J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! J’ai été super bien accueillie, le personnel était impeccable avec service exceptionel ! L’emplacement est idéal pour circuler dans la ville, les chambres sont très propres et le riad est magnifique, avec une terrasse très agréable. Je recommande à tout le monde

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Riad Chams, Marrakech! We stayed at Riad Chams from 30/08/26 to 03/09/26 and had a wonderful experience. The riad was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. A special thank you to Abdur Rahman, Jamilah, Fatimah and Ali for being so friendly, caring and helpful. They always went out of their way to solve any issues and gave us great guidance during our stay. We truly felt at home, not just like guests. We highly recommend Riad Chams to anyone visiting Marrakech and would definitely stay here again, In sha Allah! ❤️

Siempre que voy a Marrakech voy a ese Riad, las instalaciones son perfectas, está muy bien ubicado, los desayunos buenísimos, está muy limpio y sobretodo Ali, Abdu y todo su equipo hacen que tu estancia allí sea familiar y perfecta, para mí ellos son ya mi familia marroquí 🇲🇦

Riad tranquilo y acogedor en donde todo el personal se desvive porque estés cómodo. El desayuno marroquí súper variado y rico.

Los desayunos excelentes, todo riquísimo. El trato, maravilloso!! La ubicación muy buena, en pleno barrio de la Medina. Por las tardes los chicos nos preparaban un té estupendo que tomábamos en la piscina para relajarnos después de todo un día de turismo.

Super nice and lovely staff. Very friendly and helpfull!

Location is not in nice place. Room and equipment is old and generally not clean enough. There were also some death bugs under blanket. Floor not clean enough. We booked other riads and even feedback was worse, it was better than this one. Breakfast was similar every day and basic.

La chambre était un peu petite

Ambiente molto amichevole, lo staff come famiglia, la cucina ottima

Super équipe : Merci à Jamila,Fatima et Aïcha pour le petit déjeuner excellent : chaque jour en plus de la base, un plat différent : omelette, petit sandwich, spécialités marocaines ... Merci à Abdo, Abiden, Ali et Ayoub très accueillants, beaucoup de gentillesse tout en restant très professionnel. On est comme chez soi, à la maison tout en étant dépaysé. Le Ryad est très beau alliant la tradition et le confort. Climatisation dans la chambre. Le patio superbe pour le petit déjeuner, la terrasse pour se rafraichir et farniente près du bassin et la terrasse roof top avec la tente berbère pour se reposer, lire etc ... et les tables pour regarder le couché du soleil et les toits de Marrakech en sirotant un thé. Très calme, le matin réveil avec le chant des oiseaux. On croise aussi deux tortues qui ont élu domicile dans le Ryad. Deux entrées dans la médina proches du Ryad. Plusieurs restaurants autour et un supermarché BIM.

Selon les personnes : vous pouvez peut-être, être gêné par le jour qui rentre très tôt dans les chambres, car les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant. Mais j'ai réglé le problème pour moi avec un petit masque pour les yeux !

Desayuno muy completo, los chicos del Riad siempre intentaban que nos sintieramos como en casa. Al llegar al aeropuerto escribimos para que nos facilitaran un taxi, al llegar estaba un señor con un cartel del Riad esperandonos, como el taxi no puede acceder a la misma calle del alojamiento, Ai-ou nos estaba esperando y nos acompañó andando para enseñarnos el camino hasta el Riad, cosa que agradecimos porque llegamos bastante tarde y con los mapas puede ser un poco lioso. al hacer el check-out nos dejaron quedarnos haciendo uso de la terraza y la alberca, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Habia dos tortugas y una gata que cuidaban de la casa y eran adorables.

Quizas que la ubicacion estaba un poco escondida y para dos chicas (somos asustadizas) por la noche puede dar un poco de reparo

La amabilidad del personal

3 éjszakát töltöttünk el ebben a rendkívül hangulatos és családias riadban. A személyzet mindent megtett annak érdekében, hogy jól érezzük magunkat és mindenünk meglegyen amire szükségünk van. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, főleg a menta tea. A riad elhelyezkedését tekintve pont jó helyen volt, legalábbis nekünk, ugyanis a Jemaa El Fana tértől kicsit távolabb szerettünk volna lenni a nagy zaj és nyüzsgés miatt. A riadhoz vezető út sikátoros részen át vezet, ezért főleg este nagyon figyeltünk egymásra, de szerencsére volt világítás. Ami különösen jól esett a számunkra, hogy az utazásunk napján, mikor már órákkal korábban kicsekkoltunk, megengedték, hogy lezuhanyozzunk a hazaút előtt, amit nagyra értékeltünk.

