Toch meer dan een uur rijden voor vertrekpunt Etna.

Het ontbijt is werkelijk geweldig en eet ook eens het 5 gangen menu in het restaurant. Heerlijk en verrassend.

Er was een grote groep Duitse gasten in het hotel voor een bruiloft, waardoor het geen oase van rust was.

Das Hotel ist eine absolute Oase, wunderschön und stylisch konzipiert, perfekt in die Natur/Landschaft eingepasst, hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen! Das Zimmer war phantastisch, edle Materialien, tolles Bad, super Betten, perfekt. Das Abendessen war außergewöhnlich, ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis auf einer romantischen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna, überragend! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - nur zu empfehlen!

Tutto ciò che riguarda questa struttura è da 10. La camera, la terrazza, la piscina e il ristorante sono fenomenali. Lo staff attentissimo ad ogni bisogno. La colazione è perfetta, non manca nulla, ricca di prodotti che valorizzano il territorio. Da tre anni veniamo in questa struttura paradisiaca, è ormai una tradizione.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura insieme al nostro piccolo di 3 mesi. Rocca Dei Saraceni è un resort curato nei minimi dettagli, con un unico obiettivo: mettere al centro il benessere dei propri ospiti, farli sentire speciali e accolti con grande cura. Tutto lo staff è stato impeccabile nel rendere gradevole il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l’attenzione dedicata al nostro piccolino e il modo in cui ci siamo sentiti accolti come famiglia (d’altronde la gestione è in mano a una bellissima famiglia). Il ristorante Radica è davvero molto bello e la cucina dello chef merita assolutamente di essere provata. Ne approfitto per ringraziare lo staff che, in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie, ha servito inaspettatamente una torta con una candela e un bellissimo messaggio di auguri: queste sono proprio le attenzioni e la cura di cui parlavo.

La struttura è indubbiamente bella. Il resto, purtroppo, ci ha lasciati più volte perplessi. Partiamo dall’accoglienza, che dovrebbe essere uno dei pilastri dell’ospitalità. Abbiamo sentito più volte il personale urlare e discutere dalla cucina, perfettamente udibile anche dall’esterno. A questo si aggiungono sguardi insistenti e un atteggiamento che abbiamo percepito come tutt’altro che accogliente. In tutto il soggiorno nessuno si è mai preoccupato di avvicinarsi e chiederci semplicemente se stessimo bene o se fosse tutto di nostro gradimento. Solo alla fine, al momento del check out. In compenso, la presenza dello staff si faceva sentire molto bene durante le pulizie, decisamente rumorose nei corridoi. Non esattamente ciò che immaginiamo quando pensiamo a tranquillità, eleganza e relax. Il Wi-Fi era scarso e continuava a disconnettersi. La zona ha già una copertura telefonica quasi inesistente — cosa che ovviamente non imputiamo alla struttura — ma proprio per questo sarebbe quantomeno opportuno disporre di una connessione Wi-Fi stabile. Il risultato, invece, è stato sentirsi praticamente isolati. La camera ha aggiunto altri piccoli “dettagli” difficili da conciliare con il livello che la struttura sembra voler rappresentare: luce che si staccava continuamente e phon che, dopo circa due minuti, si surriscaldava e smetteva di funzionare. Ne abbiamo chiesto un altro e quello sostitutivo faceva sostanzialmente aria fredda. A quel punto abbiamo rinunciato. Curiosa anche la presenza di una TV, nemmeno Smart né collegata alla rete, di fatto inutilizzabile: provando a effettuare una semplice sintonizzazione automatica dei canali, veniva richiesta una password. Viene spontaneo chiedersi quale utilità abbia una TV in camera se l’ospite non può nemmeno utilizzarla normalmente. Nemmeno una semplice macchina per il caffè in camera: per prenderne uno bisogna andare al bar.

