位置很棒，對面就是往直島的港口。因為岡山機場到市區的公車取消，晚到旅店~不過接待人員還是詳盡用英文接待以及說明隔天早餐。房間略小一些，但24+28吋行李箱打開尚可；整體乾淨，每間客房有分配各自的盥洗/廁所/沐浴空間。 整體來說接待親切，雖然是inn，但感覺出房內用心營造出傳統日式民居的氣氛。早餐必定要訂購因為很好吃。有機會能再來住宿!

Hotel was just opposite the ferry terminal and very convienient close to the station. The staff was super friendly and happy to give tips aand the breakfast was great !

L'accueil etait très bien et l'emplacement parfait pour embarquer pour Naoshima. Tout était très propre et très calme. Merci à tout le staff pour les conseils.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Emi nous accueilli avec beaucoup de patience et de gentillesse, même s'il était tard. La chambre était tres joliment décorée, de style traditionnelle avec des futons, une petite table d'écriture et même une terrasse dédiée à notre logement. (futons bien confortables) La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 avec bagages. la salle de bains, à part, était petite mais suffisante et surtout dédiée à notre chambre ce qui est tres apprécié. Max que nous avons vu au petit déjeuner est fort agréable, il a pris le temps de discuter avec nous. Nous avons été servi d'un superbe petit dejeuner, des produits frais, sains. le bagel avocat fromage frais est top ! ils ont fait preuve de flexibilité en nous permettant de commander en plus pour notre fils qui a besoin de beaucoup manger le matin. bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous conseillons cet hotel, tres bien placé pour partir au petit matin visiter naoshima en toute sérénité.

We stayed at Uno Port for 2 nights when we arrived in Japan on our first trip. We are a family of 4 with 2 young daughters, 10 and 8. Before arriving the staff helpfully arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport as we knew we would be exhausted from 24 hours of travel. Our room was much bigger than we had expected - we had the room with the terrace which worked well for us as I could read my book in the early morning (4am!!, thanks jet lag) whilst the others slept. There's a 7 Eleven next door so we were able to get breakfast and dinner from there and eat on the balcony. There wasn't a huge amount of storage space but as it was only 2 nights it didn't matter to us. I was worried about the bathrooms being separate but this proved not to be an issue for us either. We felt very safe in the hotel so our eldest was able to go by herself. The onsite laundry facilities were really helpful as I had forgotten to pack socks for the kids! Much cheaper than any other hotels we stayed at during our trip too. There was a water cooler and tea and hot water available which was great at 4am when I was wide awake and needed a hot drink. Also a fridge in the room so we could get milk from downstairs for the early morning tea. I would absolutely return to this special place - the closeness to the port made it the perfect base for exploring Naoshima and the other islands. The staff were so warm and friendly and helped with all our questions. Thank you to all the staff for making the start of Japan adventure such a fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back one day.

We loved our tatami/futon room - stayed with our baby and had the most restful time. Will be back for sure the next time we are in the area. Thank you to the lovely team - you've got a beautiful thing going on there.

We came in a the late afternoon. Mo sat with us and explained the restaurants, the area and their breakfast options. We were able to order a breakfast at a specific time for the next morning so we could get to the ferry on time.

Posizione eccellente, a 50 metri dalla stazione e a 50 metri dal terminal dei traghetti per Naoshima. Struttura più simile a un ostello che a un albergo. Insonorizzazione pessima, bagni (privati ma esterni alla stanza) minuscoli. Menzione speciale a Momo: molto accogliente e gentile al momento del check-in!

L’accoglienza dello staff che ci ha dato anche indicazioni dove mangiare e cosa vedere sull’isola di Naoshima, il terrazzino della camera, la posizione perfetta per prendere il traghetto per Naoshima. La colazione era buonissima.

房間雖然小但非常乾淨，榻榻米很舒服。床是架高的，底下可以形成收納的空間（可以放下兩個對開的28寸行李箱，但放的時候小心不要刮到榻榻米）。旁邊的小叮噹衣櫥也方便東西。與房間分離的浴室非常乾淨，水壓非常棒，每天洗澡都很舒服。早餐很好吃。飯店就在港口對面，趕搭船及累了一天回來的時候，都覺得這麼近真是太好了！

La gentillesse de Momo et l'emplacement.

La chambre était moite et odeur de moisissure qui règne dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. On sent que le lieu est négligé et c'est dommage. Nous ne le recommandons pas.

We absolutely loved our stay at Uno Port Inn. Before coming the staff helped us book a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was so helpful after 24 hours of travelling. The room was much bigger than we expected and the outdoor area attached was great for sitting on to eat breakfast and dinner, playing cards or reading when the kids were asleep. The location is ideal if you are planning on visiting the islands as it's a 2 minute walk to the port. I was worried about the bathrooms not being part of the room but it was absolutely fine. The facilities were great too - access to a water cooler, teas and hot water and easy laundry facilities. We wish we had stayed longer and explored the area more. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with all our needs. We would absolutely go back.

