Booked this accommodation as knew the location and how close it was to the main strip. Booked a deluxe king size room but we were given a loft room with a double bed. No view from balcony unless we were standing, lights on the balcony didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and towels only changed once in a week. Room was only cleaned once during our week stay. No safe in rooms only available at reception desk. Staff spoke very little English and weren’t helpful at all.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Locals are great and polite.

When booked in was relocated to Street 61 apartments. Booked for Dolphin? Hair dryer set on fire!! Told staff and gave us room in Dolphin. Not sure why we couldn't have the said room when arrived.

The hotel is in a great location right in the center of the village so everything is close and easy to reach. Public transport by bus works well in the area to other bigger cities nearby. The standard room looked exactly like in the pictures. The hotel felt safe. There was always someone at the reception and they were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.

The room was clean but they could clean it more often.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment 8 months ago and when I arrived it wasn't available. He tried to put us into a hotel at the other side of the road but I said no. We ended up with 3 separate rooms but they could of informed us before that our room wasn't going to be available.

I've stayed at the Dolphin apart hotel before about 2 years ago and had a fabulous time. Its location is in the heart of town. Has a restaurant serving great food, and lovely bar and restaurant staff. HOWEVER, sadly things have changed, it's under a new manager!

COMMUNICATION TO THE BUILD UP OF HOLIDAY POOR Myself and a friend booked a room each, in January to stay for 1 week in July. Despite several attempts, sending messages and emails to Dolphin Hotel, we never received a response or acknowledgement. We wanted to make sure the rooms were next door to each other. ARRIVED TO DISCOVER THEY HAD CLEARLY MESSSED UP THE BOOKING. ROOMS NOT READY We arrived at 13.50pm to discover the rooms were not ready. 2 young girls on reception spoke very little Engish , looked surprised at our arrival and panicked. They spoke amongst themselves whilst checking against the computer and looking busy checking paper work and going through drawers. We managed to work out that rooms not ready and we're told to wait 15 minutes and go for a drink. 3pm we returned to be given one key to one room. They did not have us down for one room each. After more shuffling of papers and talking amongst themselves we finally got given a second room and key. I was on top floor and friend on bottom floor (so not next to each other). Only one room had the self catering facilities that was booked and paid for. The other was for a b&b stay. Obviously this not what we paid for and didn't accept. Long story short, with upsetting disruption during the first 2 days, a lot of frustration and persistance on our part, it wasn't until 7.30 pm on our second day of arrival that both rooms were finally sorted. We just wanted to unpack and enjoy the rest of the 5 days left. MANAGER DISMISSIVE, RUDE AND IGNORANT. During those first two days, we approached the manager for assistance. He did not care, he shrugged his shoulders and said he he couldn't do anything. He would walk off and avoid us where possible, even hide himself away. HE DID NOT CARE. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR THE OWNER OF THE DOLPHIN HOTEL. EZEM, A YOUNG LADY ON RECEPTION, WHO ARRIVED ON THE SCENE WAS AMAZING. TRUELY WONDERFUL PERSON AND SAVED OUR HOLIDAY.

Location in the village excellent, apartments themselves really good, it was our 4th stay and unfortunately a lot has changed and has put us off staying again

Reception staff gave us wrong rooms to start with, which was fixed but took alot of explaining and asking for us to also be situated together (shouldn’t have been difficult as most rooms were empty) Apartments seem to have had a lot of things removed, no cutlery, no kettle, no iron. There for 9 nights and room was cleaned once despite asking nearly every day. Had to go 3/4 times a day to request towels/toilet roll. Quite aggressive dog belonging to hotel, which they locked on a balcony every morning and it barked and barked for 2 hours straight, happened one night to all night long with reception staff just leaving it. Check out was 3am due to flight time and we were accused of not paying for the room! This was paid upon booking via booking.com but we were told it hadn’t been and they were demanding payment and getting various people on the phone to demand we leave a card! We had all confirmation printed and showed them and in the end just got in the waiting taxi. Finally before boarding got a message from someone at reception saying it was a mistake and payment had been taken ! Left a bad taste all round

Location 1 min from strip not nosey perhaps could be in summer - free bus to fab beach and free use of loungers there (was a beach bar) it very close to airport, a place to go for your Brand (erm herm) items on the main strip

Kitchenette facilities, no toaster, limited utensils, and cups are still a bit dirty - and if you had a room near the cleaners area would not be so relaxing I think as they out there all day hanging our sheets and cleaning rugs, very friendly but not what you would expect to see from your terrace or balcony.

Wi-Fi is almost not working and coverage is very poor.

