Room was tired. Loose skirting board. No sink plug, temporary flush arrangement in toilet. Bathroom door handle insecure and fell off several times.

Lyftan var biluð eða ekki hægt að nota. Stigarnir upp voru þröngir og því ekki gott að fara upp á eftir hæðir með töskurnar. Rúmið var hart. Svo var það sem var mikilvægast er að mygla var í lofti sérstaklega í baðherberginu og fúkkalykt í herbergi og á gangi.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026El cuerto era muy pequeño y el baño aun mas. Pero creo que es una caracteristica de los hoteles de Paris. Igualmente la pasamos bien. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. A unas 3 o 4 cuadras hay muchas opciones gastronomicas y tiene varias lineas de metro a pocas cuadras.
El baño. Muy chico. Todo muy comprimido. No contratamos el desayuno, nos parecio muy caro.

The AC sucked. Never got cold. No elevator. All steps. Around 40 to get to the 200s room numbers. Sheets had stains. The patio was a joke. No view. Pillows were as flat as a plate.

A szálloda a képek alapján még jónak is tűnhetett volna de a valóság szörnyű. A fürdőszoba mindent nélkülözött. Az utolsó előtti napon az addig akadozó melegvíz teljesen megszűnt. Majd a klíma is meghibásodott. Reggelit nem érdemes kérni.

Гостили в апреле в этом отеле, 4 ночи. Я старалась тщательно выбирать отель, для меня самый главный критерий - это отдых и тишина. Но что-то пошло не так. В отеле очень сильный технический шум, когда открывается кран для воды в ванной, причём не только в вашем номере. То есть если кто-либо в здании открывает воду, включается насос и еще какой-то механизм и он гудит очень сильно, что в помещении находиться реально невозможно. Первую ночь мы промучались, потом нас переселили в номере на этом же этаже, гудело там значительно меньше, но гудело. Завтрак при отеле в соседнем кафе. Омлет, (резиновый), овощи были только один раз, круасаны, фруктовый салат, сок из пакета, кофе, готовые тосты. Набор один и тот же каждый день. Никаких йогуртов, разнообразие ноль. В последний день даже не было желания туда идти. Попили кофе в номере и все. Также не понравилось то, что кафе было не только для гостей отеля, но и для всех желающих, были строители с соседних строек, громко общались, мне было неуютно. Их, тех, кто пришел с деньгами, обслуживали в первую очередь, а мы, по ваучерам от отеля, которые оплачены заранее, должны были ждать, пока обслужат всех за деньги. Сотрудники на рецепции проявляли сочувствие, все они прекрасно понимали, их задача была максимально сгладить "углы", чтобы не возвращать деньги, да, с этим они прекрасно справились. Если бы я понимала, что деньги вернут - я бы съехала немедленно. Все же почти 200 евро в день за двоих с завтраком, чтобы слушать гул насоса в малюсеньком номере и завтракать как на стройке - это неправильно.

Meteli kadulta ja asunnon vesijohdosta ja vesikatkokset. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään tasoja tai paikkaa, jonne olisi voinut laskea tavaroita tai matkalaukun. Sänky hyvä, mutta herätti kun toinen kääntyi sängyssä.

The room was as expected from the website picture, maybe a bit smaller, but that didn't make any difference. The showers were good, and the room was well-maintained during our stay. We did use the jacuzzi in our room; it was a bit noisy, but overall it was a nice experience. The location was amazing; everything around us was within walking distance, and there were plenty of places to choose from for food.
Sometimes felt a bit noisy in the room when other people were leaving and arriving.

Malheureusement l’appartement était très humide (en témoigne la moisissure dans le plafond de la salle de bain) ce qui peut être désagreable… Aussi, le bain à remous fait un bruit énorme ce qui a gâché l’expérience.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The room was as seen on the website and we had a great time in Rome, using the bath in the room after a long day of working was great, we even used the spa jets in the bath during the day when we had some time as it's quite loud, but that's expected with any bath with jets. The location was great and we would 100% book again if in Rome.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Per i servizi offerti è più assimilabile ad un B&B: -reception aperta in orario limitato, - ascensore non fruibile, la struttura si trova al primo ed al secondo piano. - scale strette ed anguste. - colazione da fare tramite voucher al bar di fianco, dove non vieni minimamente calcolato. - stanze poco insonorizzate. - cuscini da letto offerti di unico tipo, ultra sottile. - la mia camera aveva la vasca idromassaggio, per riempirla ci ho impiegato 40 minuti l’acqua usciva molto lentamente e l’idromassaggio faceva un rumore assordante.

Breakfast was not worth it the eggs were like they were made from a powder and we never got anything with them like stated. Slippers were needed in the room but its not something they have. There was also a sewer smell lingering in the room.

terrible hotel and staff. unsafe to stay in. after checking in and paying in full we got a room that was impossible to stay in. the smell of fungus and mold in the rooms causes an allergic reaction. in the bathroom all the walls were covered in black mold. when we asked to change the room the hotel administrator started threatening and disrespecting us. we had to leave the hotel and look for a new one. never stay in this hotel it is dangerous for your health. I will file a complaint with the sanitation service to conduct an inspection and remove this terrible hotel from the booking listing.
