Absolut enttäuschend – dreckig, heruntergekommen und voller Schimmel Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine absolute Katastrophe. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft bereits in einem ekelhaften und unhygienischen Zustand. Überall wirkte alles dreckig, abgenutzt und völlig heruntergekommen. Dazu kam ein massiver, unangenehmer Geruch nach Schimmel, der den Aufenthalt im Zimmer kaum erträglich gemacht hat. Wir haben uns deshalb beschwert und das Zimmer gewechselt. Leider war das zweite Zimmer genauso schlimm: ebenfalls heruntergekommen, dreckig und mit demselben unangenehmen Schimmelgeruch. Von einem sauberen und gepflegten Hotelzimmer kann hier wirklich keine Rede sein. Man möchte sich in einem Hotelzimmer wohlfühlen und vor allem erwarten wir ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Beides war hier leider überhaupt nicht gegeben. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Wir können dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung definitiv nicht empfehlen.

No wifi in the room, the reception staff was far from being welcoming nor really helpful as I asked for an Iron and the guy there turned me away rather in an unpleasant way saying that the hotel doesn’t have it without any apologies or anything

The complex was chosen for a cheap one night stay for an early flight from koh Samui. It was a veryvquick 5min taxi ride.

The fabric of the building is very tired. The bathroom was stained, and appeared uncleaned for decades! If we had been due to stay for longer than one night, we would not complained or left. The bedding was however clean.

This is a hard hotel to fairly review. First off, it's cheap.. and the price is right, because there's a lot wrong but the thing is that there is a charm and it doesn't feel like a perfectised corporate, which is actually quite nice. And the pool was nice. And the layout is actually quite nice assuming you're not phobic of hills.

We had to wait 15mins for anyone to appear at reception. It was one person doing it all so fair enough. The doors have large gaps in them so mosquitos easily got in. It's a tired older hotel with all the issues that brings. There's no shower in our rooms - just baths and they weren't overly pleasant looking. We only stayed one night so avoided them. But look... They know this, it's why it's so cheap and there's a certain charm. So... This isn't a bad review. We didn't regret our stay.

L'hôtel est très vieillissant, pas entretenu, et globalement il n'est pas conforme aux photos de booking. L'accueil est presque inexistant et il n'y a pas de service de restauration. La wifi est limitée a certaines heures donc problème de connexion.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience we had with your hotel’s reservation and cancellation process.Prior to our planned stay, we called to inquire about the possibility of cancelling our booking. We were assured over the phone that cancellation would not be an issue, which gave us confidence in your service. However, on April 21st, when we tried to check in, we called again to ask if it would be possible to stay for just one night. We were informed that the hotel was fully booked and there was no availability, despite our previous discussion. As a result, we had to book another hotel for that night, incurring additional costs and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we have now been told that a refund will not be provided, despite the initial promise made during our phone conversations.

Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer gebucht es war leider aber wie 1 stern low budget Zimmer im Bad Tür Fenster verfault die Dusche war zusammen an der Tür mit Waschbecken und WC zusammen duschen konnte man hinter der Ecke aus der Decke war ein verfaulter rostiger Duschkopf mit minimalem Strahl extrem moderiger Geruch die Wände waren dreckig Schuh Abdrücke schmieren tote Fliegen Mücken Bettwäsche hatte Flecken altes sehr abgenutzte Möbel Wasser kochen der mal weis war komplett fleckig grau extrem abgenutzt leider konnten Wir auch kein andres Zimmer bekommen weil die Anlage ausgebucht war und wir müssten Andes Hotel buchen auf die Schnelle da konnte man nicht bleiben.

การบริการของพนักงาน ก่อนการเข้าพักฉันได้ทำการจองโดยแจ้งเวลาเข้าเช็คอินไปเป็น 22:30-23:00 และได้รับการตอบกลับข้อความจากทางโรงแรม แต่เมื่อไปถึง 22:30 โรงแรมเงียบสงบ ไม่มีแม้ยาม หรือ พนักงาน ฉันต้องใช้โทรศัพท์ของทางโรงแรมโทรหาพนักงานด้วยต้นเอง ซึ่งไม่ควรเกิดขึ้น พนักงานมา 23:20 มึการแสดงท่าทางไม่พอใจ เพราะ เป็นเวลาเลิกงานแล้ว และ ต่อว่าฉันว่าไม่มีการแจ้งว่าจะเข้าเช็คอินช้า ทั้งๆที่ใบการจองของฉันพร้อมรายละเอียดการเช็คอินช้า มีเขียนไว้อย่างครบถ้วน. โรงแรมดี แต่พนักงานที่ไม่รอบคอบ และ ไร้มารยาท ทำให้ฉัน จะไม่แนะนำที่นี้กับใครอีก

L’hotel est très bien situé avec plusieurs piscines, les chambres sont grandes. Le personnel est sympathique !

