Perfect Location! Close to the Ferry Harbour, and Short Walk to Speed Boat Harbour and to some beaches (we went to Blue Lagoon - beautiful!) Very good value for Money. Simple Room, but even with kettle & Coffee, fridge, Moskito-net and small round table and chairs. Small private outdoor garden was nice too! Very friendly staff, and breakfast is included.

The location shown on booking.com was not correct, so we did some extra walking around the block. Check out Google Maps for the correct Location.

Great location, 3m walking form the departure point of the speedboats. Very nice staff, simple but clean room. Good breakfast. They also organized our pick up from the airport for a very good price.

My main reason for choosing this hotel was its convenient location to walk to Padang Bai port and the office of Ekajaya Ferry to go to Gili islands. Therefore, I just stayed one night here. The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. I didn't have any expectation other than cleanness, easy access to the port and being budget friendly so this hotel served the purpose.

Das Personal war super bemüht, extrem freundlich und auch wenn es eine einfache Unterkunft war, war es sehr sauber.

Grundsätzlich ist der Hafen von Pandang Bai nicht die schönste Ecke von Bali, aber die Unterkunft und das Restaurant sind für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert.

There was nothing positive about this stay.

Before booking, make sure to confirm the check-in time directly with the property. In my experience, the host strongly pressured us to use their own taxi service, and when we chose not to, it created unnecessary problems with our reservation. I would not recommend staying here. There are many other accommodations nearby with friendlier and more professional service. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of Padang Bai

Bel petit endroit quand on a le bateau à prendre le lendemain , un énorme merci a Lala et toute son équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur bonne humeur.

Je pense qu'une personne a du fumer un jour dans la chambre n°1 car ça sentait le tabac froid sur la moustiquaire et je pense les rideaux, ce qui n'est pas très agréable quand on est non fumeur.

C'est très bien pour passer la nuit avant de prendre le ferry pour les iles Gili. On peut y venir en Grab depuis l aéroport. Les bureaux des compagnies de ferry ou sont les rdv sont très proches, les distributeurs de billets aussi. Les petites rues a cote ne manquent pas de charme. Confortable et propre.

On entendait des gens qui faisaient du karaoke mais ils ont arrete tres tot. Les prises et la bouilloire ne sont pas tres pratiques mais on s en sort.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement pour sa proximité avec le port, 5 minutes à pied ce qui est idéal. Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit déjeuner est très bon et vous avez même un petit restaurant sur place si besoin.

部屋が隅々まで綺麗に掃除されてる。 タオルもふかふか。 スタッフはフレンドリーでやさしい。

ドライヤーが設備のないのは残念。 壁が薄くて隣接しているバーの音楽が駄々もれで夜クラブミュージックが聞こえる。 照明が少なくて室内がくらい。天井にひとつあればもっといいのに。

2eme séjour d'une nuit avant de prendre le bateau. Rapport qualité prix imbattable .

La proximité avec le port est le point positif de cet endroit, c'est parfait pour passé une nuit de transition, attention à ne pas se faire arnaquer pour les bâteaux et demander au staff ce qui est le mieux.

Un peu de bruit car collé au restaurant mais passable, la clim en revanche je ne sais pas si elle sera réparé d'ici là mais elle faisait un boucan d'enfer donc ce n'était pas la meilleure nuit de ma vie mais ça fait l'affaire pour être proche du port.

Loved my stay here - clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. It is very spacious and you get your own private courtyard. Great for when it is raining heavy.

방컨텐은 완전 곰팡이와 얼룩이 가득했고 베개는 곰팡이 냄새가 심해서 속을 보니 곰팡이가 엄청했어요.바꿔달라고 해서 가져왔는데 역시나 냄새가 심했어요.직원이 물걸레로 방바닦을 청소했는데 물기가 너무 많아서 너무 불편해서 다음부터는 물걸레를 사용하지 말고 비질만 해 달라고 부탁했어요.직원들은 친절하지만 숙박업소의 자질이 너무 부족했어요.침대의 커튼도 곰팡이가 피어있어 잠잘때만 들어갔어요.조식에 커피잔은 너~무 오래됐고 깨져있었어요. 우기인지 5cm의 다리 많은 벌레가 많고 방으로도 들어 왔어요.장소가 좋은데 주인장이 정말 알고 있는지 궁금했어요.정말 아쉬웠어요.방은 꼭 마른걸레질을 하기를 정말 부탁드려요.침대도 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 드리이어로 말렸는데 말릴때마다 악취가 심했어요.이 곳의 위치가 좋아 곰팡이만 제거 한다면 사람이들 많이 올것 같아요.모든 침구류들은 빨아서 비닐팩에 밀봉 후 손님이 부킹되면 깨끗하게 셋팅하기를 원해요.가격이 싸게 받지말고 제발 곰팡이가 낀 커튼과 베개.침대시트를 샘새를 제거 해 주세요

The owner was so incredibly kind, she let us check-in after a problem with our boat forced us to take the ferry and arrive to Padangbai very late. The room was quite spacious, clean and she let us store our bags and even shower after the beach the next day. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect spot to stay if you are getting the ferry to Gili Islands. It’s right by the port and there are many nice restaurants nearby. It’s also a short walk to Blue Lagoon where you can snorkel.

