Tout était parfait : l'hôtel orienté sur un joli petit jardin méditérannéen plein de charme, le personnel aux petits soins, la chambre très confortable ainsi que la literie, les petits déjeuners variés avec différents choix de très bonne qualité, les dîners d'un grand raffinement. La SPA est très bien agencée, ce fut un agréable moment. Enfin on a apprécié le passage à la piscine extérieure quoiqu'un peu fraiche. Bref, tout était parfait !

Peut-être améliorer la visibilité de la séparation en verre entre la chambre et la salle de bains pour les déplacements de nuit et surtout quand on ne veut pas allumer en grand la lumière ... A améliorer !

It is a beautiful hotel with a very special atmosphere, very artistic, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa area was a real treat. Everyone on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The water in the bathroom was slightly salty and had an unusual silky feeling. Also, while showering, every 15 seconds or so there was a sudden jet of very hot water for about a second, which was quite uncomfortable. Another thing we found surprisingly impractical was the lack of any clothes rack or suitable place to hang wet swimsuits. For a hotel on an island, especially one with a spa, this would be very useful. I understand that a drying rack may not be the most stylish item, but having wet clothes spread around the room or guests improvising different ways to hang them on the balcony is not particularly stylish either. Our room also faced the street, so it could be quite noisy at times, we could not leave the windows open.

Die Art der Präsentation vom Frühstück war sehr angenehm und persönlich. Das Zimmer war top, und der Zugang war sehr angenehm gestaltet. Die Lage als Stadthotel hat sich sehr gut und Edel in die Bausubstanz herum eingefügt.

Das Frühstück war täglich gleich ohne viel Abwechslung, aber für meine Verhältnisse steht die Qualität im Vordergrund, und diese war Hervorragend.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, alles sehr sauber nettes Personal

Im Sommer ist es im Innenhof am Pool unglaublich heiß .

El desayuno muy rico, la decoración del hotel exquisita y la inmejorable amabilidad de todo el personal hacen que la experiencia sea espectacular. Absolutamente recomendable.

Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia e la professionalità di tutto il personale. Le aree comuni dell’hotel sono molto belle e piacevoli da utilizzare. La colazione è davvero ottima con tanta varietà e qualità. Posizione perfetta per visitate la zona e le meravigliose spiagge.

Se dovessi dare dei suggerimenti direi che ho trovato davvero scomodo e poco piacevole il bagno aperto, senza divisione dalla zona letto. Luci rumori e poca privacy evidentemente hanno creato discomfort, pur viaggiando con familiari.

Petit coin de repos idéal pour déconnecter à deux. Très calme et soigné, le restaurant était juste délicieux ! Le service est top. Le personnel était très attentionné et disposé à rendre service. On sent la qualité des équipes, merci à eux. Le SPA privatisé est très joli également et c'est bien de pouvoir y être seuls.

- La chambre avec vue ville, malgré la photo trompeuse, donne bel et bien sur une route qui reste bruyante car passante. - Pas de crème corps à disposition (chambre/SPA). - Fer à repasser très très calcairisé, le dessous était en relief... Pas dingue pour le standing de l'hôtel. - Le SPA mériterait un coup de fraîcheur : odeurs d'humidité désagréables + douches non fonctionnelles. - De l'eau chaque jour en chambre après le ménage serait bienvenue (dommage que ce fusse uniquement le premier jour) - Le petit déjeuner débute à 8h30, un peu tard selon les programmes.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und pure Erholung. Leider gab es bei uns die ersten 4 Tage nur sporadisch Leitungswasser, was nicht unbedingt angenehm war. Wir haben uns an dieser Stelle mehr Unterstützung vom Personal gewünscht, da wir uns zu dieser Zeit mit selbstgekauften Wasserkanistern Duschen mussten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, jedoch haben wir uns auch da mehr Auswahl gewünscht, es gab leider jeden Tag das selbe. Man konnte außerdem zum Frühstück a la carte bestellen wie Crepes oder Avocado Brot, jedoch war auch dies begrenzt auf eine Bestellung pro Person, je weitere Bestellung 5€ Aufpreis. Wir finden, dass hätte in der Hotel Beschreibung mehr erwähnt werden müssen. All in all war das Hotel jedoch sehr sauber, es gab Duschprodukte von Nuxe, was wir sehr gut fanden. Ich würde wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, jedoch nicht länger als eine Woche.

Die Unterkunft liegt ziemlich zentral in dem kleinen Städtchen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel auch in der Hochsaison reichlich vorhanden. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die extrem bequemen Betten und die Ruhe im Hotel.

Pool ist etwas klein geraten. Kann sein, dass man evtl. mal keine Liegen erwischt. Außerdem halten sich die Sonnenstunden am Pool in Grenzen, was aber im Hochsommer vielleicht sogar ein Vorteil sein kann.

