Apartments du Louvre - Le Marais

Our stay was amazing and easily accomadated a family of 5 in central Paris. The area is fantastic as most of the main attractions are walkable (or easy public transport options if preferred). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and had everything you could possible need. The check in process was amazing and our host was very informative when checking in on what local restaurants to eat at and places to visit. We will definitely be back and be recommending to all of our friends.

I stayed here with a group of six, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious and well equipped. The only downside was that the interior felt dated, though that’s fairly common for Paris. The location was excellent everything was within a 30–60 minute walk, with plenty of shops and dining options just 5 minutes away. The area felt safe, communication with the office staff was easy, and check-in was a breeze.

Excellent apartments. Spacious for a family of 5. Loved the kitchen and two bathrooms. Plus one block from the metro and walkable to the Louvre and Notre Dame.

What a delightful apartment! Surprisingly spacious for Paris! The furniture was elegant, the amenities were solid, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives are that the area is a little noisy (lots of sirens/police activity) and the toilet and showers are on opposite ends of the apartment. But otherwise the Apartments de Louvre is a wonderful establishment.

Very clear and quick communication from the Apartments du Louvre- Le Marais owners. A nice location, very close to supermarkets, the metro and the Westfield shopping centre. About 15 minutes from the Louvre. The apartment was a good size, with a huge walk-in shower, and all of the facilities you'd need. The apartment we had also had a balcony the length of the property, overlooking some of the cafés, which was lovely. Decent secure storage was also useful on our departure day. Definitely a good choice and we'd be happy to return in the future. Paul F

Great stay with lots of space in the heart of Paris

A great place for a family of four. It’s hard finding a hotel that has two beds for four people. Their top floor apartment was perfect for us and a great location. Close to everything.

We loved the apartment and felt like home. Enjoyed the staying very much and everyone were very friendly and the location was great. I will definately stay again if I go back to Paris. The cute elevator is a plus for sure, for your luggage and your tired legs after trevelling around.

We're very happy with our stay. We spent planned a quick 3 day trip in Paris and booked our room with the Apartments du Louvre - Le Marais. Our apartment was very comfortable, the rooms very quite spacious and the location was very convenient to get to all our destinations. The food options in the area was diverse. We had a very nice time and would come back and stay again if we ever come back to Paris.

A good location for the hotel, within walkable distance from major sites of Paris. Shower room was a bit cold and the toilet was kinda small, though. Overall, it was pretty good nevertheless.

This was our best hotel of our trip. The only hiccup was arrival as it doesn’t have a large sign so we had to walk up to the door while holding the taxi to see the plaque next to the door. Once we got in all was wonderful. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was large for Paris standards with lovely and comfortable furnishings including the beds. The thermostat was easy to operate as we like to be comfortable during the day but cold at night. The kitchen was fully stocked. One of the best apartments I’ve rented through any app. While the neighborhood doesn’t appear amazing (right next door is an Office Depot) the location is very good with transportation nearby and it is easy to walk to many places. One of our favorite dinners was at the restaurant Tekes, which was an easy 5-10 minute walk. There also is a very helpful guide about the apartment and neighborhood they leave in your room. I also appreciated the bottles of water that could be refilled in the lobby. Why don’t more places do this! I definitely will be keeping this apartment on file for the next time we come to Paris.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time there. Lots of restaurants and close to metro stations, and the room we stayed was big. Very recommended.

This place was the best experience I have had in my Europe trip and I wish I had stayed longer in Paris just because of these Apartments! Loved the location and the size of the room! Everthing was great! The only issue was the bathroom sink wasn’t draining fast but it wasn’t so bothersome. Whenever I come back- I would book in this area and these apartments! I highly recommended!

Overall great property to stay in paris

It was a really cozy place. The lobby had a natural vibe that nice.

Our stay was good except the air conditioning was not working in the master bedroom number five zero two and we had to open windows at night to keep cool. I would make sure it is fixed if booking. The flooring needs to be removed and replaced also.

The apartment was easy to find and the check-in instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was EXCELLENT! There’s only a small elevator which was great for getting all of our luggage up and down. Most apartments in Paris don’t have a lift at all - so this was a wonderful surprise. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and a very short walk to several metro lines. We loved staying here and would happily stay here again!

I stayed with my family. We really enjoyed our apartment. When planning our trip, we did not know the check in times were limited to before 6 PM, but there was a virtual check-in option (which I had to call to find out about) which helped us a lot. Some more information on the front desk hours and luggage storage availability would have been helpful before too. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely would recommend to a family in a similar situation as ours.

Clean property and the area is great and safe. The communication with the personal was excellent, they spoke different languages and are very respectful. The apartment looks as your home in a tiny space. The apartment is confortable and so cute. Also is close to a supermarkets, restaurants, bus and metro station.

Beautiful and spacious apartment in Paris. Walkable to local sites and transport hub and self contained allowing us the necessities of home. Discovered a delicious bakery around the block and plenty of eateries nearby

I really appreciated Natalia's communication efforts in coordinating our arrival. The apartment was very clean and stocked just fine for our 3 night stay. The only issue I think visitors should be aware of is the size of the elevator (fits 2 people). It is very small so if you are traveling with toddlers and lots of luggage, I would ask for level 2 or 3 max accomodations.

