Solitaire Kamreuk Resort

The best service , very clean

It was a boutique hotel and the room I stayed was spacious and comfortable; however, there were visible stains on the hand towels and the linens were slightly worn, although I trust that those were clean, they should replace it with new ones.

Staff were amazing. Nothing was to much to ask. Hotel is great.

Fantastisk service.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They don’t no to anything you might ask. Also, the hotel is brand new and feels like hidden gem boutique resort.

Very kind staff. Hotel 10 minutes to town by Tuk Tuk.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has all the amenities of a western hotel along with a professional staff. I was especially thankful for the personal care that was shown to me by Chea and Mr. Pov. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to the housekeeping staff for their work in keeping my room clean. Great job. Thanks to the cook for preparing my food. The stir fry broccoli was wonderful.

I love this hotel soooo much. All of the staffs are so nice and friendly, they helped me as much as they can. And the breakfast is tasty, even there are not much choice. The hotel is not far from old market, you can take tuk tuk €2 to go out. I will recommend it to my friends

From the moment I came out of the tuk-tuk we were greeted warmly by Mr C Pov. Genuinely, he was very kind from the moment we walked in and checked out from the hotel. His manager Mr B.S. Leng was equally amazing! He always checked in with us to see if our stay was satisfactory. On our check-out date we had several hours to board the overnight bus. Mr. Leng not only offered us late check-out, but even offered us to come back to the hotel and shower before we took off to the bus terminal. These kind of gestures have touched me and made the trip more memorable!

I enjoy my stay in this new modern hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The environment is quiet and safe. It is a easy walk from the night market. The staff are all very friendly, always with smiles and well accommodate my need. Breakfast was good with variety of both Western and Asian choices. They also prepared simple take alway breakfast for my sunrise tour.

Hotel is new and rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and confortable. Hotel is about 5-10 min walk to the main market and pub street or 1-2 dollars ride. Staff is kind and welcoming. On the down side there are lots of mosquitos in the loby area which is anoying at breakfast and some staff hardly speaks english. Overall a very nice stay.

Pretty organized and comfortable hotel. The height light was the bathroom.

Had a wonderful stay at Solitaire Kamreuk - staff was so friendly and helpful, room was very spacious, with an amazing stone tub to soak in after touring the temples. The pool was an oasis of calm (and having a poolside cabana was great to go in and out of the room). The (free) breakfast was delicious, as were the Cambodian curries I had for lunch both days of my stay. Couldn't recommend this hotel more for those looking for a place to stay in Siem Reap.

Modern and trendy, relaxing atmosphere. Spacious room tastefully done up with Cambodian and European flavour. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were really helpful, friendly, down-to-earth and warm. The staff and owners really cared about us and attended to our needs immediately. Excellent value for short and long stay, with free airport shuttle, breakfast. Close to downtown. Would highly recommend this place.
