Posto carino e molto tranquillo. Hamid e Mourad e tutto lo staff, sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. La colazione era ricca e buonissima, il tè favoloso. Unica pecca, la posizione: non è lontanissimo dai punti di interesse, ma si trova in una zona periferica della Medina, da cui è difficile muoversi la sera in serenità.

Beautiful Riad with very helpful and lovely staff. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast is lovely served in the courtyard. A 30 minutes walk to the main square of the medina with plenty of shops and cafes on the way.

El alojamiento es perfecto, tiene todas las comodidades y el personal es súper atento. Tanto Morad, como Hamid y como Soumia nos hicieron la estancia súper agradable. El desayuno súper rico con productos muy frescos. La habitación preciosa y comodísima y la limpieza 10/10. Si volvemos a marrakech seguro que elegiremos este riad otra vez!

Some things need fixing in the room like toilet door lock and curtains but not affecting the experience.

Las instalaciones del Riad son preciosas y todo su personal muy amable. La habitacion doble muy amplia y comoda, el desayuno abundante y variado. Morad fue especialmente atento con nosotros y estuvo muy pendiente, nuestro vuelo llegó de madrugada y fue a esperarnos a la entrada de la medina para guiarnos al riad.

Aunque está dentro de la Medina, está un poco lejos del zoco. Igualmente nos ha compensado mucho porque el Fiad y el personal ha sido de 10.

Es hatte eine kleine Baustelle, die uns aber nicht gross störte da wir immer unterwegs wahren. Das Rooftop entsprechend gemütlichere Sitzmöglichkeiten haben.

Un véritable havre de paix, très calme et agréable, idéal pour se détendre. Hamid et Mourad sont adorables, à l’écoute, disponibles et toujours très sympathiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur accueil et leur attention tout au long du séjour. La prestation est de très bonne qualité, avec une mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner : varié chaque jour, copieux et vraiment délicieux. C’est un vrai plaisir de découvrir de nouvelles choses chaque matin. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad et y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Une très belle expérience. Merci beaucoup 😊

La tranquillità del luogo. La piccola piscina per un bagno rinfrescante. Le stanze migliori sono quelle che affacciano sul patio principale. Hamid e tutto lo staff sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Boustane. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful riad to the warm hospitality. A special thank you to Hamid and Mourad, who were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. They made us feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile. Riad is very spacious, clean and quite. Special thanks to Morad and Hamid for a very welcome, their hospitality was exceptional. They made us feel welcomed and ensured we had incredible stay. AC works wonderful in the room, bathroom spacious and clean. Breakfast was plenty and delicious.

We spent a lovely time in this charming riad! The service from Morad and Hamid was impecable! They were always there for us, smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was plentiful, various and delicious. The traditional tea is something to remember! Our room was cleaned every day. The housekeepers were very attentive,hard working and kind. I loved the terrace on top in the typical Morrocon style. The patio is beautiful and smells of perfume. The whole place is a real gem and I we would come back again!

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. El hotel cuenta con unas instalaciones muy cuidadas y agradables, pero sin duda lo que más queremos destacar es el trato personal recibido. En especial, queremos agradecer a Morad su amabilidad y atención durante todos los días de nuestra estancia. Siempre tenía algún detalle con nosotros cuando llegábamos, algo que valoramos muchísimo y que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Además, el último día estuvo acompañándonos y pendiente de nosotros hasta que llegó el taxi que nos llevaba al aeropuerto. Un gesto que demuestra su gran profesionalidad y calidad humana. Muchas gracias, Morad, por hacer nuestra estancia todavía más especial. Sin duda, recomendamos el hotel y esperamos volver pronto

Estaba un poco alejado de la Plaza Jemaa el Fna, pero era una aventura todos los dias, el ir y venir, pero la zona es muy segura y la gente muy agradable.

Il riad è gestito da Hamid che è molto disponibile e gentile. Il riad è molto pulito, le camere sono spaziose e comode. Ha una bella piscina spaziosa dove non c'è mai nessuno ed è molto tranquillo. Colazione da 10 molto buona e abbondante. Nel complesso consiglierei il soggiorno al riad Boustane a tutti.

