Die Brause des Duschkopfes löst sich beim Aufdrehen des Wassers. Man kann also nur duschen, wenn man den Brauseteller mit den Fingern in den Duschkopf preßt und so festhält.

I liked the fact that this hotel is located close to practically everything you’d want to do in Boca Chica. During my stay, the hostess Fifa made sure I had coffee every morning and that all my needs were met. Fifa definitely deserves a raise for all her hard work and dedication.

1. Lack of Hot Water: Since I arrived, there has been no hot water available for showering. This is a significant inconvenience and needs to be resolved as soon as possible. 2. Cockroach Infestation in the Kitchen: I have noticed a significant number of cockroaches in the kitchen area. Despite maintaining cleanliness and storing food properly, the infestation persists. This poses a health risk and is unacceptable. 3. Dangerous Cooker: The cooker in the kitchen is extremely dangerous. When turned on, it produces an abnormally large flame, creating a fire hazard. This issue needs immediate attention to prevent any potential accidents. .

I loved the property in Boca Chica. It had a great pool and was really close to the beach and the Ole supermarket. The friendly security guard at night made me feel safe, and the place was cleaned regularly. FIFA and Diana were part of the excellent staff, and the free breakfast with good coffee and well-cooked food was a highlight.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the property.

It had a nice pool, and a beautiful view with colorful lights at night. The manager was very helpful

We arrive late, they could not find our reserve, the bed was smaller than reserved. There was not drinking water in the room (they provided later after claim it). The watchman was always with a gun (I really don't like this). There was not water in the bathroom in the morning.

I would strongly advise anyone seeking hotel accommodations to go somewhere else. Once I arrived at the hotel, I was told they had no record of my reservation and there was nothing they could do. I had to find another hotel to stay in.

Nothing at all to be honest the room was flooded, I have to wait 1 hour to get into it, the first room the tv remote didn't work, the second one a tv with no smart settings, we get up at 11 am and no breakfast very disappointed

I come to this hotel twice a year okay I feel very comfortable it's very cozy very tranquil the staff is great always attentive despite the comments that you're going to hear now from other people okay yes there was an accident here that the electrical box caught fire which was by accident not provoked and people got annoyed but other than that it was fixed and everything was back to normal and you're like family when you stay at the hotel trunco

The distance to the beach. But I'm not a fit person so it was a struggle for me.

I thought this place was a cheap place to stay near the airport for 2 nights but it wasn't worth it at all or cheap.

Lack of cleaning, bathroom full of mosquitos and broken door so I could not close the door to avoid the mosquitos going in to the room. The area does not feel safe and the beach is the worst in Dominican Republic.

It was the worst . I paid for a suite with king size bed. I got a room with double bed. No A/C . No TV. No lock on the door. They gave me a pad lock . Mosquitos . I left the next morning. Don't go . Dont go. Crazy

El hotel no es apto para huéspedes. Estaba sucio, los cuartos estaban feos e incómodos y el lugar no estaba ni en buenas condiciones tan si quiera.

Nice jacuzzi tub, very large like small pool. Nice staff. BUT. The rooms have Old a/c and stiff beds. Very small bath towels. Bare minimum. Not to stay for more than one night. Should be 2 stars or less not three. Outdated

First I have to stay that I enjoyed my stay at the Tronco Hotel. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The beach restaurant food was great ! Friendly service. This was a working vacation for me so I needed at least 4hours of internet service daily. It pretty much worked out. There were blackouts and it took time for the power to come back. If I was a casual traveler and needed only few minutes out of the day for internet service then I would say internet service was great. Internet is not strong in the hotel rooms so I had to do most of my work outside the room which was a mild inconvenience. AC works great, which was very much needed. The hotel was always clean. The only thing I was not happy about was the hotel day manager, Evens. I got the impression he went out of his way to make me uncomfortable. I had to constantly ask for extra things in the room, such as a towel. I asked for breakfast, he subtly made sure I didn't receive it on time. His tone with me, at times, suggested he needs more customer service training. The night manager gave me more customer satisfaction than Evens. If it was not for Evens, the day manager, I would give the hotel a 5star. Other than, I highly recommend this hotel. When I return I would book this hotel again.

This hotel is very good for people who like to quiet and relax the room in the second floor are very nice with pool view and the bar very nice Toguether with the terrace and the beach very close bay just 3 minute away