Our room was cleaned once in the 7 days we stayed even though we put the sign on the door. We had to ask for toilet roll on numerous occasions and had no clean towels until day 4 or 5. I feel like there isn't enough equipment in the kitchen for self catering. We had 2 plates, and 4 knives and forks for a villa for 6 people! There were 2 glasses and 4 coffee cups. We have stayed here numerous times and there is less and less included in the kitchen each time

the pictures doesn't do this place justice. it's really beautiful. we stopped there one night as it was close to dalaman airport. a 20min drive. I wasn't expecting much but it was lovely, clean n better than the picks we booked 3 apartments but we only needed one. they didn't let me cancel the 2 I didn't need with was annoying and the reception staffs English was poor. they didn't understand much of what I was asking the place itself is lovely has some food places a d a good few shops for souvenirs etc

Fantastic apartment. Paid a little extra for the deluxe and it was massive. Modern inside with a great finish. Ladies on reception warm and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

Such a terrible experience. Avoid with a barge pole. From day one this was an experience you would prefer not to have. Pretty shameful too, when I brought this up with the manager, who really didn't care! Should have read the reviews really, as a number of other guests have also had similar experiences with the accommodation, food and the manager who has a lack of accountability. Day one, staff with no experience and professionalism. We had to request all the information, wifi, breakfast timings, etc. He had a dog behind the counter who was being sick. The room was cold and there was no heating except a malfunctioning air-conditioning unit. Day 2 breakfast was a joke! We had to find the breakfast hall our selves as there was no signage and we weren’t told by the desk manager who didn’t speak English. It wasn't busy at the breakfast bar, but the lack of food was beyond hilarious. The cheese had been sitting around for a while and was stale. There wasn't much of it. Literally there were crumbs. Hardly any bread, just four pieces of French bread, with no variety. There was a little bit of egg and tomato, rather less than enough for your plate. Eggs were sitting in water. Everything was cold. Scrambled egg was minuscule between the two of us. The chef would come out and look at the food and walk away, and not be bothered to replenish it. The manager who was actually sitting in the dining area, had no care to be honest. We had to ask for milk, which came with no charm, and a carton left on our table, We made a complaint to last-minute who told us to speak with the manager. Shouldn't really have bothered. "We are happy with the amount of food for this time of year!" I asked where the fruit was? To which he replied there wasn't any. I then asked where is the bread to which he pointed to the basket of four pieces. I said to the manager, they should be accountable for showing a similar quality to the images they are proud to show on their site. He said everything was there and that the quality and quantity was in relation to the amount paid for the room! I mentioned that the chef had walked by and not replenished, to which he said we are happy we have done enough. I asked about the room, and he said for the amount we had paid, this was the type of room we had been given. The next day was comical where the staff members were pretty hostile after we had made a complaint. Which is crazy, because we are not the only one to make complaints on tripadvisor. They obviously don't care. The laughable moment is where the manager walked out of the kitchen with hot food under a tin foil, walked passed us to take it to what could only be deemed to other staff members in another location on site. That night after I had taken photos of the day’s events, we had an abrupt bang on the door, and someone tried to open the door. There was dog faeces on the way to the breakfast bar, with rubbish strewn around the court yard outside the apartment. Broken paving slabs with not much protection from falling over them, and dogs running around the complex without being stopped. This is an unsafe environment for families and children. Beware

The location of the Hotel is in the worst imaginable part of Sarigerme, crowded and noisy. When we arrived, staff seemed totally unaware of our reservation and manager was unhelpful. He was unapologetic when they realised they'd double booked our villa - they made up some excuse of Booking.com sometimes not updating bookings - I have booked dozens of times from Booking.com before and I have never come up this issue before. Manager grudgingly gave us a replacement room which turned out to be right above a "karaoke bar" which blasted out unreasonable amounts of noise until 01:30 AM at night, so we were unable to sleep the first night. Even though we'd booked a villa for 3 people, the staff seemed oblivious to some basics of hotel business - when asked for a second key to the property, they were bewildered, and we were told by the amused staff that it wasn't possible. I have never in my life heard of renting a hotel room, let alone a villa for several people with only one single key. Internet was, as most people have commented here virtually nonexistent. We had to actually walk out of our villa to get reception. We were forced to buy a local SIM which did not help as there was no reception whatsoever within villa boundaries. When we inquired about this, manager was similarly disinterested in offering an explanation or a solution and just mumbled some excuse about issues with the network, which turned out to be untrue. We were told by a member of the staff later their wi-fi infrastructure was inadequate. Finally, I've eaten in a lot of Turkish hotels of varying quality and this was by far the worst breakfast we'd ever had - cheap and virtually no variety.

