We loved this hotel. Located in a lovely alpine village, with very convenient bus transportation. They have very good breakfast and spa area. Recommend 100%

Hotel delicioso, limpo, com vista para a montanha e, apesar de longe do centro, disponibiliza tickets para ônibus que rapidamente te leva para o centro da cidade. Não estávamos de carro, mas foi muito tranquilo nos locomovermos de ônibus.

Fabulous Hotel. Staff very friendly a Professional. Restaurant first class, with very wide selection for Breakfast. Our 4 night stay offered us a Free Bus and Tram service into Innsbruck, definitely the best travel option into the City. Highly Recommended. 👌

Great hotel! We loved the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious. Bed was a little hard.

Just got back from a stay at Das Walz Hotel, and it was an absolute gem! The spa facilities were top-notch—multiple saunas and a pristine pool that made it easy to unwind. Even the standard room came with a private balcony, which was a lovely surprise and perfect for enjoying the views. The food was consistently excellent, with generous portions and lots of local flavor. Best of all, it was extremely affordable—honestly felt like luxury at a bargain. Highly recommend! Gerade zurück aus dem Hotel Das Walz – ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Spa-Bereiche waren hervorragend: mehrere Saunen und ein makelloser Pool sorgten für pure Entspannung. Selbst das Standardzimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon – eine tolle Überraschung und ideal, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Das Essen war durchweg exzellent, mit großzügigen Portionen und viel regionalem Geschmack. Und das Beste: unglaublich günstig für das, was geboten wird. Absolute Empfehlung!

Just a dream, food, room, service and location .Upper level in pricing but it worth it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück und der Wellnessbereich im Keller haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Ebenfalls war es schön das Auto nah am Hotel Laden zu können.

Alles war großartig!

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr sauberes Hotel. Hunde werden herzlich empfangen, und wurde vom Chef persönlich angeboten einen extra Tisch zu decken falls wir unseren Hund mit zum Frühstück nehmen möchten. Bevor das Buffet abgeräumt wird, werden alle noch anwesenden Gäste gefragt ob man noch etwas möchte oder ob abgeräumt werden kann. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein großes Lob an alle. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles in allem würden wir dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen.

Wie immer …. Eine wunderbares Hotel mit bestem und der netten Service.

I truly enjoyed relaxing in the infiniti pool looking at the surrounding mountains. The superb breakfast buffet can be taken on an enclosed garden porch amidst nature. The room was a good size and impeccably clean. There was no AC but opening the window brought in fresh air. I am always surprised that there are no screens on the windows, but luckily no bugs came in. I will certainly stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Extremely clean and all amenities to a very high spec. Pool and sauna are amazing and it’s very easy to get around without a car as the bus service is so good. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Highly recommend

Wir sind total begeistert! Das Zimmer war neu, sauber und ruhig. Der Wellnessbereich war auch sehr schön, es hat teilweise noch nach frischem Holz geduftet. Alle waren sehr nett. Auch ein Highlight war die Frühstücksauswahl das Abendessen. Ein Lob an die Küche, es hat alles super lecker geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 🙂👍

Family owned and operated, delicious food, comfortable rooms, 10 minutes from Innsbruck.

Wir haben 3 tolle Tage im Hotel das Walzl verbracht. Ganz besonders gut aufgefallen haben uns das große Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, das geniale Frühstück und das Schwimmbad. Unser Sohn hat das Kinderspielzimmer und den Spielplatz sehr genossen und wollte nicht mehr nach Hause fahren! Das Essen im Gasthof hat uns allen auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Super Hotel, jederzeit wieder

Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen. Das Hotel ist von Mondern bis hin zu alten Styl sehr gut bedacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns einzigartig, sehr frisches Obst und Gemüse. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und modern ausgestattet. Gerne wieder

Amazing hotel! I cannot say enough good things about this place, but I'll try! A must for those traveling with kids. The playroom and heated pool were both terrific for our 13 month old and made our stay so wonderful since we didn't only have our room to set her loose in. They have high quality highchairs in the restaurant, and the included breakfast was a really nice variety of good quality and tasty food. The receptionists were extremely knowledgeable and helpful (ex: should we buy cable car tickets in advance or at the ticket window, how long should we plan on the Alpenzoo taking). My husband, who wakes up earlier than me and baby, went up to the panorama room lounge and read in peace with a brethtaking view and comfortable chaise lounges, along with a tea bar. Seriously, a must for your vacation- it was well worth the short trip out of Innsbruck!

