Hostal Km Zero El Huertillo

El entorno, tiene todas las comodidades: aire acondicionado, agua caliente por calentador de gas individual. Edgardo y su familia súper atentos. Te dan las llaves de la puerta a la calle, súper importante para entrar y salir libremente. Tiene energía eléctrica por paneles solares e internet satelital, anda muy bien.

Son mínimos detalles que podrían mejorar aún más la experiencia: el aire era medio ruidoso, las paredes no están muy aisladas acústicamente, se escucha muy claro el exterior y habitaciones aledañas.

Nos atendieron super bien, aqui son muy amables y siempre atentos. Las camas son cómodas, cuenta con closet, aire acondicionado y ducha con agua caliente La cocina es compartida, amplia, limpia y tiene de todo para poder prepararse algo. Tambien cuenta con estacionamiento.

El pago solo es en efectivo, seria ideal si tuvieran otras formas de pago. Sin embargo, nos dieron facilidad de pago, siempre muy amables.

O atendimento da Marianny foi exelente, muito prestativa e atenciosa, perfeito.

O hostel é super aconchegante, todos são simpáticos e super prestativos. Adorei ficar lá e com certeza voltaria.

Rooms no ready, they told me i booked just 1 room, they dont take credit card, they want cash and crispy note bills. They don't speak english No soup, shampoo, no front desk people, just a girls doing all needed to be done

The space is really nice! Hotel rather than a hostal.

I paid to stay here because they advertise heat. It's gets below zero in the winter at night. The heat does not work. It technically turns on but it doesn't actually heat up the room. It's not powerful enough. On top of that, guests are asked only to use it for 45 min. Which is no time at all to even try to heat the room. I was messaged to turn my heat off because I was being tracked. The first night I was in a room where it was broken, the next morning didn't have hot water. I kindly addressed the issues with the owners and was told I can find another hostal. No I can't! I was there to enjoy the desert not try to find another place to sleep. I told them it was fine at that point and I wouldn't shower. They then changed me to a room with hot water at least. Guests always should be put first, never asked to leave if they address an issue that was advertised. I wouldn't not have stayed here if I knew heat wouldn't work. I met people in town that did have heat and weren't being tracked.

Beautiful, relaxing location. We loved the courtyard with the hammocks. A little bit outside of town, but it's a very easy and enjoyable walk, and we appreciated being able to retreat from the bustle of town center. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit!

The owner is very friendly and welcoming! The room is big and we had our own bathroom. The terrace is lovely to eat breakfast or dinner especially when the owner's dog accompanies you.

The shared kitchen and refrigerator are very stuffed, there is just little room to prepare and store your food.

Comfortable rooms with hammocks in the front. Nice and cozy place.

The whole place leaves an impression as if it had seen better days. The large communal kitchen is very empty, tables were dusty and cupboards not cleaned. Its still way worth its money, but it seems as if if it could be easily improved with several „small“ things.

Friendly owner let us check in early on day of arrival. Didn't speak English but made good attempts and happy to help. All very clean and tidy and nice sized room, would recommend.

A short walk on the edge of town but alot of the hostals are and nice and flat.

i like that it's near the center but not at the center. it's a short walk to the main town road. Quiet and safe area

Km Zero is a comfortable and cozy place to stay. We were very impressed by the cleaning service, especially during Covid times. The staff is friendly and professional. The hammocks are a great bonus too!

We really appreciate the hospitality, the service and the kindness of our host. He was helping us to organize our deplacements, help us with needs to wash clothes. Some people will thunk that it us not enough near the center of San Pedro but at a distance perfect to be sure to sleep quietly at night, even the window opened. 👍👍👍

Lugar Perfeito!Tudo muito Amplo,quartos cozinha area comum,os proprietarios sao muito solicitos,voce se sente em casa,possui estacionamento muito seguro,fica mais ou menos uns 12 minutos da Caracolles pertinho,claro iso caminhando de carro é 2 minutos!Wifi bom chuveiro bom ,serio o lugar e 10

Apart from the water supply and pressure in the bathroom, we had a good stay. Beds were comfortable and owner was very friendly.

foi tranquila. bom atendimento. pousada simples e que cobra um valor justo pelo que oferece. é um pouco distante da rua principal, o que pesa qdo estamos cansados da volta dos passeios, já que alguns retornos nos deixam no centro.