Очень чистый, стильный и комфортный отель. Потрясающая ухоженная территория отеля. Фантастические виды вокруг. Красивый, чистый и освежающий бассейн. В 15 минутах ходьбы есть небольшой городок с магазинами, аптеками и кафе. Отличный завтрак и в целом всегда свежая еда, очень хорошего качества и вкуса. Но самое важное - это люди. Очень доброжелательные и заботливые сотрудники отеля. Особенно хочется отметить сотрудника Карину - по моим ощущениям, Карина - душа отеля, очень искренняя, открытая и добросердечная. С первого дня я чувствовала ее тепло и заботу, и очень мило, что Карина запомнила мои предпочтения в еде, не смотря на большое количество гостей в отеле. Большое спасибо за этот приятный опыт, который я буду вспоминать с теплом.

Не сказать, что недостаток, а скорее особенность - лучше, конечно, останавливаться в этом отеле, предварительно арендуя машину. Я побоялась водить машину в другой стране и не стала этого делать, рассчитывала на автобусы, но выяснилось, что автобусы до близлежащего городка ходят в основном до 20:30, поэтому я немного понервничала после экскурсий, которые заканчиваются поздно. Уехать в сторону крупных городов легко почти всегда, а вот вернуться поздно - не так-то просто, не арендуя машину.

Sono stata a Rocca dei Saraceni con una mia amica, per due giorni. Ho apprezzato la cortesia, il servizio, la qualità. Un posto estremamente tranquillo per chi vuole passare dei giorni di relax e, volendo, fare un'esperienza culinaria. Si nota come la struttura punti alla qualità di tutti i servizi offerti.

Wir waren tiefentspannt und die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Das gesamt Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum versorgt gefühlt.

Normaal gezien is televisie iets dat we zelden op reis bekijken, maar nu was het wel ons land die speelde in de World Cup Football, en we konden dit helemaal niet volgen, gezien de gewone kanalen (RAI) niet konden genomen worden. Vriendelijke dame aan de receptie kon het ook niet verhelpen .

It's the second time I stayed at this hotel. If you want a weekend to relax, it's perfect. Staff are all nice and helpful especially Carina and Tania - they do very good cocktail by the pool :) Even Valeria and Annalaura - I arrived early and the last day left late, they let me use the pool and bar with no problems! Dinner at the restaurant was very tasteful and nice presentation - it's fine dining. Room was spacious and always clean. Will surely visit for a third time.

Wat een fantastische ervaring was ons verblijf bij Rocca di Cerami (Rocca da Serei) in Regalbuto. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar luxe, rust en culinarisch genieten. Prachtige locatie: Het verblijf ligt op een adembenemende plek met een schitterend panorama. Nette kamers: De kamers zijn ontzettend schoon, comfortabel en verzorgd ingericht. Echt fantastisch eten: Het diner was een culinarisch hoogtepunt. De smaken zijn puur en de gerechten met zorg bereid. Luxe à la carte ontbijt: Geen standaard buffet, maar een heerlijk, luxe ontbijt dat vers aan tafel wordt geserveerd. Heerlijk zwembad: Het zwembad biedt een prachtig, weids uitzicht over de vallei. De perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Je komt hier echt volledig tot rust. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

We had a wonderful stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. The property is beautiful, elegant, and surrounded by lush gardens that create a romantic and peaceful atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, offering a great sense of comfort and style. The pool area is large and beautifully designed, with a great pool bar, and offers views over the landscape and Mount Etna in the distance. Breakfast was exceptional and among the best we have ever had, with outstanding quality and beautifully presented dishes. Service throughout the entire stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, and the pool service in particular was flawless. A truly memorable place we would happily return to.

Voor de 2e x hier verbleven en nu iets langer waardoor het ons nog meer is opgevallen hoe fijn deze plek is! De service en het personeel (Tania is amazing!) zijn echt top. Heel schoon verblijf en het eten is van top kwaliteit. Wij zouden zeker terugkomen wanneer we Sicily opnieuw bezoeken.