Ein kleines, einfaches Hotel mit Restaurant, in dem man sehr freundlich empfangen wird. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und schon etwas älter, aber alles ist ausgesprochen sauber. Unser Badezimmer war neu renoviert und auf der kleinen Terrasse gab es sogar eine zusätzliche Außendusche. Das Bett ist mit einem Moskitonetz ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Besonders praktisch ist die Lage: direkt am Hafen, nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Terminal der langsamen Fähre nach Lombok und etwa 7 Minuten zum Speedboat-Terminal. Wer Luxus oder moderne Ausstattung erwartet, ist hier falsch – aber für eine saubere und freundliche Unterkunft mit top Lage zu einem sehr fairen Preis ist das Zen Inn absolut empfehlenswert.

My family and I have stayed several times at Zen Inn on our way to the Gilis. We love the friendly staff who greet us so warmly. The rooms are just lovely and equipped with everything for our stay. The breakfast choice is perfect and included in the very reasonable price of the stay. Thankyou again for a lovely stay

Sehr unfreundliche Managerin, welche die Gäste abzocken will. Unterkunft kann kein Flughafentaxi bestellen, weil angeblich kein Telefon vorhanden ist. Es gibt viele bessere Unterkunfzsalternativen. Zimmer war gut, aber aufgrund undichter Fenster voller Moskitos

Close to fast ferry. Lovely staff, perfect for a short stop over. We checked in after 11pm and the staff opened the Kitchen for us just so we could eat dinner.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Bali before catching the boat to Gili, and it was perfect! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also in a great location — very close to the harbour, which made our transfer super easy. Would definitely recommend for a convenient and relaxing stopover!

Room and bathroom were a bit dated and rough around the edges, there was a strong vomit smell permeating from the corridor outside our room.

늦게 도착했음에도 숙소와 연결된 드라이버를 이용하여 문제없이 체크인 했습니다. 아침 식사를 챙겨주었습니다.

항구 근처에 해당 가격대에서 기대할 수 있는 정도의 숙소 퀄리티입니다.

Its terrible. We booked our accommodation on Booking.com and clearly called the hotel in advance to request a pickup, even informing them of our flight arrival time. However, when we arrived by taxi, the hotel was closed. The taxi driver and local merchants called and asked around, but the hotel was still closed. We waited for about an hour before finally booking another hotel with cash and arriving at our new accommodation after 2 a.m. This was the first day of my trip, and it was very late. The hotel and Booking.com, which brokered this, should not only refund me the accommodation, but also take responsibility for the voucher and the cost of the accommodation I booked so suddenly in the early morning.

L’équipe est au petit soin et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment en face de l’embarcadère pour les îles. Pour 18€ la nuit le service était parfait ! La chambre était propre, 2 petites bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée, Clim allumé et petite terrasse privative à l’arrière. Rien à dire. Merci 😊

빠당바이에서 길리 가려고 밤에 도착해서 잠깐 자기 좋았아요. 사진은 좀 별로처럼 보이는데 아주 깔끔하고 콘센트도 잘되어 있고 가성비 최고에요. 물도 두병이나줘서, 담날 챙겨가기 좋았어요 ㅎ 조식도 주는데 7시부터 하니까 일찍 나가시는 분들은 패스

저희 도착할때 비가 무지 와서 낼 배 안뜨나 걱정했는데... 비가 밤새 미친듯이와소 ㅠㅠ밤새 걱정하면서 잤어요. 심지어 소리 넘 커서 잠을 못잘 정도 ㅠㅠ 노이즈캔슬링하고 간신히 잠들었는데도 비가 오는 소리가.....근데 에어컨 끄니까 멈추더라구요?!!! 에어컨 소리 소나기 오는 소리 미침 ㅡㅡ 진짜 에어컨만 고치면 짱이에요 ㅠㅠ

El mejor sitio para ir a las gilli temprano.

I spend in zenn Inn 2nights before going to gili and 1night when returned and cant say enough good things about this place. Staff are really nice and room is very clean with good ac and 4pacs of instant coffee to make. I cut myself before going to gili and they fix my finger like a nurse 😊 see you next time.

Camera semplice e pulita, presente anche un piccolo giardino privato al quale si accede dalla camera. La struttura è vicina al porto, quindi la posizione è ideale per prendere traghetti per le isole. Il personale accogliente e molto gentile.

Perfecto para coger el ferry a las islas gili. Habitación pequeña pero bien apañada, una terraza perfecta para salir a fumar o tomar el aire. El restaurante muy caro para la comida que ofrecían, poca cantidad y calidad. Nos ayudaron a conseguir un taxi hacia Uluwatu al volver de las islas.

Las chicas que están en el restaurante muy majas. Suficiente para una noche antes de coger el ferry. Habitación y baño limpios.

Good location, reasonable size room, nice and clean.

Spacious, clean and well equipped rooms - the private garden was a huge bonus for us! We slept well and felt really safe, comfortable and looked after.

Wir waren eine Nacht im Zen Inn auf der Durchreise zu den Gilis. Preis-Leistung war unschlagbar. Einfaches und sauberes Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Simples aber leckeres Frühstück inklusive. Sehr nah am Hafen, man konnte zu den Fähren laufen. Was super ist, um das Verkehrschaos zu umgehen was morgens in Padang Bai herrscht.

Accueil au top. On est arrivé à 21h très fatigué de notre journée, on a pu commander à manger au resto de l’hôtel et dîner dans notre chambre. La chambre était très grande et propre et avec un jardinet privatif, Salle de bain nickel. Très content de ne pas avoir écouté les mauvais commentaires. Emplacement nickel pour prendre le bateau pour les îles gilis. On a pas eu l’occasion de goûter le petit dej car on a dû partir tôt