The apartment was perfectly located. The neighborhood was safe, walking distance to most attractions, many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Washer/dryer combo was a nice perk, English translation would have been beneficial. The management was responsive and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The customer service is excellent, the apartment is very clean, quite it, 18 minutes walk to De Louvre museum, same distance to Notre Dame de Paris, one hour walk to the Tour Eiffel, etc. I will definitely come back and stay at the Apartments du louvre Le Marais again, thank you.

Centrally located flat 100m away from metro station in Le Marais. The apartment we got was smallish for 5 persons. It was tasfefully decorated (in a fully refurbished building) with street balcony windows and was well equipped. The area is packed with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Check-in / out was done remotely and was easy.

Great experience staying at Apartments du Louvre! Convenient location, close to so many restaurants and the Louvre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there. The check-in staff is amazing. They promptly responded to questions and had a convenient virtual check-in process, since their office would be closed when we arrived in Paris.

The unit was in an excellent location with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Very convenient for transit and walking to many of the top sites in Paris.

I stayed at this property for five nights with my husband and two teenage sons. There was plenty of space for all of us. The apartment was well off the street and very quiet. The staff were very helpful and great about answering all of my questions.

Overall is very good, if they can provide some garbage bags, it will be very helpful.

Our family loved this property. A quiet oasis in the bustle of Paris. The A/C and Wifi worked well. The rooms are spacious with a great layout. The kitchen was well appointed, although we went out nearby every evening for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would easily go back.

An amazing experience! Check in was smooth and the apartment had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive. The building is closed to everything; sites and stores. I will definitely booked again.

The apartment was amazing, gorgeous, clean and conveniently located. A short walk to the Louvre or Notre Dame. A short subway ride to the Eifel Tower or Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile. We had the trip of a lifetime and this apartment was a big part of it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The recommendations for dining and bakeries were perfect.

We stayed in apartment du louvre for 4 nights and absolutely enjoyed it. It’s close to lots of major locations. The facility is good in unit. Franxprix supermarche is right around the corner.

A spacious apartment,in a beautiful Haussman style building, well located in 2nd arrondisement in Paris- very close to the Metro, close to many Restaurants,supermarkets and Pompidou Centre. There is a lift and gym facilities.Heating in all rooms, well equipped kitchen including nespresso machine. Communication with apartment managers was easy.

Let me start my review from the minute we arrived...Nicole, who I believe is one of the property owners met us at the front door of the apartments. She was very pleasant and after checking us in she gave us a map of Paris and very helpful tips on how to get around. After a brief chat she showed us to the small elevator where we had to take turns taking up our luggage to our room since the elevator is only big enough for 3 people. (Not complaining just a warning) The apartment was very clean and the rooms had nice comfortable large beds. The sofa bed was also a very nice size and comfortable for my liking. I only had to bother Nicole once for extra towels other than that our stay was very comfortable and we quickly made ourselves at home, the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to the Louvre, the river, Notre-Dame and many other attractions. The streets around the apartment are packed with cafes, bars and convenient stores to the grocery shop. On our day of departure since we didn’t have to catch our train till the afternoon we used the lockers by the front desk and then we went out to finish last minute shopping. Thank you Nicole for the great experience I can’t wait to visit Paris again and yes, I will definitely stay here again as well.

We are a family of five who stayed for six nights in a two bedroom apartment completely fronting the street on the first floor. The apartment’s location is excellent (and I loved Rue Montorgueil). Although a bit small by our Australian standards, the apartment itself was spacious enough for our purposes - which was essentially a comfortable place to rest and sleep after long days exploring the wonderful city that is Paris. The central ducted heating, the friendly and helpful staff, and small but suitably kitted-out kitchen are another three pluses. The only major downside is the low level noise (but sometimes quite loud, such as a police siren) coming from the busy road outside, as well as the noise from the apartment above (you hear everything if they walk with a heavy step). That aside, I would stay again.

A modern, clean, well-appointed apartment within walking distance of lots of major attractions (Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, Notre Dame etc) with dozens of great family-friendly restaurants nearby. Only slight issue we had was that there are more than one location for these apartments and I didn't notice it wasn't the address on Expedia on the confirmation email received from them. It meant we had a 10 minute walk to the other location at the end of our journey to Paris but it didn't matter as we were still close to where we wanted to be (and still within walking distance of the Disney bus transfer pick up!).

Great location. Loved the central air. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Safe area and building. Nice balconies with large windows. Close to Metro. Shower had some missing tiles near the floor drain. Toilet was a little wobbly. Overall excellent value for the money.

Very good. The apartment was very quiet. View on Centre George Pompidou and Eiffel tower (partial at the 6th floor). Be careful of the windows who could be dangerous for a young child without surveillance. Tiny lift, but useful. Well located with quick access to everything.

The guy we dealt with was super! He met us there and communicated everything great! Was easy to understand. It is a great location from the subway and was easy to figure out coming in from BIG train station to find way to subway. Even let us leave our bags after checking out since we had time to stil see Paris before getting back on Eurotrain. Highly recommend the place

The apartment we stayed in was charming, clean, well fitted out and in a perfect and central location. There were easy accessible amenities such as laundrette, supermarkets and terrific night-life streets in easy walking distance. Communications with the hosts was flawless and easy. There is an elevator for luggage and tired tourists! I cannot find any flaw with this accomodation, I will be coming here again.
