El personal es muy amable y atento y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y cuidadas.

Para mí gusto un poco alejado del centro y le falta minibar, sobre todo en verano.

The location was perfect, abdul was so kind and could not enough to help us in our stay. The room was really spacious as wdll as the ensuite and the small touch of slippers, pool towel was a really good addition . Their taxi setvice is as well really handy

The staff were exceptional. We felt safe all of the time we were there and they endeavoured to ensure we were comfortable with our stay.

It was about 30 minutes walk from the Souks, so every day was a bit of an excursion just to get to meeting points for cabs or to walk up hill to the Souks and the square.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acessíveis. Foi possivel ficarmos no riad depois do check in até à hora do nosso voo. Quarto limpo, com um bom ar condicionado e WC agradável. Pequeno almoço bom, ovos mexidos, pão, bolo ou fruta, crepe, café , sumo natural de laranja e leite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riad. Its location was ideal in the medina, we just used google maps to navigate. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful.

Nothing not to like. Breakfast was good, some fruit at breakfast would be nice but other than that it was perfect.

La piscina en la azotea.

Nada mas llegar nos exigieron pagar las tasas , le dije que si podia bajar despues que tenia la cartera en la maleta y malas manera que pagara ya,continuamos luego con que abonara 100€ para una fianza(el resto de huespedes no sabían nada de eso)le dije que no y me hablo de malas maneras . La zona deja que desear no es nada recomendable, el taxista y los guias nos adviertieron que nada de ir solas, bastante lejos de la medina. Muchas mejores opciones que esta sin duda.

Rendkívül jól éreztük magunkat a tartózkodásunk alatt. Mohamed és Abdul nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak mindenben. A szobánk jól felszerelt és tiszta, rendezett volt. A reggeli csodálatosan volt felszolgálva, melyet gyönyörű környezetben fogyaszthattunk el. Először szálltunk meg riadban, de határozottan a kedvencünkké vált, a gyönyörű színeivel, építészetével, elrendezésével és a személyzetével egyaránt. A központi piac 10-15 perc, melyet egyenesen sétálva lehet megközelíteni, de az utcák mind tele vannak árusokkal, ha az ember nézelődni szeretne. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom, véleményem szerint csodálatos hely.

The staff where amazing, super clean and comfortable.

Het personeel is ontzettend betrokken en behulpzaam! Het zwembad is lekker koud met de warmte en een perfecte aanvulling op het verblijf. Elke dag worden de kamers schoon gemaakt en voorzien van een ontbijt.

De locatie is midden in een lokale woonwijk, dit was bij aankomst even wennen aangezien er geen toerist te zien is. Maar ook een bijzondere ervaring.

La atención de Mohammed. Me ayudó en todo momento con información práctica.

El primer dia, en la ducha no circulaba bien el agua. Prro justamente llego una señora ( la gerente) y me solucionó el problema inmediatamente.

Desde o primeiro contato após a reserva, ás respostas rápidas e sempre disponíveis por parte do atendimento. Já chegamos pela noitinha á nossa espera estava o Mohamed que nos recebeu com todo a gentileza e simpatia apesar das horas tardias. Todas as manhãs tínhamos um pequeno almoço super saboroso preparado na hora. O quarto era espaçoso com uma casa de banho grande cheiroso e muito limpo. Obrigada pela receção 🩷

Quando vamos para um país como Marrocos não podemos ir com grandes expetativas, mas nesta viagem nada me desiludiu.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff (Mohamed and Abdu) were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The room had all the basic amenities and was quiet at night. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

The staff were super helpful and friendly! We loved that the location is outside of the touristy medina but close enough to walk to it (about 20 mins). Nice that it has a pool too.

Compared to some of the other riads we stayed in the decor in the rooms and communal was a bit plain but it wasn’t really an issue. Still a nice place to stay in!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans ce riad avec ma sœur, et ce fut une expérience incroyable ! Le personnel est absolument adorable, toujours aux petits soins et attentif au moindre détail. Nous sommes arrivées assez tôt le premier jour (vers 9h), et même si notre chambre n’était pas encore prête, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies et invitées à profiter d’un délicieux petit déjeuner, copieux et varié, comme chaque matin. La chambre était magnifique, spacieuse et très confortable. Elle était nettoyée chaque jour avec soin, ce qui rendait le séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme, nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Zimmer auch sehr schön.

Spezielle Hausregeln. Man musste seinen Zimmerschlüssel vor dem Verlassen der Unterkunft an der Rezeption abgeben, aus Angst, dass er verloren geht. Der Schlüsselschrank ist für alle freizugänglich, und die Rezeption ist so gut wie nie besetzt. Zudem muss man an der Haustüre klingeln und warten bis jemand die Tür öffnet.