A szoba kicsit dohos és szagos volt.

Clean, athmospheric, beautiful terrace, nice bathroom. Awesome cat and gorgeous turtles are living there.

Old air conditioner

This is a lovely riad with friendly welcoming staff. We loved our time here ❤️ a little spot of calm in the chaos of Marrakech.

The riad is beautiful and tucked away from the noise, but still only about 3 minutes walking from the entrance to the souks, a pickup point for taxis/tours, etc. It is very pretty and has a lovely, friendly cat called Khaima. The staff was great, everyone I met was superb and made me feel very calm and at home. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. There is also a menu for dinner and some snacks like sandwiches and pizzas but I didn't eat in the riad, as I preferred to find some restaurants outside. My room was good size and nicely furnished, and the bathroom and shower were great. It had good wi-fi and a nice terrace. At night the riad was very peaceful. Thank you to the great staff: Ali, Ayoub, Abdo and Abiden! :)

If I had to be very picky I'd say the shower took a bit of time to heat up. Not a problem, just something to remember - just let the water run until it's hot :).

We had a wonderful stay at this Riad. The staff was super-friendly and really wanted to make you fell at home. The Riad is inside the Medina and about 5min walk to the nearest Souks (market streets)

Tout le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours serviables et à l’écoute de nos besoin. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et variait selon les jours. L’endroit est calme, paisible dans le contexte d’une ville vivante comme Marrakech : un véritable havre de paix. Point bonus pour le chat qui a rempli nos petits déjeuners de moments mignons.

The hotel is really well situated in a quiet are but still very close (walking distance) to many sights! the rooms were were very nice and traditional, the breakfast was made with so much care and was delicious! and the team was absolutely exceptional! incredibly kind, warm, reapectful and helpful all hours of the day and night! i cant recommend this accommodation enough!

Todo el personal del ryad fue súper amable, en especial Ali, que estuvo súper pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Los desayunos fueron increíbles y estaba todo muy rico. Sin duda si volviera a Marrakech volvería aquí, ya que está fuera del ruido del zoco y te devuelve paz al final del día y sobre todo porque gracias a todos los trabajadores te sientes como en casa.

Breakfast was really great and staff are very attentive and helpful. Building is beautiful. The house cat is well taken care of and very friendly, will sit on your lap and sleep.

The sewage smell constantly leaks out of the shower/toilet and makes the hotel room smell very bad. Sometimes the staff would not know when to leave us alone and made the women uncomfortable.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, non ho niente da dire. Posizione ottima per fare tutto a piedi ma anche per prendere un taxi. Lo staff è eccezionale, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno aiutato in tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Vi consiglio vivamente questa struttura, piccola ed accogliente!

Fue todo un acierto alojarnos en el riad chams. Lo que más valoramos fue la amabilidad y cercanía de todo el personal del riad. Atentos en todo momento a lo que necesitábamos. Si pudiera volver a la ciudad volvería aquí. Además es un sitio con mucho encanto. Gracias.

Ali and the team were so welcoming and made us feel very at home. The courtyard of the Riad was beautiful and the roof terrance a perfect quiet hide-away. Breakfasts were great and the location was perfect.

Super Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer im oberen Geschoss war vom Innenhof her schön hell. Das Bett war bequem, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Supernetter Staff insbesondere Abdo hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet, kurzfristig Hamam und Rental Car organisiert und uns mit Humor und guter Laune einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt beschert - Danke Abdo nochmal !😊👍🏼 ansonsten schöner Riad mit sehr gutem Frühstück und toller Dachterasse-Alles sieht nach „Nochmal“ aus !

Accueil très agréable et au petit soin. Riad au calme et en même temps proche du centre et du souk. Le petit déjeuner et varié et copieux. On a testé le hammam et ce fut bien agréable.

We stayed for 2 nights, (2 parents and 2 adult kids). We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much, especially thanks to the amazing staff, their hospitality, smiles.. They have explained us so much about Moroccan culture, history, and Ramadan traditions. The best introduction for Morocco we could ever have (Thank you so much for the "Harira" and other treats. ) The rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the roof garden and breakfast area For us the location was perfect, far enough from very crowdy tourists areas, but close enough to very nice shops, taverns, and cafes. We love to stay again whenever we will be able to come to Marrakesh again. Many greetings from all of us from Athens, Amsterdam and Belgium; Dimitris, Maya, Afea and Yason

En general me gustó todo. El personal muy atento, ofreciendo su ayuda para lo que necesitara. Desayuno fantástico, y la habitación muy cómoda.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, hübsch und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Leckeres Frühstück, tolle Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt und ruhig zum entspannen.

