It is an old magnificent hotel. built in 1918. decorated in andluci flavor. it is my thir visit. Worthwhile for first time visitors of Morocco. 5 minute walk from th Oudaya kasba

J ai choisi cet hôtel parce que la réception était ouverte 24h. J’ai demandé et vérifié que j aurais un transport vers l aéroport à 3h40 du matin. Ors le taxi ne s’est présenté même si le réceptionniste me disait que ce n était qu’une question de minutes. À 4h un taxi bleu m a pris en charge pour partir à la recherche d un autre taxi ayant accès à l aéroport. Toute une frousse…

Given a warm welcome, we immediately felt comfortable in this hotel. A stunning reception area and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds in generous sized rooms. Lovely view of the ocean. Great! Terrace provided wonderful views. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Importantly for me - good, hot coffee!! Fabulous location to the major sights and souks. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

Excelente localização, ao lado da Medina, da Kasbah de Rabat e do boulevard a beira do rio. O apto é espaçoso. O ponto negativo é o tempo que a água do chuveiro demora para esquentar. Café da manhã na média dos demais hóteis que fiquei no Marrocos. Gostei muito da Medina de Rabat, bem mais que a de Marrakesh.

Un hotelier qui sait accueillir et est aux petits soins. Parking gratuit eevant l'hôtel : un plus appreciable. Et un vrai petit dejeuner traditionnel marocain.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was simple and pleasant and decorated in a more traditional style (no carpets) rather than a modern style. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that there was very little hot water, almost none.

Séjour très sympa. Le personnel était disponible, attentif et très gentil. La vue depuis ma chambre était géniale (Rabat, Bourgreg, tour Hassan) et celle depuis la terrasse est encore mieux (coucher de soleil sur la mer, casbah des Oudaias, médina)

Great hotel located close to ocean and medina. Friendly and helpful stuff, room condition was perfect. The only drawback is very poor WiFi.

Very good location. Right near the Kasbah. It has a terrace restaurant which has the best view of the Beach and Kasbah. The breakfast provided is also decent with breads/jams/fruits and tea coffee etc. Support staff helped us from time to time as needed. Cons: Hotel is getting very old with oldish rooms. With renovation to the hotel and terrace restaurant, this has the potential to become a prime property.

This hotel was founded in 1928 close To Rabat Medina. Easy to find and parking is available in front door. Facilities need to improve updating electrical outlets, bathrooms , Also beds are not very comfortable. Staff very helpful. basic continental breakfast.

Convenient location but nothing unusual about this place

I'd say this hotel is among the best accommodation during my two-week stay in Morocco. I was given very detailed advice about things to see around Ait Ben Haddou. The owner even hand-wrote a little map showing all points of interest. Lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended~~

Booking said room with a partial sea view. My room faced a dark courtyard to the rear of the property, and the hotel refused to allow me to change rooms.

Perfect location and stunning views. Good basic continental breakfast with really good coffee. Staff friendly and very helpful. Room and hotel well maintained and clean. Rooms provided with lots of lovely little accessories i.e. for bathroom, snacks, juices etc plus addition of fridge and kettle. Overall a most enjoyable stay and would consider staying again. Only downside was that they don't serve dinner.

Wonderful hotel, comfortable, very clean with outstanding views from balcony. Breakfast fulfilling with great coffee and staff polite and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located at the edge of old Medina, vehicles can park outside the hotel so it is very convenient. Kasbah of the Udayas is just opposite to the hotel (5min walk) and 15min walk to the centre of the old Medina. The hotel staffs were nice, however, speak very little English. The staffs were friendly and reliable, when I asked about the taxi fare and distance from the sightseeing spots, their information was mostly accurate. This is the only Riad with a lift among the 4 different Riads I stayed during my trip. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, water pressure of shower head is good and no drain blockage. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Rabat.

great hotel... best staff ever! so polite! and rooftop... awesome view to medina and the beach..

Overall, ok but would not stay again. Very interesting decorations & convenent location but it was loud. (Other guests) We notified front desk and they did nothing to address it. Guests in lobby & stairs as late as 11p-12a Yelling up & down stairwell & hallways. Housekeeping was mediocre. Pillow & bed uncomfortable. Overall not worth the cost. We slept very little over our 2 nights there due to issues above.

I hate this Oriental design crap so I really wasn't looking forward to my stay but the place is "ok", cool, but the highlight is the hotel staff. So kind, so helpful, and quote dedicated. I enjoyed my stay because of them.

Great hotel staff and great welcome! This is not a hotel with personality... Not the typical European style hotel, so don't expect the same. It's an old establishment, from 1918, with a great history and great architecture and interior art decorations, really original. This is a hotel with personality, so if you're looking for something original, I highly recommend it. Oh, and the location is great.

Great hotel. Quiet, great breakfast, close to shopping medina and restaurants. Very close to all the major Rabat tourist sites. Nice view of ocean and Kasbah Oudayas. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. It was really comfortable and spacious. Also a great location, right across for the Kasbah and at the edge of the Medina. We really loved our stay here.

Great location: Sea front restaurants and coffee snack places on promenade, Kasbah, Medina; Comfortable hotel, with interesting public areas and great roof terrace;rooms: hard-comfortable beds; tea/coffee-making facilities and bottled water and juice provided; good fast WiFi a bonus Staff: very pleasant and efficient, and always available to help.

Hotel is close to everything, which is great as no taxi is required to move around the city sites. Visit the Kasbah, Souk (Medina) and even walk to the city center. The staff was friendly, understanding, and very helpful when we had questions. My wife and I had to check out @ 5:00 a.m. in order to make a flight and the hotel staff setup a taxi which was waiting outside; including having a staff member available for checkout. Taxi price was pre-negotiated, making it stress free. Breakfast was simple with fruit, tea, coffee, yogurt, and varying breakfast rolls (crescents, etc). Highly recommend spending additional time on the rooftop lookout, a great view of the city and ocean.

We stayed one night. Great location. There is parking space outside the hotel and its very close to the medina. Room was good, a/c worked perfect. Breakfast was also good especially the coffee. Recommended.

Words can not really describe the suite! Fit for a prince and princess. Atmosphere and character in every corner. Stocked and complimentary bar fridge, wonderful stall and central location. Breakfast was amazing with fruit, yogurt various beads, fresh orange juice and more. Wish I had booked another day just to enjoy the hotel and suite.

Wonderful hotel that has the older style charm yet modern (elevator, TV). The terrace has an amazing view overlooking the Kasbah and ocean. We wish we could have stayed more than one night.

The hotel has a good location and many parking lots outside. The room has many beautiful decorations and the breakfast is good too.

Amazing stay, hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Always open to bring us tea, coffee, or water when asked. Small issue with Wi-Fi but something I expected in the country. Would stay again if I traveled back. Very close to the beach and the shopping area.
