Hotel nada comodo. No me gusto.

The people @ the front desk was very polite and respectful Ms Margaret was one of the nicest people I know will stay there again the transport guy he was funny and sweet.

Hotel limpio y funcional junto al aeropuerto, amabilidad del personal, muy cómodo para una noche junto al aeropuerto,hay un servicio de traslado a 10 USD cuyo conductor con nosotros fue extremadamente amable y puntual, es cierto que el hotel está a cinco minutos caminando del aeropuerto pero si vas cargado el camino carece de aceras y no es adecuado para ir andando

The location was perfect for us. Also beautiful on the one side. The restaurant was nice and fun!

It was a little challenging with the language barrier. Checking in and out was not bad, but not as easy as I'm accustomed to.

Niet slecht maar kan heelveel beter

Laaste dag proberende ze iets dat niet reel was dar er was gerookt in de kamer en dat ik moest 100$ betalen terwijl t niet zo was

De nabijheid vh hotel is natuurlijk ideaal! We waren moe en moesten de volgende ochtend alweer doorvliegen. Dan is het fijn als je in 5 min. In je hotel bent. De communicatie onderweg was zeer goed en snel. Er werd meegedacht (zus en ik naast elkaar). Het verliep gewoon allemaal heel soepel en de dames waren ontzettend vriendelijk. Fijne ontvangst! Daarnaast is er veel flexibiliteit. Familie kon ons even komen groeten en samen deden we een ontspannnen drankje bij het zwembad. En een pinautomaat in het hotel, dat is erg handig!

In het hotel viel niets tegen. Maar we hadden in de ochtend de shuttle naar de airport gevraagd. de heer was erg geirriteerd, gaf steeds aan dat ie al vanaf 5.30u zat te wachten. Maar dat was iig niet op ons. We moesten ons enorm haasten, waarom was onduidelijk. Uiteindelijk moesten we 20 dollar afrekenen omdat we 2 kamers hadden. Vond ik een beetje flauw...Is een beetje jammer dat het superfijne verblijf zo afgesloten wordt.

I did not manage to arrange (or find) transport TO the hotel from the airport. It is a 20 minute rather difficult walk along the highway. Sockets for charging and using laptops and phones etc were not compatible with the large range of adaptors I had brought. International sockets would have been nice!

Dichtbij vliegveld, zwembad en restaurant. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een stopover!

Convenient location

Very poor welcome by grumpy shuttle driver when we were already very late arriving as our plane was delayed. Reception couldn’t find our booking for ages though eventually did. They were more interested in checking we’d pre-booked the shuttle so the driver would get paid and then writing him a receipt than in checking us in. Given the late arrival and fact we were all obviously exhausted that was very unhelpful. Morning receptionist much more helpful.

