Hermosa ubicación. Nos tocó en uno de los de adelante y tenía una hermosa vista. El apartamento para 5 personas es cómodo. El trato del personal excelente y sirven un rico desayuno!

Our host were very charming, despite of Spanish. Believe it to be our best complimentary breakfast during our 3 month trip. Views were nice and the bed was incredibly comfy. He also let us leave our bags for a few hours ahead of our bus departure.

One of the radiators was dripping into a tupperware box which spilt out at one point. Understandable, though it would have been good to have been warned. Would have appreciated an eleven o'clock check out.

Simple accommodation with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had the basics for cooking including a fridge. The breakfast spread was nice! The two managers were very friendly.

The location. The walk to downtown was not too far, but the streets to get there are not the most pedestrian friendly (minimal side walks).There is a small grocery store within a couple of blocks, but no real other restaurants or eateries nearby. The manager was friendly once we met him, but we had to call for him to come to the door, there was no doorbell to ring at the office, which was poorly labeled- we were glad we had phone service, otherwise would not have been able to get into our apartment. No fault of the apartment, but the water was out across the city for a day, so we were particularly glad to have 2 toilets then!

Convenience

It was great to meet the owners and talk with them. They were very cool people and keep the apartments well kept for visitors. The apartment was also a great space for our family with two rooms a good living room and kitchen.

The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and a convenient placement. The included breakfast was quite good, and the staff were kind and friendly, always ready to help.

A lot of things in the apartment need repairs, which detracted from the overall experience.

The host was very kind and funny! Thanks for great stay :)

Excelente atención por parte de los propietarios.

Great location, slightly away from the center so more quiet surroundings but still close enough to reach the main shopping street on foot. Spacious and comfortable accomodations with nice views over the lake, town and mountains. But the highlight were our hosts who were very helpful, friendly and who created an amazing authentic experience with their stories of life in Patagonia and a real Patagonian BBQ.

It was very good and receptionts were very kind!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities and the supermarket is very close we enjoyed 4 days and the owners 2 friendly brothers are genuinely nice and helpful

There was plenty of room in the living and other areas. Great view over the town to the lake. We were allowed to stay on in the dining area after checkout

It was great to have breakfast provided. Fernando and Nestor looked after us very well - they are a total laugh and were very helpful. The beds were comfy with feather duvets. There is a spacious living area, the kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom upstairs also.

The guys running this place go out of their way to accomodate you. Lovely men. Nice breakfast too. The cabins are big and comfortable.

The location was located from high traffic. It was easy to get access into the central part of the city and easy access to some of the outside locations we visited.

Muy tranquilo, muy agradable el lugar, muy cómodo, Los Hermanos nos atendieron muy bien, Fernando nos atendió súper bien. Muy amable. Nos dio las referencias de restaurantes adecuadas. El consejo de carretera también fue muy acertado.

Excellent customer service, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, 1 toilet downstairs. Consistent hot water supply and comfortable beds. Lots of heaters in the apartment to keep the apartment warm. We had a good time relaxing in the apartment and a short walk to downtown. Many thanks for the late checkout, advices, and helping out with the luggages!

Conviniently located near the bus terminal and with view to Lago Argentino.Spasious , a bit old dated in terms of furniture, but still convinient and well equped cottages. Clear and efficient communication, extremely helphul staff.Definitely would stay again.

Very close to bus but further away from town. Super accommodating and nice. There is a rooster at the property next door that crows at odd hours.

We had such a wonderful stay at the apartments - we rented 2 for 3 nights over the christmas period. They were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to cook even a huge christmas dinner. Very warm, beds were comfortable. And the best thing was how welcoming ernesto and fernando were. So lovely, even when checking in late they were there to show us around and nothing was too much trouble. They even did some washing for us, which was so appreciated, and no charge even. Lovely view from the apartments. All around super friendly hosts, and very happy and enjoyable stay.
