שילמנו על לילה אחד כולל ארוחת בוקר כמעט 600 ש"ח. אבל בבוקר רק גילינו שהמלון הזה בכלל לא מספק ארוחות בוקר!! אני לא יודעת של מי הטעות, של בוקינג או של מלון ספאט, אבל לדעתי זה עומד בתנאי ההונאה!! אני מבקשת לבדוק את העניין הזה, שלא תטעו עוד לקוחות, אין ארוחות בוקר במלון ספאט! שילמנו על ארוחת בוקר שלא קיבלנו!! נשמח לפיצוי ישראל וליהי ברבי 0544371325

לא אהבנו כלום במלון!! קיבלנו חדר נכים עם חצר מלאה במשטח קרמיקה, לא היו כבלים ולא WiFi שכחנו להביא נרות לשבת, גם זה לא היה להם לספק.. אין חוף למלון, צריך ללכת ברגל בחום לחוף מוניציפלי קרוב, בקיצור, חוץ מהמקלחת הגדולה והמיים החמים היה סיוט אחד גדול!! גם קיבלנו שתי מיטות יחיד במקום מיטה זוגית, לא אפרט לכם את עוגמת הנפש. בקיצור, המלון הזה לא עומד בתנאי אכסניה, לא מלון, זוועה. לא שווה את הכסף

I booked this hotel for a vacation with my partner based on the Booking.com listing, which gave no indication of the property's true nature. Unfortunately, we discovered after checking in that the hotel appears to operate primarily as an hourly-rate venue. We personally observed what appeared to be sex workers using other rooms, heard constant noise associated with that activity, and the corridors and room had a very unpleasant odor of cigarettes, bodily fluids, and strong cleaning products. When I raised my concerns, the receptionist did not dispute them and indicated that this was how the property normally operates. Had this information been disclosed in the listing, I would never have booked this hotel. We left only a few hours after checking in, losing the vacation we had planned. My main concern is the lack of transparency. Whatever the property's business model may be, guests deserve accurate information before making a booking. I cannot recommend this property to couples or families. Unfortunately, Booking customer service did not address my repeatedly sent messages requesting a refund for the stay. My personal recommendation - stay away!

מקום שקורא לעצמו בית מלון ומרגיש כמו אכסניה, מזרון קשה ולא נוח, בזמן שמתקלחים נצבר מלא מים מחוץ למקלחת וצריך לגרוף אותם שלא יגיעו לחדר, ה"מלון" ממוקם ליד אולם אירועים ובאותו יום הייתה חתונה, אלו דברים שצריכים להיות מצויינים באתר. אנחנו לא צריכים להגיע ולסבול ממוזיקה רועשת, תמורה נמוכה מאוד למחיר הגבוה, שיהיה בהצלחה

מקום סבבה להעביר בו את הלילה כשאין כח לנסוע רחוק. לא יותר מזה

קודם כל החדר הסריח ברמות מסיגריות פשוט מחניק! ואחת שמעשנת בעצמי נחנקתי שם!!! העל ספוג בסיגריות מצעים, כריות הכל!!! ארוחת בוקר- החביתה אי אפשר לקרוא לזה חביתה בכלל… הטוסט היה סבבה.

When we arrive the hostess was smoking inside the ing. Buildings were not very appealing The first room we received a smell of cigarettes smoke so we asked to change. They showed us three rooms. Only one of them didn't have the smell, but upon entering a room and looking at the bed we found hair between the sheets pubes hair, long hair. The bathroom was not clean. It was no soap and the room was much smaller than the pictures for the price that we paid and was way overpriced. This should be less than $70 a night. This is now worth $200

לא אההתי את האוירה, ריח נוראי נמסדרון ובחדר.דחיסות, גם השרות לא מזהיר..הייתה הרגשה של חוסר נקיון.בחדרלא היו דברים אלמנטרים, כמו סבון ידים מגבות קטנות מתלים במקלחת , הכל מוצף שמתרחצים ועוד.האמת שמאוד התאכזבנו מהמלון..במזל שהינו רק לילה אחד..

