Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Posizione perfetta, comoda da raggiungere sia dall'aeroporto che dalla stazione e nel centro della zona più storica di Nagasaki. Personale gentilissimo, mi hanno accolto perfino due ore prima dell'orario previsto e cabina molto comoda e funzionale. Spazi pubblici sempre pulitissimi e attrezzati con ogni confort.

4Fに浴場が有る事。2Fから行くのに面倒くさいです。同じ2Fに有ればイイネ！ しかし、男湯だけじゃ無いので、仕方ないかなぁ！😅 あと、お部屋にロックがかかると連泊する人は更に良いと思う！

The curtain makes a loud sound when we pull up and down to access our beds. People do it on and off at night and can wake you up. Can consider switching to a quieter curtain. Lack of space to pack or unpack luggage

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026The shower was pretty good, a bit too low but that's normal for 1,95 m guy in Japan.
The room was dusty, not just the hard to reach places but even surfaces around the bed. The lighting in the room was way too dim, and only shining up so it was hard to read or do some writing just before going to sleep. There were no free amenities, not even slippers unless you place a review. This review is made (as it should be) after checking out.

En Japón hay todo de advertencias sobre comportamiento para los extranjeros. No obstante, DEBERÍAN MIRAR HACIA 🏠. A mí no se me oye ni dejo rastro de mi paso tras de mí. Tanto en este Cabin como en el de Okinawa y Fujinomiya, he estado rodeada de japonesas que en zapatillas y sobre moqueta hacen el gran escándalo al caminar (INCOMPRENSIBLE) y que actúan igual de madrugada que al mediodía, no respetando el sueño de las demás. Menos reverencias y más educación REAL y cuidado con las cosas. TAMBIÉN CUANDO NO TE VEN. Gracias, saludos.

Duft spray i elevatoren, den var alt for kraftig, skru gerne lidt ned.

The most stiff and uncomfortable bed on ly Japan tour so far - felt like sleeping on a rock. Blankets were very thin and I felt cold all night.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Location, cleanliness, responsiveness and management. I loved this property. Stayed there for six days and it was my first visit to Japan. I neither knew the language nor the rules. And I faced not a single problem because of their exceptional customer care. I missed a flight and reached there to check in at around midnight. They did not miss a beat and managed it perfectly.
The lack of space to walk around in the room and having to crawl into bed and crawl out. Also I had to spend all the time I was in the room lying down due to there being no room to even stand.

音に悩まされた。特に周りの人が出す音がうるさかった。 わざとじゃないのか?と思うくらいドタドタと歩く音（静かに歩けばいいのに）で何度も起こされた。 入口のシャッターを勢いよく開ける音がかなりうるさい（自分は気をつけて少し空けるくらいにしてしてたがそれでも予想以上の音がした。防犯上は良いかのかもわからないが音を気をつけない客が多すぎて落ち着かない）。 部屋のそばで3分くらい喋っている海外の人が2名いて思わずシャッター空けてうるさいよと声をかけたがそういう事を言わないで済むところ（言い合いになって事件になる可能性が増えるのは勘弁、自分だけじゃなくほかの人がなる可能性も増えそう）に今度から泊まろうと思いました。カプセルホテルは昔よく泊まっていたこともありいびきとかは想定内でしたが今は外国人がいるからこれが当たり前になってしまったのかなと想像したが実際に寝られないんじゃ安くたって意味がないのでもう来ないかな。シャッター音を計測してみたらいかがですか？かなり大きい音でこれだけでも改善したらよいと思います。受付時におしゃべりの注意をしているようですので追加でドタドタ歩かないようにとシャッターの開ける音についても注意するのも加えたらいかがかなと思いました。改善されたら快適に過ごせて集客もさらに上がるかもしれませんね。

The place was just a little antiseptic and cold for my taste. I pretty much expected that, but occasionally I've been pleasantly surprised.
