Our pink palazzo room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. The atmosphere of the property takes you back to more elegant times.

Relais Monastero Santa Teresa is beautifully restored building in the perfect location, just steps away from the bars and restaurants of the old town yet remaining totally quiet at night. All the modern amenities have been sympathetically installed to create an exceptionally comfortable stay without distracting from the original features of the buildings such the high ceilings covered in frescos grandeur of the original buildings of. The breakfast provided a good variety of meat and vegetarian options of both sweet and savoury which you can help yourself to. The Staff were friendly and not overly attentive, which is nice if you want to take your stay at your own pace, their recommendations for local restaurants were excellent choices.

Struttura in dimora di prestigio, camera molto grandi come tutti gli spazi comuni, colazione molto buona, personale gentile.

Per una struttura come questa avrei investito qualcosa di più sulla tv e sul servizio di paytv, non possibile accedere home entertainment. Bello aver mantenuto le porte di ingresso alle camere in stile, ma sarebbero dovute essere insonorizzate e blindate per avere più privacy, stesso vale per le serrature ancora con la chiave per mantenere un po’ di retro’ Style, ma avrei preferito una serratura elettronica.

Le manque d’accueil et de sens du service. À notre arrivée, aucune véritable assistance pour le parking alors qu’il est indiqué qu’une place peut être réservée moyennant paiement : nous avons finalement dû chercher nous-mêmes une place dans la rue après avoir déposé nos bagages dans la zone piétonne. Sous une pluie battante! Le personnel froid et peu accueillant. La chambre sentait également le renfermé. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h30 sous une pluie battante, mais malgré cela il nous a été demandé d’attendre strictement 16h pour le check-in. Enfin, le dimanche matin, le check-out était fixé à 10h. C’est dommage, car le lieu a du potentiel, mais l’attitude du personnel enlève une grande partie

Das Frühstück war leider sehr einseitig und es gab nur eine kleine Auswahl mit hauptsächlich recht süßen und fettigen Speisen.

We sliepen in een oud klooster naast een prachtige kerk, in de ZTL van Nardò. Geef dus direct je kenteken door bij aankomst zo voorkom je een dure Italiaanse boete. Vroeger sliepen hier waarschijnlijk de nonnen en monniken. We hadden voor het eerst deze vakantie een appartement. Deze lag op de eerste verdieping en bestond uit een woonkeuken, slaapkamer en badkamer. De inrichting was stijlvol en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een grote koelkast en veel ruimte om al je spullen kwijt te kunnen. De ruimtes waren allemaal schoon en netjes. Het bed lag heerlijk en we hadden een ruime inloopdouche. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en op verzoek maakten ze roerei of omelet.je kon daarbij ook heerlijk in de binnentuin zitten. Kortom een prachtig hotel in de mooie stad en op fiets afstand van het strand.

Hotel zdecydowanie potrzebuje już odnowienia, odświeżenia. Ściany podrapane, brudne, oderwana umywalka, klimatyzacja na salon nie daje rady schłodzić, sypialnia jest bardzo ciemna ze względu na to, że jest przejściowa i nie ma okien

Posizione e storia sono il punto forte di questa struttura. Devo però dire che siamo rimasti un po’ delusi in quanto ci aspettavamo la piscina e non era molto chiaro che fosse di pertinenza di sole due suite.

Lontananza dal corpo centrale per la colazione Assenza di bidet nel bagno. I termosifoni avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Le sale comuni bellissime ma i giornali e libri di vecchia data rendono l’ambiente un po’ trascurato Consiglierei un check out alle 11:00 dal momento che il check in è dalle 16:00 Colazione buona ma manda un tostapane

La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación muy amplia y tenía una cocina grande (no la usamos). El baño también grande. Estuvimos bien pero para mi la relación calidad precio no es buena. Muy caro para lo que es. Creo que uno más barato hubiese hecho la misma función con creces.

