Reviewed Aug 2, 2024Excellent location, can witness sunrise every day.courteous reception staff, hotel is clean and well maintained, has a convenience store attached to it. Facilities are basic but comfortable and fit to use. very good hotel for the price, value for money.has washing facilities on 2nd floor. car parking is also available on request. breakfast options are good. reception staff is very helpful.
Cleaning staff comes around 08 - 0830 and in case you are still in the room, they just leave water bottle outside and leave. Even if you leave the room at 0835 and ask the cleaning person to make up the room, it is not done. it is more to do with the language barrier than anything else. However, once informed to reception this was actioned immediately.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2023The stay was overall comfortable. Rooms are large and clean. Large working space. Efficient staff. Comfortable beds, large bathroom. The best thing of this hotel is the location, with several restaurants and nightlife at walking distance. Very convenient for DSME shipyard offices, that is where I was going. The hotel is water front, so nice view (although obviously it is an industrial environment). American breakfast was good (not much choices), with both western and korean food.
The room noise insulation is very poor. I wake up a few time during the night due to noise of other guests using the bathroom (is was feeling like someone else was inside my room). The facility is getting old under several aspects and needs renovation. No space for parking inside the hotel (mechanical parking / car lift was out of operation).

Reviewed Oct 11, 2021직원들의 친절함, 종류도 적고 맛은 없었지먀 조식을 주신 점, 바다가 조금은 보이는 전망도 좋았으나, 수변공원에서 새벽까지 음주 및 고성방가 하는 사람들 때문에 편히 쉴 수가 없었습니다. 겨울이어서 음주하는 자들이 없어야 조용하겠어요.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2017가족과 가기엔 별로다 주변에 모텔 안마방 도우미 노래방이 너무많아 민망할정도고 공장이바로앞에있어 딱히 볼게없다 주방은 있는데 조리기구는 하나도 안줘서 쓰지도 못했고 기본적인 비누 세면도구도 안줘서 요청해서 썼다 인원수대로 침구써야한다고해서 추가요금도 냈다 전반적으로 가족여행에서는 추천하고싶지않다
