La pasamos increíble! Estuvimos 3 noches en la hab con balcón y vista al mar, es cara pero vale mucho la pena. La vista es increíble! La terraza está buenísima tb, tomas el desayuno ahí y a la tarde tipo 7 podes sentarte a tomar algo y ver el atardecer, es espectacular. La ubicación, si bien está en el centro donde están todos los restaurantes y negocios, está en la punta sobre el mar y no se escucha nada, dejas el auto en el parking abajo y contratas el servicio que te lleva al hotel y haces todo caminando, mejor imposible. Todo el personal es muy servicial y simpático, Cristina un amor total y la otra chica joven tb, vamos a volver gracias La Dolce Vita!

Liebes Dolce Vita Team, unser Aufenthalt bei euch war unglaublich und wirklich unvergesslich! Dass wir dieses Hotel überhaupt gebucht haben, war eigentlich eher Zufall – im Nachhinein können wir aber sagen: Es war eine der besten Entscheidungen unseres Urlaubs! ❤️ Wir hatten das Zimmer 110 und haben uns sofort verliebt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einfach atemberaubend! Jeden Tag konnten wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen – diese Aussicht werden wir definitiv nicht vergessen. 🌅😍 Auch wenn das Zimmer nicht gerade das günstigste war, war es jeden Cent wert. Allein wegen dieses Ausblicks würden wir uns jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden. Das gesamte Team war ausnahmslos freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Frühstück bekommt von uns ganz klar eine 10/10! 🥐☕️ Es war abwechslungsreich, lecker und der perfekte Start in den Tag. Auch die Terrasse am Abend hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Bei einem Cocktail und kleinen Snacks den Abend ausklingen zu lassen, war einfach wunderschön. 🍹✨ Unser Zimmer war außerdem mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, was gerade an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm war. Alles in allem können wir wirklich sagen: Ohne dieses Hotel wäre unser Urlaub nicht derselbe gewesen. ❤️ Wir überlegen tatsächlich jetzt schon, wann wir wiederkommen können! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Dolce Vita Team für diese wunderschöne Zeit. Wir werden die tollen Erinnerungen, den traumhaften Ausblick und die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge noch lange in Erinnerung behalten. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Great hotel in the heart of all the action, a little on the pricey side but it was August! Cristina was fantastic & helpful. Lovely breakfast choice and the view on the balcony was amazing.

Sans doute la un des plus beaux emplacements de Tropea: notre chambre aveu un balcon donnant sur le monastère et la mer. L’´rétablissement est en plein centre Ville.

Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. La chambre, le petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Magnifique hôtel, à flanc de falaise, avec une des plus belles vues de Tropea. Cristina nous a réservé un très bon accueil. La chambre vue mer était la plus belle de notre séjour. Je vous recommande de prendre l’apéritif sur la terrasse pour admirer le coucher du soleil.

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Frühstückspersonal sehr freundlich und uns wurden die Wünsche erfüllt. Wir bestellten Rührei und Pancake. Es war sehr lecker. Es gab auch immer frische Früchte, jeden Tag andere und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Aussicht von der Frühstücksterasse ist einmalig. Das Hotel hat eine Cooperation mit dem Beach Club Lido Calypso wo für 40€ am Tag 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stehen, in einem abgetrennten etwas erhöhten Bereich. Laufzeit vom Hotel ca 12 Minuten. Wenn man selber reserviert kann man für 33€ in der 1en Reihe Liegen bekommen.

Our stay at La Dolce Vita a Tropea was simply unforgettable. We were a group of six friends who stayed here for a week, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home. We have travelled extensively, but the level of hospitality and service we experienced here is something truly special. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until well after midnight. Even though it was long past working hours, Laetitia welcomed us with a warm smile and a glass of Prosecco on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. It was the perfect start to what became one of our best holidays ever. That first welcome immediately told us that this was not just another place to stay—it was a place where people truly care about their guests. Walking through the entrance from the busy streets into La Dolce Vita felt like entering another world. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and relaxing. After a day at the beach, returning to the hotel felt like coming home. One of our favourite moments each day was sitting on the terrace, enjoying breakfast in the morning or relaxing with a drink after a day at the beach while taking in the breathtaking sea view. It was the perfect place to unwind. The property itself is beautiful. It is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and has the charm of a boutique hotel combined with the warmth of a family-run Bed & Breakfast. Every detail reflects care, quality, and genuine pride. What makes La Dolce Vita truly exceptional, however, is its people. Laetitia, Cristina, Ingrid, the wonderful lady serving breakfast, and the housekeeping staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. We quickly got to know them during our stay, and they made us feel less like guests and more like friends. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was met with warmth, genuine smiles, and a sincere desire to make our stay perfect. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless every single day, and every recommendation or piece of advice we received was thoughtful and helpful. The service exceeded every expectation we had. This wasn't just accommodation—it became an important part of our holiday. The warmth, generosity, and hospitality of everyone at La Dolce Vita made our week in Tropea even more memorable than we could have imagined. We leave with wonderful memories, great gratitude, and already hope to return. If you are looking for a place with spectacular views, exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and people who truly make you feel welcome, we cannot recommend La Dolce Vita a Tropea highly enough. Few too many steps!