It’s tricky to find late at night

It was well placed to walk into the Medina and souks and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Giving suggestions for places to visit and good local restaurants 😊

Tout était parfait . Personnel accueillant, souriant et disponible ( de jour comme de nuit). La chambre et le Riad étaient parfaitement propres et nettoyés tous les jours . Les réceptionnistes incroyablement serviables et efficaces ( de très bons conseils, ils effectuent les réservations pour nous ) Petit déjeuné servi entre 8 et 10 h , café , thé , lait chaud ,jus d’orange frais , assortiment de pains et confitures . Idéalement situé Un séjour sans fausse note , je recommande vivement et y retournerai volontiers

La piscine est plus petite qu’elle ne semble l’être sur les photos . Ça ne m’a pas dérangé , au mois de mars les températures ne se prêtent pas encore aux baignades ( du moins pour ma part , je suis frileuse) .

Un grand merci à Samad pour son accueil tout au long de notre séjour ! C’est une personne extraordinaire toujours au petit soin et à notre service ! Il s’occupe de tout avec une gentillesse incroyable

Ein kleines Paradies in Marrakech. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Grüße gehen raus an das gesamte Team Riad Ayni ✌🏼 Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Immer frisch zubereitet und stilvoll präsentiert. Das Zimmer war klasse und ich hab dort sehr gut geschlafen.

Riad przepiękny i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Obsługa hotelu świetna i bardzo pomocna we wszystkim. Planujemy za rok ponowne odwiedziny w tym samym miejscu bo skoro wszystko było super to po co zmieniać.

Nie podobało to za mocne słowo ale brakowało mi warzyw i trochę bardziej urozmaiconych śniadań. Rozumiem iż hotel serwuje typowe marokańskie śniadanie lecz to nie moje smaki i dlatego obiecano mi za rok warzywa na śniadaniu które w Maroko są pyszne

Henkilökunta oli täys 10 😍! Riad oli kaunis ja rauhallinen. Pidimme varsinkin pienestä allasalueesta katolla.

Sijainti; kävely riadilta keskustaan oli vähän hurja, kun samalla kadulla kulki mopot, autot, hevoset, aasit ja jalankulkijat 😅. Mutta siihen kyllä tottui alkushokin jälkeen.

Wat een gezellige, zeer sfeervolle Riad is dit. Klein, huiselijk met zeer vriendelijke gastheren. Rooftop is gaaf en ook voor tripjes buiten de deur kan bij hen aankloppen.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur aide pour un super séjour. Ils sont disponibles H24 si on a besoin et ils donnent de précieux conseils pour passer de bonnes vacances sur les tips à avoir, ne pas se perdre etc.. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et vraiment délicieux. On a mangé un soir dans ce riad, cuisine faite par le personnel et encore une fois vraiment bon à un prix dérisoire. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et lumineuses, je recommande fortement ce logement qui se trouve dans la vieille ville de Marrakech et permet de visiter les principaux sites d'intérêt de cette ville.

la propreté de la chambre il n’y a rien à dire, la tranquillité du riad et le calme est un gros +, le personnel est très à l’écoute et adorable, l’accès à la piscine c’était comme si nous étions seule au riad c’était super un bon petit déjeuner le ménage est fait tout les jours dans la chambre

dommage que l’accès à la piscine n’est plus possible après 19h…

El Ryad Ayni es estupendo, limpio, bien decorado, cómodo.... la única pega es que está un poquito alejado del bullicio y nos hubiese gustado estar más centricos.- Cabe destacar la amabilidad de todos los empleados.-

No hubo nada que no me gustó.- Bueno una cosita, que cuando llegamos no nos ofrecieron nada de tomar y habiamos salido a las 3 de la mañana, hubiese estado bueno un desayunito.-

Quizás un poco la lejanía de 28 minutos andando al centro en esas calles de la Medina que son muy laberinto

An iron was not included in the stay and I was informed it would cost extra. Considering what I paid for the stay, I found this disappointing Quite central depending on where you intend to visit. About 15 minutes walk to the medina souks which leads to the main square which can take in total 30 minutes walk or so

Great location. Easy to find. Signs everywhere in Medina for directions. Staff very helpful and give you tips about anything. Beyond just a usual receptionist. Riad has only 5 numbers, it gives you that boutique feeling. Breakfast great. Kettle inside the room for evening tea. Rooftop with swimming pool- was our favourite. We were very happy there. Felt like our little holiday home. Thank you to all staff for their smiles every day and being so mice and helpful.

Toujours gentil et aimable Le petit déjeuner est au top très diversifié les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours Nous avons profité pour la 1re fois du service hammam proposés sur place. Dans le riade La dame qui est venue s'occuper de nous. Était très professionnel et très gentille merci encore pour tout et votre accueil. Hâte de revenir bientôt

Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. Very clean. Room cleaned every day. Location not in touristic area, local but still easy to reach. Modern yet authentic riad. Left like it was our private riad, small number of rooms. Nice rooftop pool.

Stedet var fantastisk! Det var rent og tiltalende på alle områder, rommene var fine og praktiske. Flere koselige fellesområder, med en fantastisk takterrasse. Nydelig frokost og veldig hyggelig personale. Betjeningen sørget for at vi alltid hadde det bra, uten å være innpåslitne. Dette er den beste opplevelsen vi har hatt!

Det eneste å utsette på stedet er at det er litt lytt mellom rommene.