リアド内は、中庭は綺麗で、部屋も清潔だった

ロケーションが最悪。フナ広場などからも遠く、かつタクシーのドロップ場所から、人通りの少ない路地裏の、かなり嫌な雰囲気の場所を通る必要があり。加えた、リアドの場所は分かりづらかった。ローカルの子供たちが、勝手に着いてきて、道を教えたから金をくれ、と何度も必要に要求してき、近くのリアドの係員を渡してやれ、というようなエリアだった。最悪です。少なくとも、カップルや、子供連れは絶対に行かない方が良いです。

Très bon accueil, joli riad dans l'ensemble et très calme. Petite piscine sympathique et gestion des réservations d' excursions, navette aéroport et massages très bien.

Mobilier vieillissant: lampe scotchée, fauteuil cassé, table fendue etc.. La clé s'est même cassée dans la serrure de notre porte de chambre le 3e jour. Heureusement situation vite gérée et rétablie. Emplacement un peu excentré par rapport au centre de la médina, il ne faut pas craindre de marcher au moins 30 à 40 min pour aller sur les lieux plus vivants et touristiques et passer par de petites rues/ruelles.

Riad propre à proximité des souks, bien équipé , le personnels est très sympathique .

Pedimos o pequeno almoço muito cedo, foi fabuloso, o colaborador serviu-nos o pequeno almoço pelas 6:30, bastante completo e ainda nos ofereceu uma garrafa de água para a viagem.

Un endroit merveilleux, décoré avec beaucoup de raffinement et très calme avec un coin piscine rafraîchissant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. L accueil est exceptionnel avec Ali et Hamid qui sont très attentionnés. Ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages car notre bus ne partait que le soir et nous ont même mis une chambre à disposition pour prendre une dernière douche avant le départ. Une très bonne adresse à recommander

Un inconfort total avec une canicule sans climatisation dans la chambre car elle ne faisait absolument pas de froid les nuits étaient affreuses. Et très compliqué pour le stationnement malgré qu'on a trouvé un plan B.

You pay taxes for a 5 star hotel (2,50 € per night), but at least in Europe to get 5 stars, there should be a refrigerator in the room??

All staff were all helpful & friendly. They all work very hard,especially in the heat to clean the Riad from top to bottom. Also providing a lovely breakfast . We luckily had a free room upgrade for our Anniversary 😍(Thank you) Recommend The Hamman Massage,such a lovely experience. Ali smiled from our arrival to our departure.He helped us with lots of things, showing us our way around. He called our excursion drivers to check they were collecting us from the nearest point to the Riad. Ali walked us to meet them to make sure all was ok. One night I didn't feel like going out for food .Ali went and collected a pizza for us His service is 10/10. Thank you to all the staff for making our 8 night stay so enjoyable.😊😊

The ryad is beautiful and amazing value for money. Alii and Hamid were wonderful. They made our stay! They could not do enough for us and were on hand to help us with taxi, finding pharmacies, collecting us from taxi etc. The breakfast was lovely, very fresh. Would highly recommend the massage, 10/10.

The location was a bit far out from the medina, 25 min walk, but in this heat, it felt like an hour.

Un oasis de paz en medio del caos de la medida El lugar es un sueño , al entrar parece que te transportas a otro mundo . De primeras nos asignaron una habitación más grande a la que nos correspondía, los desayunos estaban deliciosos y siempre dispuesto a aclararte tus dudas y darte buenos consejos para tu visita a la ciudad y el trato con los locales. Antes de irnos tuvieron la tremenda amabilidad de imprimir nuestras tarjetas de embarque, que dicen que pueden ser necesaria en el aeropuerto Sin duda para repetir

Très beau riad avec un emplacement idéal, à proximité du centre mais en dehors des zones les plus animées, ce qui le rend très calme. Personnel très accueillant, un plus pour le petit déjeuner copieux servi dans la cour intérieure.