Complained got another room. One bed was broken and completely sunk in. The room stank of really bad mildew and damp. Smell penetrated everything all clothes smelt even the ones that were left in the suitcase. Staff were not friendly and not very helpful. Would never recommend the place

Arrived at 4.30am to be told no rooms ready for us and that we could have another room for a couple of hours but would have to move again not ideal when you've got two 80 yrs old pensioners with you Young lad on reception could not speak/understand any English so all conversations were done by Google translate Manager serket is the most miserable and obnoxious man you could meet Rooms were clean when we eventually got a room but had to ask 3 days in for fresh towels etc because there was no sign of any cleaner coming to us Complex is clean just mo organisation in the place Don't think I will be in a hurry to stay there again

Our room was given away even tho it was paid for before we got there. We were then taken to a villa in the middle of nowhere with no WiFi or any water etc the owner said he would send the WiFi code to me but didn't. We was then take to a hotel called the sarigreme inn which we never booked to be woken up by the receptionist every couple of hours and the cleaners were slamming doors early in the morning. The breakfast was crap not 1 member of staff spoke English so when it comes to reporting my cigarettes being stolen they didn't understand. The room was not cleanerd we could not walk around bare foot as it made our feet black. The bedding was not changed the whole week we also had to ask for clean towels, toilet roll and coffee. What I would like to know is why a bloke was going into our bedroom when he wasn't doing anything in there.

We liked the fact that it was walkable to the beach

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was in a completely different hotel nearby, which was clearly cheaper and far below the standard of what I had originally booked. When I raised concerns and asked for compensation, the staff were extremely unprofessional, trying to gaslight me by claiming the new hotel was equivalent or even better—this was blatantly untrue. After getting nowhere with them, I had to involve Booking.com representatives. They got the hotel manager on the line. Instead of resolving the issue, he was rude and disrespectful, even to the booking representatives. After 30 minutes of arguing, the manager finally agreed to a 10 euro discount, despite the fact that the price difference between the two hotels was larger. If you end up booking here, make sure you’re actually staying at the hotel you booked. If they try to move you, I highly recommend leaving immediately because they will not compensate you fairly. Avoid this place if you value your money and peace of mind!

It's an overall nice hotel, I liked my room and the vibe of the hotel was nice. The balcony had a nice view of the mountains and I never had any issues with noise from the bars outside. There was a good air conditioning in the room

It was very dirty and throughout my stay the room was never cleaned properly. The bedding and towels were changed regularly but there was rubbish when I checked in and the floors and surfaces were never dusted and mopped.

Just arrived home after staying at the dolphin hotel. When we arrived early evening, we went to reception with no welcome just here’s your key, room over there!! We gave the money over for our 2 week stay and was given no receipt, we went to the room where the lights didn’t work great, had 3 single beds to which we had to push together to make a double bed but one bed was higher than other, not ideal in a newish relationship! We wasn’t told anything about breakfast time etc, so had to ask the staff in dolphin who were great. I was told before we arrived that there wAS a safe in room but no safe! I asked the manager where the safe was he said no safe in room, I showed him the message he sent me before I came to Turkey saying there was a safe! to his reply that’s not me! Which it was him messaging me all year before my arrival . We then Got showered went for a wander to see all my Turkish friends which I met many years ago, day 1 done. Tired and stressed. Day 2 breakfast had hardly anything there, out of eggs dry bread no toast!! When I Asked for a knife to make sandwiches for lunch I was told no that we couldn’t take one , We also asked for some glasses to have a drink on the balcony to be told no! That we can only have paper cups which 2 sips gone as so small, ended up asking the guys from restaurant which they were happy to assist. We couldn’t lock our door to which I asked manager to come look for us he couldn’t lock it either, so asked other members of staff they couldn’t lock it either. was told tomorrow maintenance would look to mend it, day 3 still not been repaired So had to carry all our money and passports with us! Not ideal Manager was rude no communication from him just walked past us like we were invisible Just got on with our time spent here as best we could, can’t fault the restaurant staff. Door finally got mended but last 4 days still had trouble locking it, Final night couldn’t lock it at all spoke to manager yet again to be told maintenance can’t come until tomorrow which i explained all our belongings were in there and we were going out, his reply was as always nothing I can do! This manager needs to learn manners. Spoke to all our Turkish friends to be told that were not the first to complain they heard lots of people saying the same! The hotel is not cleaned regularly, we Was here 2 weeks and had our bedding changed twice! Had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Our feet stayed black from the dirty floors!! The pool area is dirty never cleaned and the health and safety was poor with kids/adults jumping from bridge into pool. Last day a sign was put up after mentioning it to management several times. The dog there did his business on the grass several times and not picked up seen maintenance guy just wash down with hose which was just spread around 🤮 I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone, however I definitely recommend the dolphin restaurant, staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time there in sarigerme I’m not moaning just want people to know what you will be staying in! In my opinion I give this hotel a 1* after all that I’ve said we will be back to stay in sarigerme next year just not staying at dolphin hotel. Happy holidays

