Si bien no tenía mucho estacionamiento cerrado, en la calle hay espacio y es relativamente seguro. Es un detalle pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta.

La tranquilidad y las instalaciones

The staff looked after us well. We were the only guests at the time as it was out of season and they did take good care of us. The room was large and welcoming and it had a lovely view of the volcano.

Nothing to complain about. It was a bit quirky having to ring the bell to get in but there always was someone there.

Me gustó la calidez del personal, muy atentos y preocupados para que todo funcione bien. El desayuno de muy buena calidad, sobre todo los omelettes, y abundante. La pieza espectacular muy cómoda y temperada, con un pequeño balcón con vistas al volcán Villarrica. Además nos dieron un ticket de descuento para las termas, y nos facilitaron toallas. Una muy buena ubicación, lo suficientemente alejada del ruido como para descansar. En resumen, excelente y muy recomendable.

A wonderful place close to everything in Pucon. Friendly people, good room and good breakfast.

An easy way to get hot water or coffee anytime would be great. When asked, I could always get it from staff, but a way to do it myself would still have been nice

Marcelo und seine Partnerin waren von Anfang bis Ende sehr freundlich und haben uns bei allem unterstützt. Frühstück und Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet. Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

La ubicación es excelente tanto para ir al lago, como para el centro o para salir de la ciudad. Instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y personal muy amable.

No hay pava para el mate, pero amablemente nos dieron agua caliente y una infusión.

Pude estacionar sin problema por baja ocupación pero el numero de estacionamientos es inferior a la capacidad del hotel

The owner was delightful - looked after us and arranged early breakfasts when we had to depart early on day trips. The location was just a few minutes walk from the busy town centre, though quiet enough to get a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed.

Nice little hotel adjacent to town center, steps away from the lakeside. Room was correct and clean. Tasty breakfast prepared to order. Secure parking on site. Particularly liked the welcoming attitude of the employees, also supporting me with advise about hiking trails in the region

What an excellent find, Marcelo and his lovely Team look after you so much. He arranged our transfers and the Team delivered a great breakfast, our lack of the Spanish language was easily overcome a bit of Google, which they were all happy with. Room was great, plenty of space with a balcony. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The General Manager, Marcello, and Assistant Manager, Carolina, were extremely accommodating and hospitable. When on the first night we realized our second floor room was noisy from street traffic, Marcello had no problem moving us to a quiet room in the back. Perfect! On our last night, and after we successfully summited Villarrica volcano, Marcello and Carolina invited us for martinis at the bar. We chatted for a long time and had a great time as a rain storm rolled thru knocking out the power intermittently. It was fun and interesting to socialize with them. Be sure to ask Marcello for restaurant recommendations. He does not explicitly recommend one over another but listens carefully to your culinary preferences and gives you several options. We will never forget out time at Cocorantu, not just because of our climb at Villarrica, but also for the time spent with Marcello and Carolina. Perfect place and perfect people!

O hotel é muito bom, a uma caminhada de 10 minutos da rua principal onde tudo acontece. O café da manhã honesto; escolhemos no primeiro dia o que vamos querer e é servido na mesa. O Marcelo foi perfeito com as dicas, tornou nossa estadia maravilhosa. Obrigado Marcelo.

Wonderful stay and experience. The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Bonus for delicious breakfast and two adorable cats on the property.

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, es muy acogedor y las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras

Lo único que cambiaría es el lenguaje de los avisos cuando uno entra. Creo debería cambiarse a lo que se puede hacer dentro del recinto mas que las prohibiciones. Se lee todo muy restrictivo. El estacionamiento es pequeño

A limpeza é impecável, o hotel está super bem cuidado e o serviço super solícito. Destaque ao Marcelo - que se desdobra para atender todas as necessidades, dá dicas e se preocupa muito com o bem estar dos hóspedes. Além disso, a localização é excelente! Fomos muito felizes no hotel e certamente ficarei de novo se retornar a Pucón. Super recomendado! O café da manhã é simples, mas atende super às necessidades.

Ótima localização, perto da praia e da região central. Equipe muito simpática e prestativa. Café da manhã muito bom, customizado a cada dia. Quarto amplo, limpo, assim como o banheiro.

O único ponto a melhorar seria a cortina de vedação de luz da janela. Entrava bastante claridade no quarto. Mas nada que tenha comprometido a estadia

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location was great for walking to the beach and town which is a lively Chilean holiday location with lots of busy bars and restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit odd and had to be ordered the night before.

Marcelo and Carolina were wonderfully helpful, excellent hospitality. Excellent location. The room was stylish and comfortable, with an incredible view of the volcano from the balcony. And Marcelo makes a delicious gumbo!

Everything was perfect, exceptional attention to detail, clean, friendly and very helpful. English spoken and suggestions given for sightseeing. Very enjoyable stay

I have been several times in Pucon, but this hotel is the best experience so far. It is a little on expensive side, but the level of comfort and calmness worth it.