We hadden helaas een kamer zonder uitzicht, het bed was aan de harde kant, de badkamer werd een beetje nat tijdens het douchen. We waren er 1 nachtje, het regende toen we aankwamen maar toch genoten!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the food is exquisite, both at breakfast and on the a la carte dinner menu. The surrounding countryside adds to the experience, having a luxury boutique feel while listening to the cow bells in the distance. The staff is helpful and kind. Would love to come back.

Piscina e servizio bar ottimi, colazione e ristorante di buona qualità e alto livello. Letto comodo e ottima scelta dei cuscini. Ottimi servizi come la spa, le lezioni a cavallo, noi abbiamo provato il parco avventura vicino al lago Pozzillo che consigliamo caldamente !!!( esperienza non ordinaria )

Una struttura di così alto livello dovrebbe avere macchinetta del caffè in camera, Smart tv che purtroppo non abbiamo trovato e phono più performante. Anche la palestra sarebbe stata apprezzata!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff! The views are insane, the hotel is super well decorated and comfortable. One of the best chefs I had at a normal hotel restaurant to stunningly cheap prices. You can relax a lot here. Would recommend booking the spa!

Not really negative but the hotel is in a remote village without many restaurants so you mostly have to eat at the hotel which is not bad as the chef is insanely good but he does repeat the entrees and at some point you cant have the same anymore haha

- Quite a few (crying) babies/toddlers.:( We booked this remote hotel for the tranquility and luxurious atmosphere, however with quite a few (crying) babies/ toddlers it is unfortunately creating a different vibe than portrayed at the pictures. Often there were more families with babies at the pool than without. Also with the babies with their diapers in the pool it felt a bit unhygienic. This is not the wrong doing of the hotel (it is not an adult only hotel). Nevertheless, it would have been nice to have known beforehand this is a hotel that is oriented as much to couples seeking rest, as to young families with (crying) babies. This just may be a little bit conflicting. :) For the rest everything was very good.

Der Ausblick auf den Ätna, die anderen Berge und Felder ist wirklich phänomenal - fast unwirklich. Sowohl der Außen- als auch der Innenbereich des Hotels sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool hatte Mitte Mai schon eine sehr angenehme Temperatur, es gibt genügend Liegen, kostenlose Poolhandtücher und während man an seinem Cocktail nippt kann man von dort aus den Blick auf den Ätna genießen. Hier lässt es sich aushalten. Das Hotel liegt wirklich mitten im Nirgendwo. Außer Kuhglocken und dem Blöken der Schafe vom nahegelegenen Bauernhof ist hier nicht viel zu hören. Für Ruhesuchende ist das schön, wenn man auch etwas unternehmen oder auswärts essen will, sollte man das aber beachten. Ohne Mietwagen geht hier nichts. Das „normale“ À la carte Dinner im Restaurant war sehr raffiniert und lecker und das Personal an diesem Abend sehr aufmerksam (wir waren nur 2 Nächte hier). Die Auswahl und Portionen sind allerdings sehr klein und die Preise dafür wiederum recht hoch. Das Frühstück ist halb Buffet, halb à la carte (inbegriffen) und hat uns ebenfalls begeistert. Das Rührei und die Pancakes waren ein Traum! Das Essen ist zum Großteil vegetarisch und aus regionalen Zutaten. Die Eier kommen von den hoteleigenen Hühnern. Es gibt auch (mindestens eine) Hotelkatze, die insbesondere beim Frühstück herumstreunert. Wir fanden sie süß, sie hat manchmal aber auch am Tisch gebettelt (und war bei vielen erfolgreich ;)).