There are hotels, and then there are places that become part of your memories forever. La Dolce Vita a Tropea is definitely one of those places. Perfectly located in the heart of Tropea, this charming boutique hotel offers something truly unique. The highlight is undoubtedly its spectacular terrace with an incredible view of the iconic Santa Maria dell’Isola church. Right next to the hotel is the famous viewpoint where visitors gather all day to admire the scenery, yet as a guest you can enjoy exactly the same breathtaking panorama from the comfort of the hotel’s beautiful terrace, without the crowds. Whether it’s breakfast, an afternoon aperitivo, or a quiet evening drink, there simply isn’t a better place to be. Breakfast was one of the highlights of every morning: fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and served with what must be one of the most stunning views in Tropea. What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the people. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, and every member of the team is genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about making guests feel at home. Their hospitality is sincere, effortless, and unlike anything we have experienced before. They also arranged a private boat excursion for group of 10–12 people to the beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano. Everything was perfectly organized, and swimming in the crystal-clear turquoise waters while being so well looked after was simply unforgettable. We travel frequently and have stayed in many wonderful hotels, but the warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional location of La Dolce Vita a Tropea make it one of the very best experiences we have ever had. We recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Tropea. We cannot wait to return.

Best resort we stayed at during our whole Trip. From the staff, to the location, the view, rooms, breakfast, everything was perfect. They even made a cake for my wife’s birthday. Can’t wait to come back, best option in Tropea!

The views were perfect and location right in the heart of town

I had the ocean view room which was next to the balcony but which was one until 11pm making it very noisy. The people there were not even guests so it was frustrating.

My stay at La Dolce Vita Tropea was simply perfect from start to finish. The staff were so gentle, kind, and genuinely caring you can feel they really love what they do. Every part of the property was spotless; it’s one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that make you feel right at home. And then, the view, absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over Tropea feels like stepping into a postcard. The town itself is magical, full of charm, delicious food, and friendly locals, and La Dolce Vita is the best place to experience it all. I honestly wish I could give more than 10 stars. It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience full of warmth, beauty, and care. Highly, highly recommend!

The location and views from the hotel are unmatched. We went to several of the lookouts and none of them had a better view than we did from the hotel. It’s also right in the center of Tropea so you have east access to so many restaurants and shops in a few steps. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beach club near the hotel and felt very supported by the staff throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Dolce Vita! Not only were rooms very clean and modern, but the view from the veranda was breathtaking. Laetitia and Guiseppe were great hosts and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasurable as possible. Our rooms were cleaned every day and breakfast was fantastic! I would not hesitate to stay at La Dolce Vita the next time we visit Tropea; I give La Dolce Vita and their staff 5 stars!

Great location. Our private balcony had an amazing view and really made the room something special. The staff did a great job communicating and made it easy to address parking and other arrangements.

Arranging a taxi from the parking is the only option to avoid walking with luggage and it's expensive for a ride that's less than 5 minutes. (Not the fault of the hotel at all but just be advised).

The whole experience was the best me and my wife have ever had. The property and hotel were outstanding. The staff from the time we arrived till we left went far beyond our expectations. We were greeted upon arrival with the owners Claudia and Letizia and every day one of them were always available for any our questions or concerns. They made up feel like family at all times. They also were very quick to set up tours to different towns and also had a van service readily available at all times. The views from the terrace were probably one of the best views of any place I have ever been. Also the beach in Tropea was also one of the best beaches we have every visited.

This hotel is a treasure. The location is spectacular - overlooking the sea and just off a charming piazza. What really stood out for me was the owner/manager. Every one of our requests was not only met but anticipated. The owner and her daughter Laetitia are a fantastic team. Charming and über efficient Laetitia speaks excellent Italian, German and English (probably other languages as well!) and did everything for us from arranging car service, checking our air conditioning, making dining recommendations/securing reservations to entertaining our three year old grandchild. We also enjoyed our day at the nearby private beach club where Laetitia made us reservations for lounge chairs and umbrellas right by the water. The hotel also gave us beach towels to take on a boat trip the next day. This is truly a full service team! When one of the incoming party’s luggage ended up in a black hole at La Mezia airport, the husband/father of the hotel owner managed to obtain the luggage and bring it down to Tropea with him! The hotel is small which definitely adds to its appeal. Our room was spacious and appointed with everything we needed, Breakfasting out on the terrace overlooking the sea is just the way anyone would want to start the day - every day. This lovely hotelskes makes a trip to Tropea worthwhile. The owners also have several small but charming and fully equipped apartments in nearby Tropea (all located in the heart of the historic part of the city). La Dolce Vita certainly lives up to its name - the sweet life indeed!

We had a wonderful stay at La Dolce Vita! The staff was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The room was beautiful with amazing views. Breakfast was very good and we loved dining on the terrace with ocean breezes and views. The location can’t be beat steps out the door and you are in town yet our room was surprisingly very quiet and the blackout shades were much appreciated! i highly recommend staying here. Staff was above and beyond, the best!!

Unbelievable unobstructed views in a perfect location. Giuseppe and Simone were excellent hosts and were able to assist with whatever we needed. Rooms were amazing - clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The associated lido was also fantastic. We arrived by car - the associated parking lot is a bit of a walk. Less of an issue and more a consideration if not traveling light!

Camera aggiungerei ciabattine e kit spazzolino+dentifricio. Colazione da migliorare, buona quella salata ma non erano presenti le torte come mostrate nelle foto su booking. Da aggiungere un pass per gli ospiti per lo scarico bagaglio altrimenti risulta scomodo il raggiungimento hotel con bagagli.

Noise late at night

Had a fabulous stay here and the view from the balcony for breakfast or aperitivo is spectacular. The rooms are slightly on the small side but I think that’s Italy. The air conditioning had cool air coming from it but never seemed to really cool the room down entirely. The showers need the grout cleaned a little but everything else outweighs these. Would stay again!
