Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Super helpful staff. We arrived later than expected but the receptionist had waited for us. She then called a local restaurant to ensure we could still have dinner even though the kitchen had already closed. We were there for less than 12 hours, but overall we had a good stay!
The top mattress bunk bed was quite bent (it looked like a sofa that could be turned into a bunk bed), but it didn't bother me personally and I slept well. However, I would suggest they investigate.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Bardzo fajny hotel. Możliwość rezerwacji parkingu była ogromnym plusem. Pokój czteroosobowy był bardzo wygodny. Łóżka bardzo dobre, łazienka ok. Duży plus za efektywną klimatyzację. Obsługa super miła.
Jedynym wyraźnym minusem był brak windy. Należałoby też zdemontować zupełnie niepotrzebny wentylator tuż nad łóżkiem piętrowym - strach pomyśleć, co mogłoby się stać, gdyby któreś z dzieci go włączyło, gdy drugie było na górze. To usytuowanie jest po prostu niebezpieczne.

An dem Tag an dem wir da waren, war es sehr heiß draußen. Um die 36-38 Grad. Die Zimmer hatten leider keine Klimaanlage und es war entsprechend heiß in den Zimmern.

El trato del personal fue excepcional; todos fueron muy amables y atentos durante toda mi visita. Me sentí muy a gusto y disfruté mucho de mi tiempo allí. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The staff were generally very friendly, especially the young employees at the front desk, who were extremely helpful and cheerful. The location wasn't bad either, and it was easy to remember how to get to downtown and find my way back.
First off, the cheap, dirty carpet. Oh boy, I thought I had left behind that distinctive hotel carpet smell from the States. Whether from old or new carpeting, it’s the same overwhelming odor that ruins the air quality. Unfortunately, it was exactly the same here. Also, the quality of German food has declined tremendously over the last five years, and this location was no exception. I was shocked that they didn't offer plain yogurt, either in bulk or in individual containers. The bread was of such low quality that it was almost as bad as what you find in the States, which goes against the traditional German breakfast experience of offering several varieties of fresh bread. This turned out to be a valuable lesson for the rest of my trip in Germany: never buy breakfast at a hotel. Instead, I went to the nearest bakery every morning, it was far better, more authentic, and even cheaper.

Wände neben dem Bett waren sehr stark abgeschürft. Auf dem Bettlaken waren Flecken. Im Bad war der Handtuchhalter extrem verbogen, die Duschkabinentür war beschädigt, der Griff löste sich ständig. Der Föhn war klebrig. Der Spiegel hing schief nach vorne und war unten im Eck gebrochen. Auf der Toilettenbrille befand sich noch ein brauner Fleck mutmaßlich Stuhlgang vom Gast zuvor. Als Gastgeschenk gab es Toffifee die bereits 4 Monate (01.02.2026) abgelaufen waren.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, Ich war zu Rock im Park da und da war das nicht relevant. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich spärlich, kein Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer wie meistens üblich aber auch das ist kein Problem gewesen, keine Mini Bar. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber und die Leute waren zwar wenige aber sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist auch super bis spät in die Nacht. Für einen Trip nach Nürnberg bei dem man sich sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen im Zimmer aufhält absolut zu empfehlen. Normalerweise kostet das Einzelzimmer pro Nacht 67,00 EUR- ich habe 117,00 bezahlt. Aber der Bedarf regelt den Preis, das zeigt sich nirgendwo stärker als bei Hotelpreisen. Ich würde wieder dorthin.
Alles gut soweit.

Self service breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some reviews mentioned noise from the road but we didn’t hear anything other than trams passing. Would definitely go again , thank you for looking after us.

Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und stets bereit Fragen zu beantworten die dem Hotel galten oder bei Fragen zu den sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Sehr gut erreichbar mit U-Bahn und Bus (Straßenbahn ) Fußweg ca. 3km oder 30 min Ruhig !!!
Schade das es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt !!! Aber machbar ,da es nur 2 Stockwerke gibt.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We stayed for one night. It was clean and the staff we met was nice. They trust in your honesty. There is no minibar in the room, but a self service bar on the ground floor. They expect you to write down yourself what you have taken.
We stayed with 4 people in a room. It was very warm outside (summer day). The hotel is eco friendly. Therefor the air conditioning is not used for cooling. Maybe they can think of using it above a certain temperature or as a paid option.