Normal schrijf ik nooit slechte reviews voor geen ene accomodatie. Al zie ik slechte dingen. Maar deze heeft mij echt geraakt. We hebben 1 nacht geboekt. Ik weet niet dat deze de reden was ... dat we hebben zo'n kamer gekregen. Ondanks dat ik heb slechte reviews een keertje gelezen en foto gezien van een dode kakkerlak.....dacht ik, misschien is het nu beter. Een kennis van mij heeft daar in maart gelogeerd en die vertelde me dat het schoon is en heeft ook gefilmd om mij te laten zien. Daarom heb ik besloten om daar te boeken. Ik heb 2 kamers geboekt. Ik heb snel mijn koffers gezet bij inchecken en weggegaan. In de avond ben ik teruggekomen. De kamers waren echt stoffig. Gordijnen helemaal vies. Badkamer zwart van schimmel. De kamers waren niet schoon. Vier uur in de ochtend, toen we wakker worden, zagen we een kakkerlak op onze koffers. Probeerden we het te doden en is onder de bed gegaan. Daarna zagen we de kakkerlak op onze bed aan het lopen. Toen zijn We eerder weggegaan.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I stayed at this property for just one night (June 13–14, 2026), and almost everything that could go wrong did. My stay started with a check-in process that lasted nearly two hours, despite there being only one guest ahead of me. While I was waiting, I asked Ricardo, who was in charge of the airport shuttle, what the complimentary shuttle schedule was. Instead of answering my question, he laughed and asked if I wanted to take a taxi. When I asked again, he finally told me the free shuttle only operated at 1:00 p.m. I couldn’t understand why such basic information was so difficult to obtain. When I finally got into my room, I was shocked. The toilet seat was covered in urine. I immediately took photos because I couldn’t believe a room could be handed over to a guest in that condition. They moved me to a second room, only to find that the air conditioning did not work. Before accepting a third room, I wanted to inspect it to make sure it was actually clean and functional. After everything that had already happened, I don’t think that was an unreasonable request. Instead, Ricardo repeatedly rushed me while I was checking the room and grabbed my luggage without my permission, which I found extremely disrespectful. The following morning, I went to the front desk and explained everything that had happened to the receptionist, Farusca. I asked what the hotel was going to do about the situation because I had been given a room with a urine-covered toilet and had already been moved twice. Her first response was to tell me to wait because she was busy working. After I waited, she told me the manager would arrive at 11:00 a.m., I was checking out at 9:00 a.m. She did not file a report, did not offer a solution, and ultimately told me that nothing would be done despite everything that had happened.

Not applicable, because we didn't had food from the hotel. We stayed 1 night, reached late and had to leave early.

The sink in the bathroom need to be checked, because the water went very slowly.

Eten bij de runway bar was prima.

De kwaliteit van de kamer laat ernstig te wensen over. Dit wisten we van te voren dus voor ons geen probleem, maar kan voor andere een probleem zijn. Matrassen zijn wel zo hard als beton.

I like the fact that the hotel is close by to the airport and no need to worry about the transportation. The hotel has an amazing transportation and that leaves you with no stress.

The timings were a bit confusing when the restaurant was operating or not. So I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast..

Room was as advertised. We got the king with balcony. The view from our room was great watching the planes. Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. Great location to the airport.

Not enough towels. Would be nice to have a bath mat when getting out of the shower. Could of used a wash cloth as well. Shower curtain doesn't stay in place and the drain doesn't drain properly. Have to get a hairdryer from reception. One should be provided in the room. Replace curtains as there were several holes in them

El baño solo tenia una puerta en la ducha y se mojaba todo cada vez que me bañaba, la atención en la zona de piscina nunca tenia bartender, en 2 ocasiones quería un cóctel y no hubo quien lo preparará, además no pude ver el partido de Colombia, porque no estaba el canal en el tv, del resto todo me pareció muy bueno, el personal muy amable en la recepción

A hospitalidade de todos os funcionarios. Quarto muito bom. Cama confortável. Área da piscina super agradavel.

Loved the service. The receptionists shift past but she still helped me instead of me having to wait for the next receptionist.

The fridge was to little. Also the shower room had no door or matt when taking a shower.

Carissimo , nao oferecem nem um cafe de cortesia o funcionario na recepção nao foi nem um pouco simpatico eu pedi uma ajuda sobre um voo e ele me mandou ir perguntar no aeroporto eu tinha acabado de ter um voo cancelado e estava super cansada poderia pelo menos oferecer uma ajuda. O chuveiro tbm nao presta

Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas, preferible tomar las del piso 2 porque tienen ventanas y vista al aeropuerto. Si viajas de transito es excelente lugar

Creo que pueden mejorar el servicio del restaurante sobbre todo el desayuno que en nuestro caso fue un poco lento y teniamos que ir al aeropuerto para tomar el vuelo

Close to airport only thing going for it, food is way over priced $90 for two fish snapper plate

No water in rooms they take advantage of visitors, $90 for fish whole snapper which I’m sure cost them $2-$4 they are very rude barely want to help or speak up when asking questions they being talking in there native language in front of you to others when talking to them directly.
