Место чудесное. Чисто. Еда великолепная. Персонал приветлив и отзывчив.

Вилла не была с " видом" на Голланы или на Кинерет. Вид был во внутренний двор и на какое-то строение. Зелень перед нашей виллой была несколько подсохшей.

L’emplacement est magnifique, dommage que l’accès à la Kineret est impossible et très sale.

Le service était plus que médiocre. Le groupe SERVICES était livré dans des sacs en plastique. Les serviettes et peignoir étaient livrés en vrac…. honteux pour l’enseigne.

L’emplacement le standing de l’hôtel et la nourriture

J’ai attendu ma chambre près 3 h ce qui est inacceptable pour un hôtel de ce standing et le tarif proposé

Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard We paid around 3,000 NIS per night to stay at what is supposed to be a luxury hotel. What we experienced around the pool on Saturday was honestly shocking. People were allowed to come in carrying their own coolers filled with bottles of alcohol and drinks, settle around the pool and drink for hours. Some even brought **their own speakers and played loud music, while the hotel staff seemed to do absolutely nothing to enforce any kind of rules. The result was an atmosphere completely incompatible with what you would expect from a hotel of this standard: excessive drinking, loud music coming from different speakers, and visibly intoxicated guests. At some point, even the pool water smelled like vodka and Red Bull What is most disappointing is not even the behavior of some guests, but the fact that the hotel allows it to happen. At this price level, you expect a minimum level of control and the ability to enjoy the hotel’s facilities in a pleasant and relaxing environment. I have stayed in many hotels and have never experienced anything quite like this. Even in hostels, there are usually stricter rules around the pool. At 3,000 NIS per night, this is simply unacceptable. If you are looking for peace, service and the atmosphere you would normally expect from a luxury hotel, avoid staying here on Saturdays.

הארוחות היו טובות מאד. המנונים מתמלאים כל הזמן כל הכבוד על כך. מכונת הקרח בחדר שיחוק. כל הכבוד החדר היה נקי ומרווח.

זמינות מים לשולחן בארוחת ערב. התלות המלצר לוקחת זמן . רצוי בארוחת ערב שיהיו מים חופשיים כמו בארוחת בוקר. הגאקוזי היה מלוכלך וביקשנו לנקות. נוקה חלקית. בכניסה לחדר צואת יונים ביקשנו לנקות-לא ניקו. ירידה לכנרת לא מסודרת. טיפול בבבעייה מצריך לבוא לקבלה שוב ושוב. אין מעקב על ביצוע/אי ביצוע של הפניות מה שמצריך לבוא אישית לקבלה. בחדרים חלק מהטלפונים הפנימיים לא עובדים.

המלון מסודר ונעים, האוכל נקי וטעים והשירות פשוט מעולה! תודה מיוחדת לרפי על היחס, הדאגה וההתעניינות לאורך כל השהות. הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת ובהחלט נחזור שוב ❤

רוצה לפרגן מכל הלב לרפי, ממלון סטאי כנרת, על שירות יוצא מן הכלל! מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו שאכפת לו שהשהות שלנו תהיה מושלמת. רפי היה אדיב, זמין, קשוב לכל בקשה ונתן תחושה אישית וחמה לאורך כל הדרך. הפינוקים, תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים והנכונות לעשות מעל ומעבר הפכו את החוויה למיוחדת הרבה יותר. אין ספק ששירות כזה הוא בדיוק מה שהופך חופשה טובה לחופשה בלתי נשכחת. תודה רבה לרפי ולצוות סטאי כנרת על אירוח מדהים, יחס אישי ופינוקים מכל הלב. בהחלט נחזור שוב ונמליץ בחום! 🌟

לא היה שירות. מזוודות- היינו צריכים להכניס לחדר וגם לפנות מהחדר. אתה מזמין שתייה לחדר, לא מגיע מזמין מגבות, לא מגיע מתקשר שוב הצוות לא יודע על מה אתה מדבר. התחזוקה על הפנים- החדר שבור. המים נוזלים בכיור לחדר האמבט. דלתות לא נעלות. ארוחות החדר אוכל- מזעזע. (לא הייתה אפשרות אחרת)

