Nuestra estancia en el Riad fue maravillosa. La habitación era muy cómoda, amplia y preciosa, cuidada hasta el último detalle. Los desayunos estaban muy buenos y la cena fue simplemente increíble, sin duda una de las mejores comidas que disfrutamos durante nuestro viaje por Marruecos. Todo el personal fue encantador y muy atento. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y en todo momento nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos. Una experiencia fantástica y un lugar al que sin duda volveríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Todo nos encantó. Es un sitio fantástico, tranquilo y con muchísimo encanto. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención inmejorable de todo el personal, siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos. Las chicas que nos hicieron el baño y el masaje fueron encantadoras, muy atentas y profesionales. Fue una experiencia fantástica y muy relajante. El desayuno nos pareció estupendo, completo y de muy buena calidad. Y queremos hacer una mención especial a Yamal, el chico de recepción, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, dándonos todo tipo de explicaciones, recomendaciones e indicaciones para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Su atención y amabilidad hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos totalmente.

Sinceramente, no encontramos nada que nos disgustara. Todo estuvo perfecto y superó nuestras expectativas.

Le personnel est très agréable, très accueillant, nous conseille sur les lieux à visiter et au petit soin. Le Riad est calme et frais très sympathique ! Un monsieur nous a également aidé pour le transport et pour situation externe embarrassante.

Il y avait des taches sur les draps et des fourmis dans la salle de bain.

Jamal und Hamza haben sich wirklich rührend um uns gekümmert. Riad in der Medina ist immer ein Erlebnis. Es ist nicht vergleichbar mit einem westlichen Hotel. Aber das will man ja auch nicht in Marrakesch.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

All the services were very good and well received. Food great, staff were exceptionally kind, caring and very helpful. They went the full mile to support the guest, teaching the language and ensuring our safety A very clean environment that depicts the tradition of the country.

The long distance from the hotel to the main square. Perhaps an hotel shuttle could be considered for the guest to get to and from the city, even with a cost. Especially to enable the guest to enjoy the Moroccan night life.

The Host was really kind and helpful. The apartman was clean and comfortable.

There was no bin in the room.

Thé location was great. The best thing about this place was the exceptional service of Jamel. Nothing was too much for him. From organising spa treatments and helping us with directions. Every hotel needs someone like Jamel. Thanking you all very much for a wonderful stay.

Un Riad perfecto para sentirte como en casa. Queremos destacar la gran hospitalidad de Jamal y Moataz, siempre muy serviciales, atentos y pendientes de todas nuestras necesidades. Hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera realmente increíble. La terraza, con unas vistas preciosas, es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un desayuno delicioso y empezar el día de la mejor manera. We loved the terrace where you can watch the sunset, and the beautiful breakfast we had in the morning on the terrace. It was clean, cozy and the staff was very dedicated. Moetez greeted us and made a nice tea, he was always there for us even later at night for any help. Awesome breakfast and tea. Jamal helped us to plan our way trough the city and that was very kind of him.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Sun of Kech et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir ! Un grand merci à Jamal, qui nous a particulièrement bien accompagnés tout au long de notre séjour. Il a toujours été disponible, serviable et de très bons conseils, notamment pour l’organisation des taxis, ce qui nous a grandement facilité les déplacements à Marrakech. L’ensemble de l’équipe est adorable, accueillante, souriante et aux petits soins. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Le riad est également très agréable et de qualité, parfaitement adapté pour découvrir Marrakech dans un cadre calme et authentique. Le personnel était super sympa On nous a offert du thé, ils étaient là pour nous à n'importe quel moment. La chambre était super, le lit était confortable. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse était très bon et copieux ! En plus c'était bien d'être dans la terrasse. Le riad est proche de tout, que ce soit pour aller à pied dans la médina ou aller au jardin Majorelle. Tout est proche. Il faut aussi mentionner que Hamza était très réactif et prêt à nous aider pour quoi que ce soit.

The staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and helpful. They were easy to talk to and had a natural calming feel that made the place feel like home. With gorgeous breakfast included, air conditioned rooms, a cool pool to hop into after a long day in the sun, rooftop seating to be enjoyed at any hour of the day/night and padlocked doors. I felt incredibly safe and welcome in this Riad. Thankyou

When eating in the rooftop there is an army of ants that will try attacking your food. I also spotted a few cockroaches up there too. Nothing was wrong with the bedroom in this sense, but the rooftop does secure you an army of peaty bugs.

Das Riad ist sehr schön, wenn auch etwas abseits gelegen. Die Rooftop Terasse ist der Hammer! Jamal and Hamza geben ihr Bestens und unterstützen wo es geht. Zur WM 2030 komme ich wieder!

La situation géographique : calm et proche du centre à pied ; excellents petit-déjeuners, très bon couscous et tajine ! Personnel charmant et attentif. Nous avons dû régler en espèce alors qu'il était indiqué que nous pouviosn payé en CB ; nous avons dû retirer de l'argent et, en compensation, le RYAD nous a offert un excellent couscous, geste très apprécié.

O riad está bem localizado dentro da Medina, para primeira viagem a Marrakesh é bom saber que chegar e sair da medina com malas é complicado. É necessário ir até 1 ponto para pegar táxi, transfer etc. Mas o staff é super atencioso e nos ajudou com isso. O quarto é muito bom, e ficamos bem instaladas por ser um Riad. Staff maravilhoso , café da manhã ok! Fomos recebidos com chá como de praxe.

Acho que poderia ter + opções de frutas e pães no café da manhã, os turistas iriam adorar já que normalmente almoço e jantar comida local.

Jamal, che ti accoglie nella struttura, un persona precisa, molto gentile, che si dedica e si prende cura di te. La struttura è molto ben tenuta, nei dettagli, molto pulito e profumato. La camera ordinata ed accogliente. Jamal ti assiste se hai bisogno di servizi aggiuntivi come taxi o tour.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen 😊 Das Hotel war sauber, ruhig und total gemütlich. Das gesamte Team war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Hotelmanager Hamza, der sich super um alles gekümmert hat und immer sehr herzlich war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating with anything that we could ask for. The breakfast was standout as compared to other Riads that we stayed in during our trip.

Notification received one-day prior to check-in asked for payment in cash, which we were not prepared for or willing to do. This didn't end up being problematic following a message to the property but caused unnecessary hassle.

La struttura era carina, camera ampia, letto molto comodo, staff cortese.

Odore di umido e muffa in camera. Posizione, in un vicolo accanto ad una zona di spaccio. A poche ore dal check in mi hanno scritto chiedendo di pagare contanti per presunti problemi di pagamento elettronico, troppo tardi per cancellare la prenotazione. Per €125 a notte a Marrakesh si trova parecchio e decisamente molto migliore.

Nice Riad, close to the souks,everything on walking distance. Hamza was really helpfull and also the other staff was very friendly, you could ask everything to them. Rooms were basic but very fine and had all comfort needed to have a nice holiday. Last days the weather was good enough to have breakfast on the rooftop which has a nice view over Marrakech.

The hospitality and service from Mr. Jamal was beyond exceptional. It was lovely and truly a pleasure to experience his kindness for the two days we've stayed at the Riad. He made sure we had everything we need, open to any questions we had, and prioritized our safety.

This is a beautiful Riad with beautiful people. I stayed here for a few chill days after an adventure week and it was super comfortable. Nice place to chill slightly away from the bustle of the Medina but within walking distance. All the staff and especially Jamal were very kind and attentive, taking me to the local ATM and making sure I had everything I needed. The food was super tasty so much so that I ate here 3 nights in a row..Would highly recommend this Riad

Lovely Riad in a quiet location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The terrace for breakfast was fabulous and one evening we had dinner there, it was a beautiful location and tasted delicious.

If you are staying in a standard room they are on the ground floor in reception and not very private.