A estadia foi muito boa! O Km Zero "El huertillo" está fechado para reformas, porém fomos realocados para outro hostel da mesma rede e o tratamento foi excelente. Os quartos são muito limpos e organizados com muito capricho. A equipe de atendimento é muito atenciosa. Em muitos dias não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, e eles sempre preparavam um lanche para viagem.

It was 10 minutes from town...not far unless you have mobility issues. We were also lost because street names are limited.

Good size room. Friendly and great service (the host happily provided us with a carafe of hot water for our tea every night). Internet connection is reasonable. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

São dois hoteis, Zero Km e Huertillo. A rincipio não encontrava o El Huertiullo, precisei telefonare pegar o endereço correto do Zero Km. Depois fiquei sabendo que o El Hurtillo cestava m reformas. Fiquei hospedado no Zero Km. Muito bem recebido e numa localização ótima. Hotel simples como todos na cidade de San PEdro de Atacama. Nos dias de passeios antes do horário do Breakfast, bastava avisar na recepção que preparavam um lanche para levarmos no passeio. Diariamente era colocada uma garrafa de água no quarto, um mimo. Recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi péssima a começar que não condiz com a foto acima que não existe. Ao chegarmos , fomos transferido para um outro local de péssima qualidade e atendimento.e na recepção do hostell ficavam crianças que eram filhas da responsável, nos impedindo de usufruir da recepção .Fazia muito frio, o aquecedor não funcionava, sem calefação e a água era fria demais, sem água quente.Fomos submetidos a um constrangimento sem par, após termos feito o check out pela encarregada da pousada. Após constatado que estava tudo normal,que tínhamos passado o quarto nas mais perfeitas condições, a senhora Pâmela. na frente de duas crianças cobrou-nos um conjunto inteiro de toalhas ( duas de banho e uma de rosto),ao alegar que a toalha de rosto estava manchada,pasmem,no valor 15000 pesos,um verdadeiro acharque e para não sofrermos nenhuma afronta, pois aguardávamos o nosso transfer, sob protesto,pagamos. Foi de uma profunda covardia e malandragem.

Muito boa a relação custo/benefício. Café da manhã é muito simples mas a localização di hotel é ótima.

Clean place, great people! There are two KM Zeros run by the same people. We ended up at the one without hammocks but closer to town (they were wonderfully flexible). We recommend the one closer to town since some tour vans drop you off in town - so it's a shorter walk -(also for shopping) and you get a better spot on when you're picked up for tours since they pick up closer hotels first. The owner even packed our breakfast for us several days since we were up too early for tours to the desert to eat in their kitchen. Yes, the hot water is on a 10 minute timer but that's because it's tankless water heater. But it's extremely reliable and you can just wait a few minutes and take a 2nd shower if you want. (or you can pay a lot more for a room - elsewhere) It's a budget hotel - it seems fair. Like many places in town they accept cash only - even if you reserve here by credit card. Their central kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook your own meals instead of eating in restaurants.

We really enjoyed this quiet little spot just outside of town. The hammocks were a nice treat and the rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. The owner was extremely helpful, returned money I'd accidentally overpaid (bills stuck together) and spoke slowly and was patient with me as I speak only a little Spanish. The room didn't have heat, so it was a little chilly the first night-- we learned to open the window during the day to get some heat in after that--- and we never got the water hot. Also only had wifi on the shared carport not in our room. Appreciated parking our rental car within the compound gate for safety-- though we never felt unsafe. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended to a friend.
