第一天發現2樓浴室並沒有熱水，聯絡負責人，他說第二天會派人來維修，之後發現還是沒有熱水，再一次聯絡給他並沒有回覆訊息！ 提供的洗衣機 洗完衣服後還比沒有洗之前污糟，所有衣物洗完之後都是黑色的，還有很多東西黏在所有衣物上！

房间、客厅、泳池都很大，总体来说住着还行

有一间房间空调不制冷，当天提出来后，说第二天找人来看，可是第二天还是没好。 卫生间有小虫子，生态环境确实很好。 我们带孩子有七个人，所以肯定要有人睡沙发，可是我们第一天晚上到的很晚，发现并没有多余的被子，给老板发信息，第二天才送来的，这本应该就早准备好的！

개인 수영장이 생각보다 커서 좋았고 티비가 55인치 정도 되는 인터넷 티비라 좋았어요 거실도. 넓고 쇼파도 커서 좋았어요

주방이 밖에 있고 주방시설 그릇이 깨진개 많았고 도마가 없어 호일 두껍게 깔고 칼을 썻네요 베베큐 시설은 되어 있으나 도치는 없고 바베큐 판도. 청결하지 못해서 호일을 쒸우고 사용 2층 올라가는 계단이 너무 가파르네요

สวยเหมือนในรูปค่ะ สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบ สระน้ำสะอาด เด็กๆชอบมากเล่นน้ำไม่ยอมขึ้นเลย บ้านตกแต่งสวย มีมุมนั่งชิลริมสระ เตียงอาบแดด นั่งทานอาหาร ดูทีวี ถ่ายรูปสวย มีรั้วรอบขอบชิดเป็นส่วนตัว ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ😊

มียุงนิดหน่อย แนะนำให้พกพาโลชั่นกันยุงไปสำหรับคนแพ้ยุงค่ะ

Очень удобное расположение. 5 минут до пляжа, много кафе вокруг. Бассейн глубокий, хороший. Переживали, что будет мелкий по кариинкам. Все соответствует фото. Две спальни с окнами в пол. Есть все необходимое. Везде есть кондиционеры. Рекомендую. Сами планируем вернуться. Спасибо хозяевам!

Nice quiet location but not too far from the beach. The apartment was clean and as shown in the pictures. A very enjoyable stay for the few nights we was there.

Очень всё понравилось! От без контактного check-in check out до места расположения. Все удобства , большой бассейн, тишина и приватность . Мы чувствовали себя как дома . В шаговой доступности рестораны , маркеты . Если когда нибудь приедем опять, то непременно остановимся здесь.

It's a great place. After years of traveling, this is the first time I've visited a hotel I've already been to. In fact, I came to Pattaya specifically for this hotel. I'll definitely be back someday. The owner has created a truly exceptional place where you can feel at home.

With all the advantages of this place, it's hard to find any flaws. If you're not satisfied with anything, just tell the owner. Your issue will be resolved immediately.

1. 독채로 프라이빗하게 쓸 수 있다는 점 2. 침실이 넓고 편안하고 거실도 넓어서 짐을 아무데나 둘 수 있다. 3. 수영장이 있고 물이 깨끗하다. 4. 조리를 해먹을 수 있고 냉장고도 있어서 음식 보관이 용이하다. 5. 진리의 성전, 터미널 21 등이 가깝다. 주변에 퇴폐업소도 없고 차분하다.

샤워헤드 고정이 안되는 점, 샤워하고 배수구 물이 잘 안빠졌다. 처음 들어갔을 때 지린내가 아주 심하게 나서 하루하고도 반나절이 지나야 냄새가 빠졌다.

Absolutely loved everything. Gorgeous pool! There is no point in listing all the advantages of this place because it is fantastic.

Quiet neighborhood, really nice villa, great swimming pool.

The hist was friendly and allowed us to drop luggage as we was early. The pool was excellent and the property is spacious and comfortable. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area.

The shower temperature is difficult to control between warm and cold.

The private pool is still the greatest attraction for me.

This has been my 75th hotel in the last 18 years. That's why I've seen a little bit in my life and I can have an opinion. This is a very great offer. You get your own two-storey villa with everything you need. Everything has been thought out for you down to the smallest detail. There is a full range of appliances - a hair dryer, an iron, a kettle, a microwave, a stove, a grill, a gas cylinder, a large refrigerator. A large kitchen with a huge selection of all kinds of dishes - plates, bowls, any glasses and spoons. Each room has air conditioners and fans. A big TV with YouTube and Netflix (I don't know why you need it on vacation). Fast internet connection. Everything is so well-planned here that I still don't know what to find fault with. A magnificent swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The dining area is under a canopy outside and inside. Any little thing you can think of is already here. There are 4 7/11 shops and a large market with fruits and local food within a 5-minute walk. The beach is 10 minutes away. And it is much cleaner than in the center of Pattaya. It's incredibly quiet here. I only heard the voices of local animals. The owner is a very friendly person. Even before settling in, he was in touch and immediately left his contacts. The check-in was quick and contactless, which is also a big plus. The villa also has a cleaning service. There is everything here to stay for the whole season. We were vacationing with two children. They were absolutely delighted.

A small villa still nearby the city center but in a bit remote quiet area. Not much surrounding which is great for privacy. Awesome quality /price value and great for a small family

Everything about the room was just fine, the room was big and clean and even had a bbq to use by the pool.

No room service/people around to help with anything

The owner is very friendly and gives you tips - The couch is comfortable and big enough - The location is not far from the beach and shops - AC is cold but a bit too loud - Everything you need is in the homestay - Bed is comfortable

No early check in possible, also we came back at 14 and the staff was not finished with cleaning - Could be cleaner, especially the windows could be cleaned again but there were also cobwebs in the bathroom - The accommodation is very outdated, some of the paint is peeling off the wall, the sunbed is worn out and uncomfortable, the kitchen could be painted and overall it no longer looks like the pictures on booking - The bedroom doors are glass, so no privacy and also bad because I always go late to bed so the light is disturbing the other bedroom

Can have daily pool cleaning

Excellent, but no facilities for wheelchair users or the impaired, bed was a challenge because of the large base, I’m imp aired so was not a good experience, the sofas were too deep and also caused me problems, if your young and fit I recommend, if like me couldn’t get out of the pool without help

the bed was not so good some things in the houes was borken like the shower had and the sink the pool was not the most clean not enogh trash in the houes no have enogh plugs for electricity the towel smell like a pee

Large house with a private pool and overall it is satisfactory with this price. We wants to bring pet and here we are allowed to bring them with us.

We serve everything by ourselves but it is not a hotel so we cannot complain. Pets are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

Place was great.. good location. All around was a good deal if you're more than two people.

If it had been summer I am not sure the AC would keep up with the heat very well.