This was especially valuable to us: there was no city noise, and in the mornings and evenings, all we could hear was the birds singing 🕊️ A very special thank you to Jamal and Hamza, the managers of the riad. They are incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and caring people. From the very first moments, we truly felt at home here. I would also especially like to mention the food: Jamal cooks absolutely amazingly! His tagine was the most delicious one I tried in Marrakech ❤️ The breakfasts were also wonderful — very tasty, varied, and clearly prepared with love. The pillows were not very comfortable, but that was the only thing we would have changed — everything else was wonderful. ✨

Piękny, klimatyczny riad urządzony z dbałoscią o kazdy szczegół. Bardzo pomocny i troskliwy wlasciciel. Śniadanie serwowane na tarasie z uroczym widokiem. Pokoje malutkie ale czyste i przytulne.

The host was very kind! He prepared for us a take away breakfast since we couldn’t profit of it because we were going for a tour leaving early in the morning. The room was small but very nice, with very good taste in the original Moroccan style. The terrace is very very beautiful and calm and you can see amazing sunset from the top. Also there is the Bidet in the bathroom!

We slept at floor zero and the door was a beautiful but old wood door that didn’t really isolate from the restaurant tables located on the same floor just one meter behind the door. Anyone could hear from us and we could hear anyone outside. (I must say that the other doors of the rooms seemed better and not located at floor zero so maybe just ask to don’t stay at floor zero when you book!) The neighbourhood is okay but not very central in the medina which means that there is mainly local people around. It happened to us that going to the Riad for the first time, looking at the phone to check the direction, we have been approached from local people saying that the way was closed due to prayer time. They asked for the name of the Riad to “give us alternative indication to reach the road from another way”. We didn’t listen and arrived to the Riad; the host told us to don’t listen. Nothing dangerous at all, just don’t listen and keep on going.

Riad tres bien entretenu, au calme dans la médina ce qui est très appréciable. Le personnel aux petits soins et plus encore, rèpondant à toutes nos sollicitations. Les repas sont d une qualité exceptionnelle,permettant de découvrir des tas de saveurs. Tous les jours des plats différents et frais,nul besoin de ressortir, tout ca servi sur le toît terrasse...idem pour le petit déjeuner. Hammam et massage très bien. On remercie toute l'équipe du riad qui était juste au top et incroyablement gentille, arrangeante, au petit soin et très à l'écoute. Ils nous ont procuré un taxi, de l'amlou beaucoup moins cher qu'au souk, donné les bons plans pour la ville. De plus la terrasse tout en haut est un Havre de paix, le petit déjeuner est juste génial et l'emplacement du riad parfait, très peu bruyant, facile d'accès, proche de tout, tout est accessible en 20min max à pied. Merci pour tout on a adoré.

Le fait qu’ils nous demandent l’acte de mariage est une atteinte à la vie privée. J’avais oublié l’acte, donc nous n’avons pas pu séjourner chez eux. Ils nous ont expulsés malgré la réservation. Le seul point positif, c’est d’avoir pu être remboursés.

The people running the riad are some of the nicest and most welcoming people i have met. I 100% recommend staying here. Great experience overall with helpfull people.

Riad przepięknie urządzony w Marokańskim stylu, już w obrębie Mediny około 15 minut do centrum. Niezwykle pomocni bardzo uprzejmi Panowie Hamza i Jamal !!! Mieliśmy zorganizowany odbiór z lotniska, wszystko na czas i z uśmiechem. Mieliśmy też zorganizowane przez nich wycieczki - serdecznie pozdrawiamy kierowcę Hassana, również bardzo miły i rzeczowy. Panowie mówią doskonale po angielsku czy francusku. Śniadania na dachu Riadu nie do zapomnienia!

Great old Riad in the other side of Medina (Gate 8). Very local experience as it is surrounded by busy streets with locals and kids playing outside. The host Youssef was very kind and helpful. He made sure we had a comfortable stay and guide us around the Medina and marrakesh. They also have a terrace and great breakfast.

The Riad is a bit old and it gives a different vibes but the bed was a bit hard and we had trouble sleeping.

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and was always spotless. Location was walking distance from main attractions. The decoration and the vibes were really cute. I would like to thank all staff for their very welcoming friendly approach . The coffee and bakery in the breakfast were always fresh!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering city maps and directions to places. Excursions were also offered. A traditional hammam and massages were available. The room was clean and cozy, and it was cleaned daily. Our room was on the top floor with a private terrace. We had breakfast and dinner in a traditional Moroccan riad. We will miss the staff's attentiveness and sweet humor. We would happily return to this hotel.