Unser Zimmer (Standard-Doppelzimmer) war schön eingerichtet, aber sehr dunkel, und das Bett war für meinen Geschmack viel zu hart. Die Klimaanlage hat quasi gar nicht gekühlt. Wir hatten „nur“ 24 - 27 Grad draußen, daher war es nicht so dramatisch und wir haben nachts die Balkontür offen gelassen. Leider sind die Zimmer aber auch sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Mal, wenn jemand reinkommt oder sein Zimmer verlässt. Auch die Putzkräfte waren morgens ab 8:30 Uhr schon sehr laut auf dem Gang unterwegs. Der Fernseher hatte keine deutschen Programme, war für uns aber nicht so schlimm. Den Pizza-Abend im Restaurant fanden wir leider nicht so toll. Die Pizzen waren recht klein und der Teig war teilweise zu dünn, sodass alles durchgeweicht war. Der Rand wiederum war so zäh, dass das Schneiden ein echter Kraftakt war. An dem Abend war das Personal außerdem sehr unaufmerksam. Uns wurde zunächst eine falsche Pizza gebracht und zum Schluss haben wir sehr lange warten müssen, bis man mal jemanden erwischt hat der einem die Rechnung brachte. Grundsätzlich war der Service sehr durchwachsen. Teilweise war das Personal sehr freundlich und richtig auf Zack, aber manchmal wirkten die Servicekräfte ziemlich kühl, gelangweilt oder etwas verpeilt. Wir fanden es außerdem sehr schade, dass die Poolbar nur von 13.30 - ca. 18.30 Uhr besetzt war. Davor saß man komplett auf dem Trockenen. Große Wasserflaschen bekommt man hier auch nicht, nur teures Wasser aus Dosen. Die Getränkepreise allgemein sind auch eher hoch (Aperol Spritz 10€, Cocktails 12-14€, Bier 6€). Und draußen fehlen (abseits der Liegen) irgendwie ein paar Loungemöbel oder sonstige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wäre doch toll, wenn man abends draußen einen Cocktail trinken und dabei den Sonnenuntergang anschauen könnte. Beim Abendessen und auch beim Check-out standen teilweise falsche/teurere Positionen auf der Rechnung. Also lieber doppelt checken.

De kamers zijn niet geïsoleerd. Hierdoor word je wakker van zodra de eerste persoon in de ochtend door de gang stapt en de deur opent. Dat is jammer.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Frühstück ist herrlich auf der wunderbaren Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ätna.

Ambitions gastronomiques au-dessus du niveau du service, cuisinier créatif et talentueux mais le concept ne s'aligne pas avec l'ensemble. Nous avions chaque fois du demander de remplir nos verres vides pour l'eau. Heureusement que j'avais pris du vin au verre ... Installation sanitaire soit disant compatible pour handicapés mal réalisée, douche qui éclabousse le lavabo et articles de toilettes, les pieds de ma compagne n'atteignaient pas le sol quand assis aux toilettes, ... dommage car la bonne intention semblait y être ...

Prachtig uitzicht rondom en heerlijk ontbijt met verse zelfgemaakte producten. Mooie uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan Cefalù, Taormina en de Etna

Wat een fijne plek en voor ons goede landing en start van de vakantie. We zijn uiteindelijk de locatie niet af geweest. Dat is wel een nadeel want het zo fijn dat je niets anders meer wil. Hoeft ook niet want de Etna zie je echt vanuit de raam, zwembad en vanaf het terras dus doe geen moeite dompel je hier in 1 en al verwennerij.

Hier kun je helemaal ontspannen. In een luxe rustige sfeer. Het eten is voortreffelijk en de kamers zijn heel mooi en fijn. De douche is goed. De bedden liggen heel fijn. Het is er rustig en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Absolutely the best hotel in Sicily. Exceptionally high standard of service. The reception staff, waitresses, and bartenders were extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. The food was excellent, everything was spotless, and the sense of privacy was outstanding. Everything was 10/10. We highly recommend it to discerning guests who appreciate quality.

Beautiful location and beautiful property. Every single member of staff were amazing, helpful and kind. Cleanliness was next level. Views from everywhere were to die for. Value for money. The chef and the restaurant was outstanding and what they did with local produce was incredible. Can’t wait to visit again in the future and I do not have a single bad thing to say, on the contrary, words does not do this place justice. Just go visit.