No me volvería a alojar aquí por varios motivos: el baño a pesar de ser enorme no tiene espacio para dejar ni los neceseres. Tampoco tiene amenities, que es raro en alojamientos de estos precios. Alguna lámpara no funcionaba. Hemos estado bien, pero creo que son fallos de hoteles más básicos o de batalla. Cuando lo reservé vi que tenía piscina y luego me enviaron un mensaje que era privada para dos habitaciones y que tenía que pagar el doble de mi habitación para poder usarla, si no tiene piscina pues no lo pongas en las fotos a modo click bite. Finalmente, el desayuno el peor de mucho tiempo, desde el zumo y el café malos (que ya es difícil) hasta pizzas frías, yogur sin reponer, no tenía tostador ni indicación para que te lo tostaran… en fin. Una estancia agridulce.

We really appreciate the location. They have done a great job restoring an old monastery, while retaining its historic character and charm. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of quality products.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly let down by the service. We arrived at 3pm, just one hour before the official 4pm check-in time, with a toddler and a pregnant wife, and were refused an early check-in. While we understand that early check-in cannot always be guaranteed, we found the lack of flexibility disappointing given the circumstances. More concerningly, we had an unpleasant interaction with the owner, during which we felt we were spoken to and treated in an insulting and inappropriate manner. I would strongly suggest that guest-facing interactions are handled by someone with a more professional and constructive approach. We were also told, in effect, not to leave a negative review. We found this particularly disappointing, as guests should be free to share their honest experience, whether positive or negative.

Wunderschöner Altbau in der Fußgängerzone von Nardò. Personal war sehr freundlich. Style und Ambiente wirklich einzigartig.

Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer hatte nur einen Balkon zu einem innenliegenden Innenhof, in dem das Frühstück serviert wurde. Es war morgens also sehr schnell laut. Das Frühstück selbst war eher überschaubar.

Sadly we had to cancel our trip as our son was unwell and had to return suddenly to the uk.

We asked if our booking could be cancelled for a fee or exchanged to another date. The hotel refused to offer anything. No dispensation given. After a few days of them not cancelling our booking on Booking.com we emailed to say we would like to keep the last night of our booking as we were getting a returning flight back to Brindisi. They said the room had been resold and we couldn’t have the room. BUT they hadn’t even confirmed the cancellation with us. How can they resell it without cancelling it on booking.com. So not only did we pay for 3 nights accommodation that we didn’t use, we had to pay for a night at another hotel. This was all communicated robotically without any sensitivity.

Cadre atypique et charmant . Le cadre premier et historique complètement préservé et mis aux normes de confort nécessaire et suffisant . le fait de conserver en 'l'état" certaines pièces est une vraie réussite . Rapport qualité/prix remarquable et personnel jeune et dynamique .

Je pense que le buffet du petit déjeuner (éjà fort agréable ) pourrait être rehaussé de quelques plats traditionnels comme des oeufs brouillés ou bacon pour sarid-safie-re les touristes de tout horizon .

This magnificent old monastery is an absolute delight. It's grand, spacious and with a great sense of style and privacy. The room and everything in it matched the amazing decor and restoration throughout the entire property. Great room, great breakfast and great service. Could not recommend more highly.

Wspaniały hotel w wyjątkowym miejscu - czuje się wyjątkowy klimat. Wszystko jest z gatunku „wow” dzięki temu że właściciele włożyli tak dużo serca w restaurację tego miejsca. Obsługa przemiła, pyszne śniadanie w nietuzinkowej wewnętrznej oranżerii - nie wspominając o wystroju niebotycznie wysokich pomieszczeń sprzed wielu lat. Wisienka na torcie która zawsze smakuje !!

The staff at the monastery were absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond for us when we asked for help or recommendations. We stayed in the apartment with terrace which catered to all our needs perfectly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and simply beautiful.