All the data without exception were so helpful and friendly. We were given a welcome card on arrival to give free use on all public transport along with advice on what to see and where to go. Will be returning for future trips to this little gem on the outskirts of Innsbruck

Very nice hotel in a quiet village.

Great breakfast buffet spread. Dinner was also very delicious. Clean and modern room. Nice infinity pool with a beautiful view. Not too far from Innsbruck. Free on-site parking space was great as well. An added bonus was the Innsbruck Welcome Card that was provided to us for free, which allowed us to take the bus and train for free, as well as get discounted tickets on a few attractions. Overall, great hotel. Would recommend!

Hier hat einfach alles von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Ein herrliches Hotel zum Entspannen 😄 Gerne wieder

Ein tolles Landgasthotel etwas außerhalb von Innsbruck. Top Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und/oder auch zum Wandern in die Berge. Neu eingerichtete Zimmer und beeindruckender Roof Top Pool + Wellness Oase zum Relaxen. Essen auch top; nur das Frühstück fällt mit „Standard“ etwas aus dem Rahmen.

Seit der letzten Reise wurde viel modernisiert. ZB das neue Schwimmbad auf dem Dach, aber auch das Restaurant. Sehr schön geworden.

Sehr gepflegtes Familiär geführtes Haus. Top Gastronomie. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

This hotel is a gem! It is not located in the city center which I thought would be a problem. But, we just easily used the J route to get there. It was easy to do. The tiny town of Lans is a perfect place to truly escape from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was abundant This is s family run hotel, and the staff takes great pride in their hotel.

The room and balcony were great, modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was fantastic except for me, the flies on the morning buffet in the dining hall, making the food unappetizing.

Bis auf das Frühstück hat eigentlich alles gepasst. Beim Frühstück gibt es allerdings Abzüge. Semmeln z.T. hart, Fladengebäck und Croissant trocken. Rühreier langsam nachgefüllt und Teller wurden nicht vom Tisch abgeräumt. Bei dem Preis pro Nacht ist hier noch Luft nach oben

Landgasthof Walzl would have to be one of the very best places we have ever stayed!! Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and amazing meals (we had the half board option which was incredibly good value). Staff went out of their way to assist with special food when my husband was ill and when we had a problem with damaged luggage. Parking right outside the front door was an unexpected bonus too. I simply can't rate them highly enough!!

The charming hotel is set in a rural area. Giving a feeling of a warm home. Quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is great. Excellent breakfast.

Only 5 minutes drive to Innsbruck. Heavily booked for evening meals and other options are a drive away. A little quirky but mostly good

Attractive hotel, clean and modern facilities, good restaurant, ample and varied breakfast. However, we ran into a sticky problem. We had prepaid our night thro ugh Expedia. Upon checkout, the pleasant lady at the desk (who spoke very little English) told me they had received no deposit from Expedia. I had little choice but to pay a second time. When I applied for a refund through Expedia, the hotel was uncooperative despite a month of repeated requests. Not a great way to do business.

A jewel in a tiny town in the hills above Innsbruck. Family run with love. Excellent food.

Beautiful accommodation, great restaurant food and very friendly staff and owner.

Early pick up from airport to arrive at hotel able to leave luggage and catch local group in traditional costume just leaving: we walked in the spring sunshine until room was ready at 3pm and wow what a super room with balcony and view of mountains at rear. Our stay was very comfortable we were half board and enjoyed breakfast cooked and fresh fruit options for gluten free and lovely coffee. We went walking all day and the bus and tram service here is very convenient- easy for Innsbruck and Igls if you don’t wish to walk. The food was well presented and dining room by bar very comfortable. Not my taste but I am very vegetabley vegetarian and there was not a lot of these. But it did not marr our stay and we loved our walk in shower hot water and cheerful music, our peaceful bird song on the balcony and our fabulous bed with comfortable pillows. All staff were keen to help and I am only sorry I could not speak their language as well as they could speak mine, Well done and thank you.

Beaurifully located hotel on the outskirts of Innsbruck with magnificent views dowm to the city. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant. Will return. John