L’hotel a probablement un peu d’âge donc certains équipements et la chambre n’est pas hyper propre (traces sur les murs, les draps et serviettes).

Have you ever slept with your bed on the road ? This is the experience this hotel proposes to you. The hotel is sat on the road in a corner, so you enjoy the motorbikes and cars passing by twice in a row,no acoustical isolation at all.

The pool area, despite broken and dirty and stained loungers, tables and chairs the actual pool was clean. Cheap nightly rate.

Updates are really needed urgently! Tiles and edging around the pool area need redoing-as does rotting decking everywhere. The whole,resort would have been wonderful 20 years ago- just tired and rundown now. Rubbish needs to be removed from the,resirt not stacked in corners everywhere .Very limited food options and limited hours. Wifi poor and limited to reception and pool area onky 10amto 6pm. Shower took a long time to get hot water, rain shower flow was,really poor - forget washing your hair! floor tiles loose in shower floor, mirror covered with toothpaste splatters ( not ours) threadbare towels with holes in them. Gaps around windows and doors meant mosquitoes got in. Location meant taxus were a,daily necessity and cost. No local stores or affordable restaurants around the,resort.

8, 10 minutes to chaweng beach with bike or taxi. Thats the only thing we like other than that nothing is good.

Staff at the entrance did not help to carry the luggages, its a big deal because there are lots of steps and very hard to walk to your room. Room is not cleaned daily. They just make the bed and thats it. They dont change towels or bed cover. There is no face towel at the bathroom, they give it only for shower. Whole hotel is old needs to be renewed, some of wood parts of walkways are broken which are dangerous. Too much but i mean really too much road and car noises you can not sleep, I will not stay at this hotel when i come to koh samui again.

Mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer en het zwembad. Kamers worden elke dag gepoetst als jij dat wil. Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk!

Er mag wat grondiger schoongemaakt worden. Bijvoorbeeld het raam van de douche, de gordijnen en in de kastjes.

Lekkere ruime kamer met mooie badkamer.

Ze waren nog niet klaar voor het seizoen. Weinig keuze ontbijt en zwembad zat nog vol algen.

Sängen var mjuk och fin vy om man hade havs utsikt.

Allt. Mögligt. Trasiga handdukar. Äckliga gardiner. Allt var trasigt, nära att ramla igenom pooldäcket. Rummen luktade konstigt.

Wasn’t much to like as we had bed bugs in our room and the walk to the room was unbearable

It was infested with bed bugs all up the wall and in the bed really really unpleasant and had to leave the first night and book a very expensive hotel as it was such short notice. Would advise staying away from this property at all costs.

Not enough Staff

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Alles sauber und man hatte seine Ruhe. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und der Sonnenaufgang waren das Highlight.

Staff were great very helpful. Also a golf cart that takes you to your villa which is great. Food at the property is amazing and the lady running it was one of the nicest people we could have met. She sorted our laundry for us on very short notice which was amazing. Lovely property and amazing staff. Would recommend

You should ban motorcycles from riding at night. I only stayed for one night and kept waking up because of the sound of motorcycles 😡 Too much chlorine in swimming pool 😫

the room was nice, the resort looked nice

The bath water was yellow, there was almost no staff so it took us ages to check in and there was noone to check us out, resulting in me not being able to retrieve my passport, that they forgot to give me back, therefore missing my flight. the restaurant and bar were closed, the apartment side of the resort seemed void of all staff. the hotel was hard to find and there are no shops nearby.

La camera familiare che ci hanno dato era particolarmente bella, grande, spaziosa, con 3 bagni, per 4 persone ma ce ne sarebbero state anche di più a mio avviso! La piscina davvero bella.

Purtroppo dalla doccia non scendeva acqua calda e per arrivare all’appartamento é tutto un po’ in salita, pertanto diventa scomodo se si ha la necessità di portare su e giù le valigie. Loro mettono a disposizione una macchinina ma essendocene solo una, bisogna mettersi in coda e aspettare il proprio turno.

Wifi nincs a szobákban. A fürdőszoba csapjaira ráférne egy csere.
