness and quiet.

It was excellent

Staff very friendly and attentive.

Excellent very close to the airport clean room plenty of space

Staff friendly

Felipe at front desk was so wonderful and helpful. He made sure we got everything we needed and it was late inthe evening after a long day of traveling from Miami, FL. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Just what we needed.Simple room, safe, quiet and very clean. No hair drier or iron in room. Small kitchenette but no utensils, pots , etc.

The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure my fiancé and I were given the best service.

The web side claims restaurant on premises…this is false MG is going down big time Staff are cordial and friendly but it seems that owner’s don’t want to invest in the hotel. I will not return to this place

Privacy really good

Clean and new

Muy tranquilo y la atención muy buena

This is a relatively new facility, but has no on-site dining and water/snacks from a vending machine. I would recommend it for someone who speaks Spanish and wants to bring their own food to prepare.

Great personal at front desk, good pool and jacuzzi, recommended for the price.

Everything was great, good customer service and the room was amazing and clean

Wow!!

Everything was great. I appreciated the security at the front of the property and the welcoming staff as I walked in. Its a nice place to stay to avoid the traffic into Medellin and take a breath of fresh air . I would be happy to stay here again

Secluded hotel near airport. Excellent service with helpful staff. Hotel security is excellent with guard at front gate. This was a last minute booking, so I excused the lack of a chair in the room, chain on curtain was off track, so unable to open or close, and shower did not drain properly. I will definitely return as hotel property and staff were helpful, professional, and attentive. Restaurant closes at 6pm, so late dinner is arranged with restaurant delivery service.

Beautiful area, great views, nice rooms, 20 minutes from the airport

Loved the pool!

Quiet place to rest near to the airport. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent

This hotel is amazing for tourists - the staff is multilingual and very tentative as a Canadian I feel extremely comfortable at MG it’s my 3rd time staying here

This hotels is near the airport and very convenience for travelers, cheap for the staying.

Great quiet modern hotel by the airport. Surrounded by nature and birds. Very calm. All staff so pleasant and helpful. Very comfortable room and beds. they can arrange transfer from airport. Breakfast nice not buffet but cooked to order

Everything was good but the promote airport shuttle and you need to pay that apart is 40000cop more

We stayed for a week, went there for a birthday and also visited several places around, beautiful weather great people, loved it, our hotel HG was fantastic!! Very clean, new and great crew, The front desk crew was so helpful, they went out of there way every time.

Everything Is great I doy think need more than this

Hotel is new and clean, staff is really nice but this hotels is one of those that charge you for everything. Transportation from airport to hotel has an extra charge an late checkout (an extra hour) has a charge of more than the room price. It also bother me that there was not a trash can at the room. Breakfast was ok. In general I probably won’t stay again at this hotel, they are many other closer to the airport with probably more perks for the same price.

A real hidden jewel. I loved this place. IT is a small but elegant hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and its location near the airport (10 min) si very convenient. It has a nice pool and the WIFI is perfect. I'm satying again there.

Nothing special but water suppy was cutted of 08:00 no chance to get a shower... not a business hotel

Hotel was poorly marked at the street. Entrance should be better marked on the road it is on. Had to be moved to 3 different rooms, before the air conditioning worked properly. There was not well supplied food options after hours inside the hotel.

Good breakfast, safe, friendly staff and very clean.

I Know the area , nice place to stay ( new ) little more experience would make it perfect, would i stay there again ? yes

Polite professional service. Breakfast was excellent and the service very nice.

Staff is awesome and good location for quick stop un Rionegro, very good recomentadion about restaurant la nonna.

Very bad and slow service at the time of service. Bad quality of food . The breakfast late a lot and the food was cold.

Very nice location and beautfull place, Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very good

I am so angry and annoyed about the WiFi in this hotel . They provide 3 different networks but not one will work ! To make matter worse :the mobile network on my phone cannot work inside the room. I could not work or surf the internet . If I could cancel I would definitely leave this below average hotel . A hotel without working proper fast internet service is not acceptable in 2018 . Now I understand why the cost here was so cheap and non- refundable

Comfy, welcoming, clean, nice breakfast and pool. Room was big, with a nice view and quiet.

We had to stay here for a friend's wedding. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, we were just caught off guard when we found out half of our party did not have A/C in their rooms. Apparently half of their rooms and suites don't have A/C. Additionally, when eating at their restaurant, when asking for a menu we were told they didn't have a menu and it was a verbal menu, which was very limited. Additionally, when having their breakfast the dairy products are not kept on ice and when eating your cereal the milk is hot. Overall, the service was great, there were just a few misses when it came to amenities. Don't come here expecting a luxury experience. I also think they should advertise the no A/C situation.

Excellent English provided made stay easy? Very clean and nice.