De monastero verdeed zeker aan onze verwachtingen. Het is een prachtig gebouw. Bij aankomst werden we aangesproken en geholpen door een heel vriendelijke dame. De Engelse taal verliep wat stroef maar ze deed zeker meer dan haar best. Kamer en terras voldeden zeker aan de verwachtingen. Ook het ontbijt was correct.

Alles was volgens verwachtingen.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Relais Monastero Santa Teresa. La chambre était spectaculaire et l’hôtel est idéalement situé.

Großartig Villa in großartiger Lage. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Nordò und das Monastero Santa Teresa waren definitiv eine ein Höhepunkt unserer 3 wöchigen Apulienreise.

Das Apartment Scuderia war sehr geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Besonders der Außenbereich mit dem Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Leider waren wir etwas enttäuscht von mehreren Punkten. Bei dem Preis und der Darstellung des Hotels online hatten wir mehr erwartet. Auf den Bildern wirkt alles sehr hochwertig, aber es gibt doch ein paar Mängel in der Wohnung und im Außenbereich wurden sehr viele Dinge abgestellt. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und es gibt keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Bei der Badewanne kann man die Wassertemperatur nicht verändern, das Wasser war zu kalt. Wir wurden zu Beginn gefragt, ob wir Angst vor Hunden haben und haben Ja gesagt. Es gibt einen Hund, der sich im Garten aufhält. Die Mitarbeiterin wollte den Besitzern Bescheid geben. Die ersten Tage haben wir ihn nicht gesehen, aber vermutlich waren die Besitzer nicht da. Wir saßen an einem Abend im Garten und die Besitzer haben den Hund plötzlich rausgelassen, er ist auf uns zugerannt, hat gebellt und etwas im Garten gejagt. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig erschrocken, aber zum Glück hat uns der Hund nichts getan. Trotzdem fand ich das sehr rücksichtslos von den Besitzern. An den anderen Tagen hat er vor allem sehr früh laut vor unserem Schlafzimmer gebellt und ist wie verrückt rumgerannt. Wir hatten nur am Abreisetag Frühstück dazugebucht. Das war leider auch enttäuschend, es gab wenig Auswahl und es wurde bereits nach der 1. Stunde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Als wir ankamen, waren schon einige Speisen alle, wir konnten nur noch die leeren Teller sehen. Und das obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch eine weitere Stunde war. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren alle nett, aber es gab keinerlei Kommunikation über Absprachen mit uns. Wir hatten beispielsweise einen Late Check Out von 1h vereinbart, wurden dann aber pünktlich um 10 Uhr ermahnt, dass wir aus dem Zimmer raus müssen.

Le cadre du monastere offre un environnement et une architecture magnifique. Les appartements et la chambre que nous avons experimentés sont vastes et confortables. Le calme est garanti. La localisation de Nardo est parfaite pour rayonner dans le Salento. Le personnel de l'établissement est très aimable et disponible.

Des petits détails, L'absence de douchettes dans les salles de bains/Douches à l'talienne. Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain.

A stunningly beautiful place to stay and experience. Gorgeous rooms and incredible and generous breakfast. There are so many details that make this place truly special. The location is also perfectly central and makes it easy to get around Nardò.

Etablissement a su garder le charme original en y ajoutant la touche de modernité adéquate. Simple et magnifique dans un environnement super calme, bien situé. Le personnel très chaleureux. Les recommandations d'excursions et de restauration à disposition dans un petit classeur dans les chambres sont très utiles. Recommandons vivement.

Die Zimmer sind nur über Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt nur einen Lift für die Koffer, aber keinen für Personen. Am Abreisetag war das Frühstück in kleinerer Form, nach notwendiger Vorbestellung am Vortag, vorhergerichtet. Etwas eigenartig, da Personal vorhanden war.

Oltre ad offrire la migliore comodità ( la stanza assegnataci era più che ampia e molto confortevole ) è un vero piacere per l'occhio osservare il palazzo e muoversi all'interno delle sue ampie sale. Servizio alla reception impeccabile, e colazione ottima