Great staff, lovely hotel, superb breakfast. Really appreciated it being adults only but also dog friendly! Not much to see or do in the area and the hotel definitely has the best restaurant in Campos, but for a short relaxing break, worked perfectly for us

I stayed at Sa Creu Nova Petit Palais Art & Spa expecting a peaceful, high-quality end to my trip in Mallorca. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing part of my entire stay. I booked a massage thinking I could rely on the standards of a 5-star spa hotel. However, the treatment was performed by what appeared to be a freelance therapist with no clear qualifications or professional care, and absolutely no consultation or explanation of what was being used. The experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, the general manager’s response was dismissive and unprofessional, with no meaningful accountability or resolution offered — just vague apologies. It left me questioning not only their service standards but also their attitude toward guest wellbeing. Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel is rated 5 stars. More confusingly, I don’t see how it justifies having “Spa” in its name. From what I experienced, there was no evidence of proper spa operations, oversight, or professionalism. Beyond the spa issue, the breakfast was extremely underwhelming — limited variety, poor quality, and far below what one would expect at this price point. Dinner was also disappointing: the hotel has only one restaurant, and we were served on plastic chairs in the same breakfast room, with little to no atmosphere. This was supposed to be the highlight of my trip, but it turned out to be a letdown. I would not recommend this

Perfect hotel. Located in quiet Campos, short drive to multiple beaches. Staff were excellent and very attentive. Facilities were the best I have experienced, beautiful room with balcony overlooking courtyard with pool. We were able to book the spa and gym for ourselves which was lovely. Would highly recommend

Es un gran hotel, el staff es muy atento, los alimentos son espectaculares, las áreas comunes son muy bonitas y esta ubicado a 20 minutos promedio de las calas y playas del sur de Mallorca. El único punto a mejorar es la privacidad del wc en la habitación ya que no tiene puerta completa.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast excellent, with some nice à la carte options. The spa and gym facilities were clean and accessible - it was great to book them for private use.

The bathroom setup was a little odd, with no separation with the bedroom and allowed very little privacy or ventilation. It would have been nice to have some more sweet options for the à la carte breakfast.

Stunning small boutique hotel with lovely amenities

We stayed at this hotel recently for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and were so pleasantly surprised and pleased with this hotel, their staff, the dining options to include 2 Michelin star restaurants. Shout out to the front desk staff as they were absolutely the very best and made sure our stay was perfect. Upon arrival we were surprised with a bottle of champagne and goodies in our room. Absolutely plan on returning!

You may need to rent a car. However the local bus arrives every 15 minutes or so for 6 euros per person.

Et fantastisk hotel som er en helt oase af autencitet, luksus og smukke omgivelser. Et venligt og imødekommende personale, som tager sig god tid til gæsterne. Vi havde et fantastisk værelse med flotte detaljer og en privat altan ind imod den flotte oase. Et fantastisk sted for privatliv, selvforkælelse og smagsfulde oplevelser. Fantastiske udeområder som indbyder til hyggelige stunder.

Great boutique hotel with lovely staff

We loved iur stay in Campos! Amazing facilities, incredibly helpful and lovely staff - especially Arnau! Great location to explore the island and do day trips and then be able to come back and relax by the pool with friendly service and delicious food. Ee had dinner at Kairiku and it was INCREDIBLE, highly recommend for anyone staying to book for this restaurant.

Absolutely adored our stay. The bedding was the softest and most luxe haven. We felt we were in a church or cave. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and warm. It was a haven through and through.

Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect was that our bathroom had glass doors…not my favorite thing for a romantic trip with a partner.

No le pongo 6 estrellas porque la aplicación no me lo permite, creo que es de los mejores hoteles en los que le he hospedado en el mundo, el staff es increíble, el inmueble es hermoso y la ubicación es magnifica, a 15 o 20 minutos de las mejores playas y calas de Mallorca

Heerlijk verblijf, van alle gemakken voorzien. Supervriendelijke staff. Bedden en beddenlakens sliepen heerlijk, douche was lekker krachtig. Dorpje Campos huist pasr heerlijke restaurantjes. Taverne Julia en Restaurant Ferreria zijn top met fijn personeel.

This hotel was on the main high street but it was so quiet and relaxing. The staff were wonderful, relaxed and very welcoming. Definately 5 star and would stay again in a heart beat!

There was not anything not to like!!

This small design hotel is very beautiful. It is the centre of Campos and yet it is a peaceful spot. Our room was spacious with a wonderfully comfortable bed making for a blissful nights sleep. We are in the restaurant in our first night and the food is delicious.

We were disappointed when we discovered the pool and sun loungers were in the shade for most of the day. Our stay was in late September and the receptionist explained the pool area only gets sun during the summer months when it is high in the sky. The spa is luxurious however we wonder about the hotel’s decision to allow access only on an exclusive booking system. It seems a number of people could easily be accommodated allowing guests to enjoy this beautiful facility at any one time.

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente in dem alten Stadtpalais, großzügige Zimmer mit allem Komfort, tolle Betten mit Kissenbar, ein gepflegter kleiner Garten mit Pool und ein wirklich super freundliches Team haben wir im Hotel Sa Creu Nova in Campos genießen können.