We booked it for one night only to stay after a flight, so we chose this apart and asked for a ground floor room as we did not want to carry our luggages upstairs. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the room we booked was still in use by previous guests so they took us to another hotel in their ownership called Sarigerme Inn. It wasnt great as were very tired and wanting to go to bed but the staff was very kind and friendly, we didnt mind much for one night only. The room was nice and clean, air conditioned, next morning we had a very nice breakfast which I believe it was complimentary, our daughter used the litte swimming pool outside then we checked out. It was all fine except not staying at the place we booked.

I think the booking system should be a bit more proffessional and any changes should be communicated with the guests. Dolphin apart location was central but Sarigerme inn is a little more tucked inn.

Wi-Fi connection is horrible. I mean if you claim that your hotel has a Wi Fi connection - have it, don't lie about it. It is completely dead there.

I arrived at the hotel having booked it 3 months ago to be bumped to a low class hotel due to "overbooking" which is totally unacceptable, l then had to wait until 2 p.m. the following day to gain access to my room which had sandwich and chocolate wrappers lying around.the manager was totally uninterested, which further aggravated me.Booking.com , whom I've been with for a few years, in my opinion, owe me some form of recompense. I'm not a happy camper.

Stayed for 11 nights in July in duplex apartment with my two kids. The location is good next to the strip but I found as a woman alone with a teenage daughter it became a nuisance the way you are spoken to and treated by some men in Turkey. Anyway back to the accommodation - APARTMENT The apartment cost my £1000 for 10 nights the first night we stayed in a smaller room which was actually in a better state of repair. The duplex apartment was large but falling apart. The table in the kids room was broken the shower unit was hanging on by a thread, cupboard doors were missing handles but most dangerous was the handrails on the stairs were not secure which was a massive health and safety rush as the stairs were steel and curved. I reported these issues to reception several times and they were not rectified. Also the place was filthy we lifted the bed when we left to check nothing had fallen under it and there was a dirty slipper and fag butts was so glad I had not seen this at the start of the holiday. The place was dirty and cleaning in 10 days consisted of changing the bottom sheet twice the top sheet was not replaced at all and was dirty and stained. I had to change my bins and ask for towels. My son even had to sneak some off the towel cart outside as they ignored requests for more for hours. The kitchen bathroom and floors were not cleaned at all in 11 nights. I developed a nasty virus which I still have and im sure it’s from staying at this place. STAFF - the reception was run by two very young girls and a man who seemed to have forgotten how to smile or provide customer service. He was rude arrogant and possibly the worst staff member in a hotel I have ever experienced and I had experienced many being a flight attendant for 20 plus years. When I raised concerns about the room he was rude and dismissive. When my son asked for a duvet because the a/c was quite cold he said no you don’t need one it’s hot I had to go and speak to the cleaning girls to get one for him. I asked him for a late check out and he said no yet one of the young girls managed to sort it for me. To top it off our taxi didn’t show up to take us back to the airport and he did not care to help just sat slouched in his chair acting like it wasn’t his problem and offered no help. This guy thought taking to a woman was beneath him and was a misogynistic moron. POOL - The pool was full of screaming kids and large families getting drunk from morning till night. There is no bar and the whole atmosphere is chaotic in the end I would rather stay in the apartment or go to the beach which was nice and the staff there really looked after us. Special mention to Captain who was a true gentleman a rare thing in Turkey. Only downside was to get to the beach you had to pile in a large car with about 10 people a time which was a bit unsafe. LOCAL AREA - there is only one strip the best restaurants are Paradise, Joker and the Saragermie restaurant.. Stay away from Street 61 full of seedy staff apart from one young lad who seems to do all the work while the others chat up the customers. One barman wouldn’t leave my only just 16 year old daughter alone until I made it clear she should not be meeting up with him we then saw him moving onto another young girl this sort of thing seems to happen a lot in Turkey and is one of the reasons I won’t be back to this area again.

The only positive for this property is the location close to the shops and bars of Saragermie. The connected beach club Fam beach also provides a lovely experience. The size of the villa is good but the stairpoles shower and various cupboards are falling apart and it’s filthy.