My only issue was there not being enough plugs for a family of 4 to charge phones, battery charges etc but we made it work.

床很好睡，房間意外的很不錯 員工很親切，會有詳細地介紹（不過入住期間資訊跟平常不一樣，自己也要再確認。買到船票不保証一定可以搭到船這個也要自己留意） 退房會幫你用平板拍照

但是過了兩個禮拜還沒有收到照片（不確定自己有沒有聽錯）

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber dem Fährhafen, von dem z.B die Führen nach Naoshima ablegen. Das Team des Hotels war super nett und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

It was an excellent place to stay, the breakfast was great, the location was extremely beneficial for us, so close to the transportation for the islands. The accommodations and the services were also great. It was a great cost-benefit deal. The only thing that might feel a little awkward for some people is that, although there is one for each room, the bathrooms are located at the end of the corridor, outside the rooms, so, sometimes you might find other people from the other rooms going, or getting out to their respective bathroom.

Our stay at UNO Port Inn was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Max and Momo were absolute superstars. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Their kindness, local recommendations, and warm hospitality made a real difference to our experience. The breakfast was fantastic. The freshly made bagels were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was just as good, the perfect way to start each day before exploring the islands. Even the shower was excellent, with great water pressure after a long day of sightseeing. For anyone wondering what to expect, don’t overlook UNO Port Inn because it’s a smaller, more modest property. We had just come from a five-star hotel in Hiroshima, yet UNO Port Inn didn’t disappoint in the slightest. What it may lack in luxury, it more than makes up for with comfort, cleanliness, character, and some of the warmest hospitality we experienced anywhere in Japan. Before we left, Max and Momo took a photo of us. To be honest, I had completely forgotten about it. Two weeks after returning home, we received the photo, and the moment I opened it, it brought back all the incredible memories we made in Uno and Naoshima. It reminded me that Max and Momo weren’t just our hosts. They became part of those memories, and that’s something we’ll carry with us forever. Such a simple, thoughtful gesture brought tears of joy to my eyes. Thank you for giving us not only a wonderful place to stay, but memories that will last a lifetime.

Personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Kon goed Engels spreken. Kamer is simpel en klein, maar de badkamer, prive en op de gang was fantastisch. Locatie echt top. Wij gingen twee dagen naar Naoshima vanuit dit hotel. De pont ging echt recht tegenover het hotel en hun koffie is echt top!!!!!

Es gibt schöne gemütliche Zimmer im japanischen Stil, dazu private Duschbäder über den Flur, sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und empfing uns mit einem Vortrag über alles wissenswerte zu einem Besuch der Insel Naoshima, bzw. Umgebung. Das Frühstück, (nomalerweise diverse Bagel/ Rührei, frisches Obst, die sehr geschätzt wurden), bietet mit leckeren Walnussblaubeermuffins auch eine tolle vegane und glutenfreie Variante. (Das Rezept hätte ich gerne ;) ) Herzlichen Dank nach Tamano, ihr wart super!! :)

Great location for the islands

The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff - friendly, recommend and book restaurants, very helpful. Breakfast was great. Perfect place as a base to explore each of the islands.

The location was nice. Very close to the station, port and a lot of nice areas. The staff was extremely helpful. The guy who welcomed me gave me tips for what to do, showed me ferry times to naoshima and teshima and was just nice and helpful. I was also given a paper with a few restaurants nearby that let me find very good dinner spots. The room itself was good and comfortable 👍🏼

It was a bit weird with the bathrooms being in their own area, even if private. It wasn't a problem as they were very close to the room just a bit uncomfortable. But that was it. Everything else was great

A minor point and definitely not uncommon in Japan, but the double room we had can feel a little small if staying for many nights

breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable. Max the owner was so friendly, and gave us good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The hotel is really close to the port, so it was very easy to get to Naoshima Island. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights in May 2026 as it was few minutes by walk from the port to Teshima & Naoshima, and we loved everything about our stay. The kindness of everyone from the Team of Uno Port Inn, hospitality, recommendations we gladly received and which helped us to enjoy and appreciate Uno and the islands, terrace where you can see the port and which is just absolutely lovely, breakfast which you choose in advance and is beyond delicious and the definition of freshness, our first sake in Japan, best cappuccino I had during two weeks in Japan. There are many more points which we can mention as storing of luggage which helped us immensely to move around Naoshima at ease before we departed from Uno, cleanliness of the room and bathroom, greeting us with our names, etc. The atmosphere of the place is something which we keep with us with gratitude in memory and will do so for a long time. We recommend this stay to everyone and can’t wait to come back. Anna & Juan

Fantastic welcoming checkin by Momo, and the positive experience was consistent throughout our stay. We had a great little room with bathroom, managed to smack my head on the door top several times = all part of our learning. Great breakfast and they knew our coffee order from day 1. also a little tea/coffee/water unit in the corridor. good recommendations for dinner. Practical advice about art route and cafes on the art islands. The staff are just so nice, positive, proud of the Inn, genuinely warm and hospitable. Thin walls but they supply ear plugs. The combination of their great hospitality plus all we experienced on Naoshima made this a fantastic part of our 5 weeks in Japan.