De accommodatie is prima maar de kamers zijn erg simpel. Verwacht daar niet teveel van. Regalbuto is geen bruisende omgeving en het is ver rijden naar de bruisende stadjes nabij. Hier hadden wij meer onderzoek naar moeten doen, dat is verder geen nadeel voor Rocca, onze eigen stomme fout. Een huurauto is dan ook zeker een must als je hier verblijft. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam! Kamers worden netjes schoongemaakt wanneer je even weg bent. Het zwembad is heerlijk voor verkoeling. Al met al zeker een positieve ervaring!

Het restaurant biedt matig eten. De nadruk ligt veel op de franse cuisine in plaats van de Italiaanse. Dat is zonde en zeker gezien de rijke keuken van Italië. De bar aan het zwembad is vaak onbemand.

De locatie is prachtig! Uitzicht is geweldig, ontbijt is geweldig! Alles is super modern ingericht en het is super schoon.

Echt een supermooie plek en een heerlijk restaurant! De kamer zelf is prima, niet heel bijzonder maar de omgeving, het restaurant, de prive spa zijn allemaal top, zeker aan te raden!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely exceptional — they truly went above and beyond to take care of us and paid attention to every little detail. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay feel very special. The property itself was finished exquisitely, with beautiful design touches throughout, and the views were simply breathtaking — waking up to that scenery was a highlight of our trip. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, though the menu was quite small. We stayed for five days and managed to try everything, so a bit more variety would have been nice. Overall, an excellent experience thanks to the stunning setting, amazing staff, and great food — just wish the bed had been better!

The only downside was the bed, which was unfortunately quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Our experience exceeded every expectation. The staff, the service, and the food were all beyond perfect. I honestly couldn’t find a single negative thing to say. Their homemade olive oil, the exquisite gastronomic cuisine — everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was serene, the welcome warm and genuine, and every detail designed to make you feel truly comfortable — something rare to find nowadays. You can tell that everyone here works out of passion, not obligation. I’m genuinely impressed and can’t wait to see them earn their well-deserved Michelin star — they’re not far from it. Everything was simply perfect, and beyond. I would definitely come back!

Doručak je bio najbolji doručak na kojem smo bili, fantastičan izbor i ponuda ala carte, savršeno uređeno i postavljeno, jeli smo vani sa pogledom na Etnu. Nezaboravno!

Beautiful location in the countryside, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety, a perfect start to the day.

Wat een heerlijk hotel! Van alle gemakken voorzien, kamers zijn groot en super schoon. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is lekker en goed geregeld, half buffet en half a-la-carte. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, maar de prive spa is echt genieten.

Puntje van aandacht is de wifi kwaliteit. Deze viel nogal eens uit.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning views that make you want to stay longer. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Rocca dei Saraceni is een perfecte locatie om Sicilië te ontdekken. Het ontbijt en avondeten waren perfect en het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Google maps gaf niet de juiste route aan op de laatste kilometers naar het verblijf

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Der Spa im Private Spa ist leider viel zu kalt.

Překrásný moderní komplex uprostřed přírody, výborné snidane a prémiová gastronomie. Velmi ochotný personál. Krasne výhledy do hor.

Bazen byl hodne studený.

Servicen var bra, vi blev väl bemötta vid in och utcheckning. Hotellet var väldigt fräscht och fint. Utsikten var otrolig. Lyxig frukost med både buffé och a la carte meny som ingick. Väldigt romantiskt.

Vi hade svårt att hitta dit. GPS:en ledde oss fel och vi hamnade på jättesvåra vägar. Vi hade önskat tidigare check in så att man kan njuta mer av det vackra boendet. Det borde ha framgått mer vilken utsikt man skulle ha från sitt fönster. Då utsikten var en stor del av vistelsen.
