We had no issues with anything

The rooms were Amazing, guess services at breakfast were Awesome. Front desk wasn't at the desk when we arrived but other than a few minute wait not bad at all.

The traffic noise on the side we were on was loud. But we still slept good.

Angelo checked me in a bit early due to an unexpected hiccup in our trip & was the most delightful Hampton enployee I've ever come across in spite of coming off an overnight shift. He was so courteous & helpful to us that we knew we were at the right place!

This property stops breakfast early so if you're there only 30-45 minutes before it ends, they've already cleared away everything. I had to have someone from the back bring some milk out so I could eat the cereal they hadn't put up yet. We also had some long magenta colored hairs allover our bathroom that really stood out against the white shower & tile floor.

This is a wonderful hotel. We went for an anniversary/swim getaway. The hotel is wonderfully clean. Sarah at customer service is the sweetest person. Yadira decorated our room with balloons for our anniversary. My hubs and teenager loved them. The breakfast lady is so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, I wanted to swim. We don’t have access to a pool and I have a bad back that feels better in a pool, but the pool here was out of commission. No warning on the website or when we called the 1800# to book the reservation. I actually cried in the lobby. I would stay here again, just verify the pool is working first.

Breakfast was okay, location was tolerable but too far from the center of town.

This property charges premium prices for an old, musty smelling room, that looks like it was designed and created in the 1970's. The lack of any hint of modern facilities, except the TV, was disappointing and caused a lot of regret in choosing this place. Glad to have gotten out of there, but the pain in the wallet was felt knowing that the fees charged were not worth what was received in value in this property and room.

Very clean and pleasant gal at the desk in the evening. Gave us a cookie and bottle of water and in the morning had a snack bag.

I'm sure the bank will catch it. but on my bank statement they charge me two times for the same room on the same day.

Location was good so we could walk to the Strawberry Festival to avoid all the traffic and parking fees.

They didn’t mention the pool was going to be out of service due to maintenance and wouldn’t even let us sit out there on the lounge chairs to eat our lunch. Kids were very bummed about that and so were we. We payed a lot for just one night and wish we could have took advantage of using the pool.

Very nice property! Clean,comfortable beds, & spacious room. Only problem was the location next to interstate which was quite loud all night!

We checked in for an overnight to see a show at the Strawberry Festival and were greeted by the nicest and most professional front desk clerks. They were incredibly helpful and informative. Providing tips and instructions and information on the festival and surrounding area. Even some fun strawberry parfaits for breakfast, which we sadly didn’t have the opportunity to try. This is a super clean location and all the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly. Great location for the festival too. Huge shout out to Sarah, Alyssa and Amy. We will see you again next season.

Everything was super great. Very comfortable and clean.

The shower and soaps were fantastic but the water was way too soft. It felt like you could never rinse the soap off. Also, because of the soft water, the towels were so SQUEEKY clean it was like fingernails on a chalkboard !

This was my second trip to Plant City. Great facility and staff. This is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed at in North America. I highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast variety. The person in charge was friendly and efficient. In particular, the entire area was extremely neat and clean.

We arrived about 2:30 am. Could not get in. Doors were locked with a message to press a call button to be let in. The button did not work. We knocked on the door several times. Nothing. Waited roughly 15 minutes and a lady finally walked to the check in desk and heard me knocking. Told her the button didn't work. She said it was fixed the previous day. Obviously it still didn't work. Then upon checking in, the credit card machine wouldn't work. We tried 3 cards from two of us and none would work. She kept saying the machine was fine. Obviously she didn't care or even try to work the problem. Everything else was fine.

Quiet peaceful

Very pleased with my stay. Front desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. Room was much nicer than other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. Very clean and updated. Breakfast staff very nice and helpful also.

We had connecting rooms and the noise of the doors opening was so loud- had to be propped open so we wouldn't hear the noise. Very loud and annoying.

Good option overall

Hotel stay was fine. We stayed in a room on the back side of the hotel 4th fl with a view of the adjacent Insterstate 4 on ramp and Highway. Very loud.

My finger got cut at the breakfast food tray I was bleeding bad and one of the staff help me and I had to go to E.. care didn't have to have stitches be the district manager never call me was supposed to call you me on Monday one of the staff said that he was going to have the district manager to call me he never call my finger is still hurting and bleeding .

But I didn't like was when we got there the maintenance man was cleaning our room number one then we found two baby roaches in the room and the TV was not very loud we had to strain to hear the TV in both rooms and then the key card in the second room was very hard to get in the room that was very annoying but overall it was okay

I booked and paid for a double queen room, upon arrival(at 10pm) they gave me a room with a king bed only and had no other rooms available( not even a roll away as they don’t have any at this location-seriously?). I even called a few days before to confirm and was told I would be on the second floor and even given the room number! Was told by management the next morning because I booked a third-party instead of booking through Hampton themselves there’s no guarantee of what I get. I paid for a double( which was more $$)and got a single. I’ve never had this issue ever booking via Expedia or hotels.com. Needless to say one of us slept on a chair with an ottoman and the other one slept in a bed. The 2 other hotels in the area were booked so we had no choice but to stay.. the overnight front desk staff could not resolve the problem so were SOL!

Loved the area so convenient all in reach of our stay

Stayed three nights at this Hotel May 22 - 25, 2025. Room appeared to be clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was what surface during the last night. We had to kill a good size German Cockroach running across the bathroom vanity. Didn't sleep well that night. We took some photos and advised the front desk clerk the next morning. You'd think they would have offered to adjust the bill for the one night, but nope!

Hampton could NOT retrieve my reservation and REFUSED to sell me a room!! Expedia charged my card & has NOT refunded my money. I AM NOT PLEASED WITH EITHER COMPANY AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN PLUS I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THEM

Great for what a Hampton inn is

The saff was very perfect

The breakfast did start on time. The front desk lady told us the person that set up the breakfast did come in so we had to wait until someone come in .the breakfast was supposed to start at 6:00 am we came back and the breakfast didn't start until 8:00 am didn't like that.

I have family in the area, we always stay at the Hampton Inn when visiting

Well I never use the room because I had the wrong day and Expedia refused to refund my money to my credit card the worst company I had to deal with never will use them again.

Staff and property was great. However after dealing with Expedia, who, had the wrong date, charged an additional fee to change to correct day 29th Instead of 30th and said, as well as emailed, myself that it was corrected, did not send the change to hotel which resulted in paying an additional $300 to stay the one night for a baseball tournament. Leaving the 30th charges open. Approximately $600 to stay one night. Never using Expedia again.

This venue filled my needs at the time. I needed somewhere safe and comfortable to spend a couple of nights

I loved everything.

Pleasant location in Plant City. We were happy not to have to drive in from the nearest hotel 20km away.
