Reviewed Mar 10, 2020Excellent location, right at bottom of Chaudanne lift station and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff helpful, rooms a tad on the small side but clean and comfortable. Good discount at excellent ski shop opposite. Nice touches in the evening like chocolates and water left. Only minor compliant was parking was slightly on steep side.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2019This was a very comfortable cosy hotel close to all town amenities. Short walk from the ski storage shop to the main ski lifts. Afternoon pastries served in the lounge were a lovely touch after a day of skiing. Friendly staff at breakfast too. Only downside to room was bath shower attachment not on the wall. No hot tub so the spa was disappointing for us.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2018Lovely hotel and a great breakfast. They also put out cakes for afternoon tea for free. Great spa and room are lovely and comfortable. They have a ski hire shop opposite who give 10% off so use this. We didn’t and had to walk up to the place we booked, but the shop opposite the hotel is the boot room too so it makes sense. A great place to stay