צריך לשפר קצת מבחינת ניקיון (החדר היה נקי, היה קצת חול בתחתית הבריכה הפרטית, מול הבריכה איפה יש דשא היה קצת מלוכלך גם) ארוחת ערב הייתהה מצוייינתתת אך צריך לשפר קצת ארוחת הבוקר

המקום נקי, נראה מעולה, חדרים גדולים, מיטות נוחות, אוירה טובה, ארוחת בוקר בשפע ומצטיינת, משגיח הכשרות שם עוזר ונותן מענה, הבריכה מצויינת, מה שכן לא עמוקה, נוף מהמם, האוכל טעים גם של המסעדות, יש בחדרים גם מכונת קרח

The location

Disappointing on so many levels. The property gives the impression of having once been a beautiful luxury resort, and the setting on the Sea of Galilee is undeniably attractive. Unfortunately, our actual experience was very far from what we would expect from a hotel positioning itself at this level. We found very large cockroaches inside our villa, and there was not even any insecticide available. Cleanliness overall was also quite approximate. The level of service was particularly disappointing. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. When I asked the concierge about water sports and activities on the lake, I was simply told to scan a QR code. No recommendation, no explanation, no assistance whatsoever. The restaurant was another major disappointment: a mediocre buffet experience that felt much closer to a mass-market all-inclusive resort than to a luxury hotel. Service at the bar was equally poor, with staff unable to distinguish between white, rosé and red wine when serving us. English was also surprisingly limited among many members of staff, which made basic requests unnecessarily complicated in a hotel presenting itself as an international luxury property. The atmosphere was also much noisier than expected, with a very loud clientele and little sense of the calm or refinement one would normally associate with a resort of this category. Overall, the biggest issue is the enormous gap between the appearance and positioning of the hotel and the actual standard of hospitality, service, cleanliness and attention to detail. A beautiful location, but unfortunately not a luxury experience.

המיטה לא הייתה נוחה עשה לנו כאב גב. והתחזוקה סבירה...

צוות הקבלה היה מצוין, אדיב ושירותי מאוד.

מלון יפהפה עם חדרים מרשימים, אך לצערנו התחזוקה והניקיון לא ברמה המצופה. החדר, המראה ואפילו הבריכה הפרטית לא היו נקיים מספיק. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת — המסעדה הייתה עמוסה, השולחנות לא היו נקיים היטב, היה ריח לא נעים והאוכל לא הרגיש טרי. בהתחשב בכך ששילמנו כ־3,000 ₪ ללילה, ציפינו לרמה הרבה יותר גבוהה. לצערנו, מבחינתנו זה לא היה שווה את המחיר ולא היינו חוזרים או ממליצים על המלון.

רפי איש מקסים מאוד

שירות מזעזע כל דבר צריך לבקש לפחות 3 פעמים כמו קרח, מגבות, טוקטוק ועדיין לא תמיד מגיע! הצוות לא אדיב , לא מרגיש כאילו רוצים לעזור.. מאכזב מאד!!!

The property is really nice and it is evident that it was built to be a luxury hotel.

Communication with the hotel was extremely poor. They constantly send automated messages, but when you reply or ask for assistance, there is simply no response. From the moment we arrived, the service felt disorganized and inattentive. We were told someone would take us to our room, but no one came and we were eventually left to figure it out ourselves. Our private pool was dirty when we arrived, full of mosquitoes, with even a bottle cap lying at the bottom, so we could not enjoy it that evening. The lakefront was also very disappointing. There is no properly maintained swimming beach, and the walk to the water was neglected and littered with old towels, bottles and rubbish. The Kinneret itself was beautiful, but the hotel’s access to it was certainly not what we expected from a property marketed as a luxury lakeside resort. There was also no hot water in the bathtub. We reported it, but instead of fixing it while we were out, maintenance staff arrived in the middle of the afternoon while we were using our private pool. Having several staff members enter our private pool area while we were relaxing there felt extremely intrusive and showed a real lack of respect for guests’ privacy. In the end, the problem was not even fixed, and our room was not serviced either. For a hotel in this price range that presents itself as a luxury property, the level of service, maintenance and attention to guests was far below what we expected.