The riad was beautiful and authentic. It was clean and clear that the staff took pride in its appearance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel really welcome. Youssef took time to give us a very helpful introduction to the city when we arrived and the tea and Moroccan pastries on arrival were a lovely touch. Breakfast was nice and varied each morning too.

e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato nel riad chems 5 notti. Il riad è molto bello e pulito, con il classico fascino degli edifici marocchini, il cibo era fantastico e sopratutto la posizione per noi è stata perfetta, centrale ma vicino ad una strada principale per evitare di perdersi nella medina la sera tardi. Il vero punto di forza sono stati i ragazzi del riad, gente meravigliosa che oltre ad esser sempre disponibile ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia. È stato un piacere poter passare del tempo con loro, ridere e scherzare abbandonando ogni barriera culturale. Abbiamo sicuramente lasciato il paese con alcuni amici in piu! Grazie di tutto ragazzi, a presto, da Riccardo e Maria.

Il ne faut pas craindre la petite rue qui mène a l hotel, c est un peu déroutant au début mais au final c est très tranquille.

Le Riad Chams porte bien son nom, cet endroit mais surtout son personnel sont solaires ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Ali et son équipe sont au petit soin. Le Riad est très charmant, on aime y passer du temps. L'emplacement est parfait. Mention spéciale pour Rhaima, le chat mascotte du Riad. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent riad with 7 rooms, beautiful roof terrace and courtyard in a quiet location iin the cente of the city.

Might be a little difficult to find at first without help - but staff was happy to meet us at a nearby taxi stand.

Sehr freundliche, ehrliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen. Gute Lage des Riads am Rande der Medina. Wunderschöner Innenhof und schöne Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten in den obersten Stockwerken. Gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten eigentlich nichts auszusetzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kleinigkeiten, wie eine Überforderung der Heizfunktion der Klimanlage (Ende Januar bei ca. 5°C nachts) und ständige Druckschwanklungen beim Duschen (Wassermenge und Temperatur war kaum einzustellen). Alles in allem sind das aber Luxusprobleme.

La atención fue inmejorable y nos encantó pasar ahi nuestros dias en Marrakesh.

El desayuno super completo y dentro de que la base era la misma todos los idas variaban algunas cosas. Incluía fruta, café o te, pan, mermelada y mantequilla. En la azotea tienen juegos de mesa donde poder entretenerte y pasar horas de lluvia que por ejemplo nos toco a nosotros.

El espacio entre la cama y la pared es muy pequeño, lo que hace un poco incomodo el moverse por el lateral, todo lo demás estupendo. La ducha y el cuarto de baño muy bien, con presión y temperatura adecuada.

Everything! The guys were very friendly and helpful. I felt like was at home!

Wir hatten für 15 Euro einen Transfer vom Flughafen gebucht und dadurch keine Probleme, die Unterkunft zu finden. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Durch die zentrale Lage sind die Wege kurz um sich alles anzusehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Personnelle très sympa , prend le temp d’accueillir et expliquer tout les activités et balade à faire dans Marrakech , chambre propre , emplacement impeccable juste à côtés d’une entré dans le souk pour rejoindre la grande place , parking connue des taxie très facile à repérer . Riad très très calme ce qui faisait vraiment du bien après une journée dans le souk , piscine rafraîchissante et petit déjeuner copieux tout les matin sans devoir se lever trop tôt . Merci encore

Funcionários super simpáticos, fizeram sentir-nos em casa, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. O Riad é lindo lindo e tem ótimas condições. O meu namorado quis ver um jogo de futebol e eles ofereceram-se logo para colocar a dar na tv. Pequeno-almoço formidável e saboroso. Ambiente muito acolhedor e familiar. Recomendo a 200%

Location, well off of the ‘beaten track’ down narrow winding alleyways but on the plus side only 20 mins walk through the Souk to the main square.

Everything was perfect. It was an honor to be guests of Ali and all the other guys on the staff who run this Riad with love and dedication, away from the chaos of the Medina. We felt right at home and loved everything: the beautiful terrace, the services provided, the excellent food served to us... Until next time, brother!

The staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. They organised trips for us and ensured we had breakfast before we left for the day regardless of time (4:30am on our departure day!!). The property is exquisite with gorgeous terrace areas. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return myself.