Where do I start….. I stayed in Saragermie the last three years two years at the Saragermie Inn which is much better. I won’t be coming back to Saragermie it has become to expensive now and to pay over £1000 for accommodation like this is unacceptable. So the main points to advise are listed below and to add I am not a negative person but I am a ex long haul stewardess who has stayed in hotels all over the world. - Check in was positive we spend the first night in a smaller room which was ok and were able to transfer to the villa earlier than the 2pm check in time which was appreciated. Breakfast was included the first night it was basic and therefore we decided not to purchase it for our whole stay - The villa on first impression is big and spacious but as I mentioned above it’s falling apart. My daughter smashed a load of glass items when they fell off a broken table and the shower was hanging on the wall by a thread. Most importantly the handrails on the stairs were hanging off which is a major health and safety issue as the stairs are very steep and curved. The place was very dirty and was not cleaned once in a 10 night stay. All that was done was the bottom sheet was replaced the top sheet was not changed in 10 nights and it was filthy and stained. The toilets were not cleaned the sinks were not cleaned beds were not made for you. Bins were not emptied. If I asked for clean towels or a duvet for my son who was cold I was meet with extremely rude and arrogant responses by the man who was working on a Lap top next to reception. In fact without doubt he was the rudest staff member I have ever encountered in my years of travel. When our taxi didn’t turn up to take us back to the airport he was reluctant to help when I asked for a late check out as our flight was at 11pm he said no yet a young girl on reception managed to sort it out for me. He was rube obnoxious and should be sacked.

Found somebodies old receipts in the bedside drawer, funny smell from bathroom drain room 511. Sure i was stuck up in the attic room just because i'd booked through Hotels.com and this isnt the first time ive been given an inferior room in hotels, foam party in bar below went on until 1am. Breakfast not overly exciting, no fried eggs or omlette, no toast machine or fresh juice.

Dolphin Apart Hotel is passing your credit card information to other companies without your consent. Be aware and be prepared to unknown transactions. Taxi was ordered and monies debited by a taxi company from our bank account. It is not clear how the taxi got my card details to process a contactless payment because we have paid the driver in cash, as so advised by the hotel. No card was presented. On the top of that an unknown transaction of £17+ was taken by the hotel. While we have paid extra 40 for a prolonged stay/ checkout.

Very good hotel for this price. There is a comfortable transfer to the beach, breakfast has what to choose from. The room was nice and clean and the condition was working well.

Excellent standard of facilities, good pool and practical shuttle to the beach. Tasty Turkish breakfast, hotel right on the shopping street with restaurants and clothes shops.

The cleaning of the apartments must be prompted by the guests, which causes confusion. The staff should be more diligent.

The apartment was very poorly equipped. We had 1 cereal bowl, 1 knife, and 2 coat hangers between 3 adults. To be honest, I think they had made a mistake with our booking and rushed to try to get a duplex apartment ready for us. We were waiting well over an hour after the time we should have been able to check in for the room to be made available. When we got inside, the floors were not at all clean, the windows were very dirty, there was half a toilet roll in each of the bathrooms, mirrors in the bathrooms full of water streaks, the chrome in the bathroom wasn't clean. It all felt grimy. We were given extra cereal bowls when we asked, but no more knives or just 2 additional coat hangers appeared. In fact, another guest gave us some of their spare hangars. Towels never changed or room cleaned throughout our stay.

Beautiful little place with a heart of soul. Stayed here for one night and the room was fantastic. Had everything we needed and more. A big thank you to the reception guy who got me a taxi when I was close to missing my flight :) you know who you are. God bless you! I would 1000% recommend this place. It’s like a mini Marmaris. Also make sure you visit Apollon! They are pretty awesome too and the goods you buy are GENUINE! Buyers for Hermes, Gucci, Nike, Adidas all buy their goods from Turkey and sell them to us around the world on a mark up! Next time you visit Bluewater, Lakeside or Oxford Street or even Harrods ! Take a close look at the workmanship.

Could have done with a few more basics for a self catering apartment such as salt and pepper condiments , washing up brush small bottle of washing up liquid . No bowls in apartment .

Kasaba merkezinde, sahile yürüyüş mesafesinde küçük ve konforlu bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The apartment was clean, spacious, we were able to use the kitchenette. The location was brilliantly vibrant and beautiful. The hotel was also closer to Dalaman Airport; just about 5mins drive away.

We had to be asking for tea bags and coffee. We eventually ended went to the supermarkets and purchased tea bags, sugar/honey and milk. The staff are not friendly.

The room had black mold all over the wall, there was limescale on the tap handles (I didn’t think that was possible) and there was blood on the bed sheet. Needless to say I checked back out 5 minutes later and stayed elsewhere.