A very friendly, welcoming place to stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The Riad is quiet, restful and a really lovely place to stay. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Would recommend this place if staying in Marrakesh.

The only criticism is that card machine wasn’t working so had to pay for the stay in cash. This could pose problems for travellers because of closed currency and exchange rates for foreign visitors. I had to pay in euros and dirham, nearly cleared me out. It did not appear that the card machine was not going to be fixed because cash is king in Morocco. Booking.com might need to update this on the hotel page for other travellers.

Hamid gave us an upgrade of the room with the nicest one of the Riad. The Riad Is super in every part, furnishment in perfect Marocco style. We appreciated a lot his hospitality. When we lived the Riad we had a misunderstanding with the taxi driver and Hamid payed by himself to avoid us any problems (he didn't want to be refunded!) A very example of Marocco hospitality. Recommended 100%

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par toute l'équipe. Le riad est calme , apaisant, la chambre était suffisamment grande avec une literie de qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petits déjeuners et l'adaptation des horaires en fonction de nos excursions. Le personnel est agréable et très serviable.

Our bedroom was quite dark but not really a complaint.

The staff were very welcoming particularly Rabiaa. Couldn’t ask any more off them. Breakfast was lovely and location is good as it is in the Medina but not too central so quiet on the evening and easier to get taxis with just a short walk first. Close enough to wander into the souks for a bit of shopping etc.

Rabir & Hamid were exceptional, even Alli who made the trip to my previous Riad to pick up my luggage for safekeeping. I highly recommend this Riad as they prioritize guest comfort above all. Unser eigentliches Zimmer war die erste Nacht nicht verfügbar, deshalb mussten wir in einem sehr kleinen, übelriechendem, kalten Zimmer übernachten. Betten sehr unbequem!

Nous étions un groupe de 6 personnes nous avons louer 3 chambres dans ce riad Je voudrais commencer par le personnel, Rabia et Hamid se sont occupés de nous pendant notre séjour ils ont été exceptionnel toujours prêt à nous rendre service , toujours là pour répondre à nos questions et trouver une solution à nos problèmes ,nous étions obligé de nous lever très tôt le dernier jour pour prendre l'avion et à 4h du matin Hamid était présent pour nous servir le petit-déjeuner Le riade BOUSTANE et situé en plein centre de Marrakech à 1,5 km des souks et de la place jema hefna et à 2,5 km du jardin de Majorelle Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux il manquait de rien Je conseille vivement ce riad Pour nous 6 sans exception c'est un 10 sur 10

Потрясающий оазис в сердце исторического центра города. Попадая в этот дом уже не хочется покидать его. Вежливые, доброжелательные владельцы окружили заботой как будто своих давних друзей. Мы чувствовали себя как дома у близких родственников. Дом имеет свежий ремонт, продуманное убранство комнат и современную сантехнику. Отдельное хочется сказать спасибо владельцам этого замечательного дома за их заботу и вкусные сытные завтраки! Смело рекомендую всем остановиться именно в этом, так как в нем хочется задержаться больше чем планировал!!! Спасибо!

Très bon Riad, situé dans la périphérie de la médina. La place Jemaa el fna était située à 15-20 min à pied mais la proximité avec une porte de la médina rend l'accès par taxi très simple pour les déplacements (les voitures ne circulent pas dans la médina qui a des pavés au damn des valises à roulette). Les hôtes sont très disponibles, accueillants et sympathiques. Notre chambre située à l'étage était propre et adaptée à non attentes. Dispose d'une piscine qui nous a permis de faire une trempette fraiche après une journée de marche. Bon petit déjeuner. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The riad was an oasis of quiet in frenetic Marrakesh. Breakfast each morning in the courtyard was a perfect start to each day. The entire staff was gracious and kind. I want to give a special call out to Rabia! He went out of his way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. He arranged a pick up at the airport and met me just outside the medina gate to walk me to the riad. He also arranged a day tour for me to visit the Ourika Valley.