צוות מצויין, אדיב, קשוב, יעיל. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מגיעה לחדר. חדר מאוד נקי.

Effectivement, l’emplacement est très correct car il est en bord de mer

Posizione vicino al mare ai locali e ristoranti, ampio parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, stanza spaziosa e pulita. Non è un Hotel usuale ci sono solo le stanze, la colazione va prenotata il giorno prima e la consegnano in camera all'ora stabilita. Rispetto agli hotel occidentali ha un costo elevato per il livello offerto, ma tutti gli hotel in zona costano almeno il doppio e il livello non è di molto superiore.

Vicino ai locali ma di fronte alcuni sono rumorosi fino a tarda sera Clienti maleducati: musica ad alto volume durante la notte, schiamazzi o discussioni in corridoio a tarda sera/notte. Ho fatto fatica a dormire.

כלום הגענו התאכזבנו מאוד וחזרנו הביתה.

היה ריח של סגריות בחדר רחצה, הקבלה היתה ניראת קפטריה בתיכון, אקוסטיקה גרועה שומעים הכל מהחדר הסמוך, מיטה קטנה ונמוכה בקיצור התאכזבנו לעומת התמונות שמפורסמות בבוקינג.

באנו להתארגן לפני אירוע משפחתי באשדוד ולישון אחרי האירוע בשביל המטרה הזאת המלון הזה היה אחלה לא יקר מידי ובמיקום פצצה 10 דק מהאולם השירות של הבנות היה סבבה

המנהלת קצת קשה אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה סבבה

כלום אחרי היחס שקיבלנו שם , הרסו את החופשה

אחרי ששילמנו למקום האירוח מראש דרך בוקינג יומיים לפני , הגענו קיבלנו את החדר הכל היה בסדר ואז ב 6 לפנות בוקר דפיקות בדלת שהעירו אותנו בבהלה , פקידת הקבלה עומדת שם ואומרת לנו לרדת לקבלה עכשיו לשלם!!! 6 בבוקר ???? מעבר לזה ששילמנו כבר אבל כזה דחוף להעיר את האורחים בלחץ לרדת למטה רק כדי שהיא תוודא שוב ותבדוק שאכן שילמנו כבר , זה לא מקצועי וזלזול בלקוחות

I liked the cleanliness, the brightness of the room, and the overall style — really great for a small budget, ideal! The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water, which is quite rare in Israel.

The surrounding noise, the constant music, and the loud hallway. I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you want to rest properly.

לא אהבנו כלום המיטה הייתה קשה מאוד , המזרן קשה מאוד - לא הצלחנו לישון בכלל , הייתה רק כרית אחת לכל אחד - רכה מאוד וקטנה . במקלחת לא היו כלי רחצה, סבון או שמפו - למעשה לא היה כלום . פשוט חרפה של חדר - זה לא מלון. אפילו באכסניה נוח יותר ולא משלמים מחיר כזה על כלום ושום דבר. ארוחת הבוקר הגיעה אך הייתה דלה ועלובה וכשביקשנו שתהיה בכלים חד פעמיים או לפחות לצאת לחוף לאכול, נעננו בגסות רוח ובצורה לא נעימה. אל תגיעו לשם - נורא ואיום

Staff service was excellent. Very well organized, always ready to provide service with a smile. Room service is good, reasonably priced, and freshly cooked - available almost any time of the day.

The only downside was.... the hotel is located one floor above street level, need to climb 15+ steps, no elevator. And next door to the hotel, there is a very popular events restaurant, weddings and celebrations almost every day and night....

De omgeving dicht bij het strand.

De herrie buiten, maar daar is weinig aan te doen. De airco maakte behoorlijk geluid.

חדרים קטנים ואין מקום לזוז

The breakfast was excellent and the people at the front desk were helpful Note that they do not speak English. Just Hebrew and Russian. There wasn't shampoo in the shower. I had to ask for a hair dryer. No kleenex in the bathroom. Also, no hand towels, Coat rack to hand clothes but no closet.