השירות של נווה ושל רפי היה מדהים הם אנשים מקסימים ושירותיים

TOUT et surtout la piscine et le logement ( taille de la chambre / mobilier / terrasse ) bravo La végétation autour de la piscine. Magnifique

Pas de plage privée devant l hôtel et le chemin d accès est complètement à l abandon avec des détritus de partout. C est vraiment dommage et c est la seule chose qui dénote.

L’hotel m’a demandé de payez la tva alors qu’elle était incluse dans la réservation. 300€

מלון שמחזיר אותנו אליו פעם אחרי פעם , אווירה נעימה במלון מצוות המלון ופרט אשמח לציין את רפי גאנם - נתן לנו באמת את כל הלב, פנה אלינו ודאג לנו בכל דבר , עזר לנו ונתן לנו להרגיש בבית, כל פעם שאל האם אפשר לדאוג לעוד משהו (כמובן שלא כי דאג להכול) ובאמת עשה לנו את החוויה לעוד יותר נעימה , אין כמוהו!

חוזרים אליו כבר מס׳ פעמים והמון בזכות העובדים המצויינים והאווירה נעימה במלון שגורמת לנו לחזור שוב ושוב. בפרט, אשמח לציין את העובד רפי שדאג לנו באמת לכל דבר - מקבלת החדר בזמן, לשדרוגים , לדאגה האינסופית ולאכפתיות שבכלל לא ציפינו לדבר ברמה הזו, באמת השאיר לנו חוייה עם טעם טוב וטעם של עוד!

מלון מושלם שדואג לאורחים שלו בהכול , מהאוכל המצויין, לתנאים גבוהים , עובדים שנותנים מכל הלב , ולכן, אשמח לציין את העובד רפי בפרט - נתן לנו באמת מכל הלב , דאג לנו לשדרוגים ותמיד לכל טענה ומענה , נתן לנו להרגיש שאכפת לו ובאמת היה שם בשבילנו! מזלי נו שבמלון כזה יש עובדים כאלו אכפתייים ומפה נגיד תודה שוב :)

ביקשנו דברים פשוטים מהקבלה כמו כוס יין או קרח ולא היה מענה או שירות במשך שעות עד שנור התערב באופן אישי ושירתת אותנו צמוד עם הנייד האישי שלו ומילא כל בקשה שלנו בזכותו החופשה עברה מצויין מעבר למצופה אין על נורי בעולם !!!

אהבתי הכל היה מושלם ברמות בחיים לא נהנתי ככה נורי היה מושלם אלינו ודאג לנו להכל אין עליו בעולם וגם אלי היה ממש חמוד ודאג לנו צוות נהדר ואני וחברה שלי נהנו בלי סוף ונחזור לשם שוב.

Our stay at The Setai Sea of Galilee was simply exceptional. The level of service was among the best we’ve ever experienced. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. A special thank you to Nuri, who went above and beyond for us. He was available 24/7, always with a smile, and helped us with everything we needed. His hospitality truly made a difference. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, incredibly peaceful, and offers complete privacy. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxing, making it the perfect place to disconnect and recharge. It’s honestly a world-class destination that rivals, and even surpasses, many luxury resorts abroad.

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If anything, the stay was too short. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Everything ! Wish we could have stayed an extra day & treated my dad who’s elderly to a massage . Easy to get around and my sister was thrilled to finally see the Kineret and put her feet in 🦋💕 Breakfast overlooking the Kineret priceless ! Hot tubs in each room balcony a real treat ! Always attentive to my dad who I mentioned was elderly not extreme mobile . Thank you !