A amabilidade das pessoas que trabalham no Riad foi excepcional, mesmo fora da curva. Fiz questão de saber o nome de cada um deles pois o carinho que nos tratam foi mesmo especial. O manager foi um guia excelente, Jamal e Hamza sempre presentes e nos prepararam pequenos almoços soberbos, Mohamed incansável em nos ajudar com nosso cartão de internet, e as meninas Soka e Idriss que cuidam de limpeza e do bem estar. Roof top delicioso para nossas refeições e descanso. Foi uma estadia incrível. Deixo aqui o meu agradecimento a essa equipa fantástica e espero voltar a vê-los.

The staff, specially Hamza and Jamal were super friendly hosts. We arrived a bit late by bicycle and Jamal made us a tasty vegetarian Tajine. They helped us out when we faced a problem with another Riad, thank you so much for that!

C'était notre premier séjour à Marrakech et dans ce riad... Nous avons eu un accueil très très chaleureux depuis notre arrivée à l'aéroport avec notre chauffeur Monsieur Mustapha, le manager Monsieur Hamza est venu nous chercher à notre descente de la voiture pour nous accompagner au riad. Nous avons été émerveillé par l'intérieur du riad à tous les étages. Notre chambre était cocoon et d'une propreté impeccable et ainsi que la salle de bain. Le repas du soir ainsi que nos petits déjeuners étaient typiques, copieux, et excellents. Monsieur Hamza nous a donné beaucoup d'informations très très utile pour nos déplacements. Nous lui avons réservé deux excursions que nous avons faites avec le même chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport (Monsieur Mustapha). C'était le désert d'agafay et la vallée de l'ourika. C'était deux journées très très magnifique et enrichissantes et nous avons eu énormément d'explication de la part de Monsieur Mustapha. En conclusion...De tout cœur nour remercions l'ensemble du personnel du riad et ainsi que notre chauffeur, nous sommes rentrés en Belgique avec des étoiles plein les yeux et des souvenirs inoubliables, et nous recommandons vivement ce riad tant par sa localisation, son personnel, et sa propreté.

Jamal and Hamza were wonderful hosts, kind and helpful with early mornings, booking an airport transfer and orientation to the Medina. The food was delicious, I had lunch on the terrace and it was some of the best food I had on my stay in Morocco! The shower was hot and had great water pressure! The streets around the riad are quintessential Medina, a narrow maze, and can seem daunting at first but felt safe to me as a solo female traveller walking to and from in the early morning and late evening. Navigate with awareness and confidence, and of course, a good map app!! I booked a room with a fireplace, and it wasn't available the first night. The hosts kindly offered me to switch rooms for my second night, but I had already unpacked, and the fireplaces are not functional for guests anyways. Thank you to Jamal and Hamza for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

The bed was very firm, and it was two twins pushed together so there was a gap down the middle. The rooms are not soundproof, so expect to hear some noise of other guests. Otherwise the Riad is in a quiet part of the Medina, a 15 minute walk to the centre of the Medina and 30 min walk to Jemma el Fna. The rooftop has a bar, but the riad doesn't serve alcohol because it's forbidden in the Medina, and if you bring a beer to the riad, you can't make it obvious, so that the business doesn't look bad to the neighbours.

Near madona center but in quiet surrounding. Superb terase with delicious served breakfast. Room was clean and nice. Great hospitality from Hamza, the manager of riad, friendly and helpfull staff. Always got tea when comming back.

The property was beautiful and quite peaceful given the chaotic nature of Marrakech. Situated about 10 minute walk from the main souk and 20 from the main square it’s easy to get to the action while also not being fully in it.

Great Riad, super friendly host that will help you with everything, definitely would recommend!

It was clean and nicely decorated. Everythig worked properly, and the lunch in 3 courses was delicious. Yamal was more than helpfull in any moment that I needed him. Would recommend 10/10