チェックイン前に駐車場も利用できたので、道路をはさんで前が宇野港なのでフェリーに乗るにはここがベストの宿でした！案内したスタッフに好感がもて、オーナーのセンスを感じる宿でくつろぐことができました。また、近くのオススメ食事場所を分かりやすく書いたものをもらい、夕食場所もすぐに決められました。最も良かったのが朝食です。チェックインでメニューと時間を予約しておいたので楽しみにしていたら期待どおりで1日のはじまりが満腹でスタートできました！

WiFiはあるが、ゲスト数が多いのか夜の接続が遅かった。和室の個室のドアが内開きのため、靴が置きにくかった。

A little treasure of a place. Run by a super friendly family who helped no end. Room was lovely and clean with a separate shower. Breakfast was superb. Overall a wonderful experience. If I returned I would without a doubt stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Uno Port Inn in April, the staff were so welcoming and friendly and we conversed in English.The location is refreshing and charming looking out to the sea- lots of local literature and brochures available- so comfortable, great breakfasts too , located beside the ferry and train station, we had lovely restaurants closeby also. I would highly recommend it

The staff were so kind. Spoke easy English. Very helpful in planning our visit to art islands and making the most of Uno itself. Location is ideal for train and ferry. Great shower pressure and nice yukatas provided were a bonus.

Rooms are small so expect to have to crawl over any bed partners at night.

Единственный недостаток - короткие одеяла -либо плечи, либо ступни остаются снаружи, а я всего 165. Приспособилась по диагонали 😁

Sehr gut gelegene und gepflegte Unterkunft mit freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon und unsere Koffer waren schon im Zimmer als wir abends von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen.

De meer traditionele stijl van de kamers en de badjas. De check-in verliep ook heel ontspannen en je kreeg de keuze om al je ontbijt te kiezen voor de volgende ochtend, ook al had je dit niet op voorhand geboekt. Dat was heel handig om op tijd te kunnen vertrekken met de ferry naar Naoshima want dan wist men al tegen wanneer men wat moest klaarmaken in de keuken. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de kunst-eilanden.

The property has the vibe of a hostel with communal spaces where you can meet other travellers but you have your own private room and bathroom.

Excellent location for a trip to the Art Islands. Rooms comfortable and clean, as were bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and coffee, staff happy to accommodate individual needs. Would stay here again.

Can confirm, the rumours are true. The staff is exceptionally friendly and make you feel so so welcome. It's perfectly located, clean and the breakfast is the perfect kickstarter for your day. GREAT coffee too! Loved it.

お風呂とトイレが部屋にない割には少し高く感じたが、駅の目の前だからかなっていう感じ

Wauw, wat een te gekke staf, van alle plekken die we hebben bezocht zijn zij het meest speciaal, persoonlijk, super Engels, attent, alert. Kamer voor vier personen is heerlijk, met eigen balkon. De separate maar privé douche toilet is super nieuw en schoon. Je kan wasje draaien. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de koffie ook. De lounge is erg smaakvol. Locatie perfect naast de ferry voor Naoshima. Personeel geeft je ook tips indien gewenst en hebben goede aanbevelingen voor het diner. Wij sliepen er voor en na Naoshima zodat we een nacht op het eiland konden blijven en twee hele dagen. Dat is zeker de moeite waard!

和室だったけど、引き戸に鍵が付けられていたり、敷布団じゃなくてフロアベッドみたいになってて、居心地よかった。なによりもスタッフの方がニコニコして案内してくれて安心でした。あと、直島行きのフェリー乗り場から超近くて助かりました。

トイレとシャワー(湯船は無し)が別部屋にある。ただ、部屋ごとの専用バスルームになってて鍵も着いてるから安心。

The owners and team are very friendly, and fluent in English. The breakfast and coffee were very delicious. And the inn itself was clean. There are washers and dryers on the upper floor which were easy to use. Plus it was just a few minute walk to the main ferries.

The private bathroom was outside of our bedroom, and we had to use different keys to open the door. But once we got used to it, it was fine.

Localização excelente, o hotel fica em frente ao porto e bem próximo da estação de trem. O atendimento foi atencioso, com explicações sobre Naoshima. A cama é confortável e há várias tomadas disponíveis no quarto.

O único inconveniente foi o banheiro ser externo ao quarto.
