Grand City Hotel Changwon

Very clean, kind and helpful staff

Lift took long time due to stopping different floors

One of front desk staff was very kind and friendly, She answered all my dumb questions and I appreciate her service. Unfortunately, I for got her name but shewas working day shift.

All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, so there were no communication issues. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. There was also a laundry service available at the hotel. You can simply ask the front desk staff, and they will gladly explain the process. I stayed here to attend the BTS concert in Busan, and the hotel even prepared a welcome banner for BTS ARMYs, which touched me so much. There were many great restaurants nearby, and the area around the hotel was calm, peaceful, and very pleasant. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. 💜✨

Nothing at all.

location is great, hotel feels like im on an actual holiday

The staff were very warm and approachable, and both the lobby and rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is convenient for travelers, with stores, coffee shops, banks, and restaurants all nearby. It's also close to bus stops and only about a 10–15 minute taxi ride from the KTX station. While it's about an hour away from Busan, we were aware of that before booking. Despite the distance, it was still a very convenient and comfortable stay

It is very clean . It is vey accessible .

Good stay this time

No bar really, gym very small.

Location is good for local restaurants in walking distance. Hotel much nicer than others in the city we have stayed at.

Lifts can take some time to arrive.

Suggest more options like fried rice and link sausages

Not enough meat options

POSITION, parking, rooms

breakfast was not so good. It lacks continental options

Position

The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of food, but unfortunatly nothing appealing for European people. I suggest to have croissants and cakes.

Breakfast is good. Concierge was very helpful in allowing us to check-in earlier at 12pm. Staff assisted with good information when inquired. Highly recommended.

Clean room everyday, kind staff and convenient location.

Great Hotel - Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Nice size in room fridge/freezer and microwave in room. Laundry facilities are in the lower levels and free to use with your room key

Staff was amazing

Very clean hotel and appointed nicely. The room was smallish but was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods and the dining room was large enough to hold many guests. Location was good as well. It was a great value and I would stay here again.

I liked the premium room, which has additional perks such as free minibar items, washer/dryer, and microwave oven.

Availability of microwave and wide spread of food during breakfast is good. Carpeted room is cosy WiFi is reliable. Location is accessible and convenient among shops.

Additional breakfast menu that includes 100% seafood or fish-beneficial for Muslim travellers. Universal power outlets for travellers.

Kind staff. Luxuries room

Good breakfast, friendly staff and close to plenty of restaurants

Would be good if they offered some dinner options in the Hotel. Sometimes after a long business day you don't feel like walking outside. Several years ago the former Hotel MSTAY offered this.

I had an amazing stay. Staff very friendly and professional

All facilities are good.

Okey hotel.

There is not much personal service and not so much soul.

The rooms could be a bit bigger, the cleaning should be improved. Located not far from the city centre, 5 minutes walk allow to have plenty of dinner options. Good breakfast. Parking is nothing short than a nightmare.

The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly, and they cleaned my room every day! All equipment and appliances (AC, fridge, microwave, outlet) in the room works! except the TV remote needs new battery. It also had a good firm bed. For premium rate you got free snacks and drinks every day in the fridge, worth the extra cost! The front desk staff lend a free international plug. Good variety breakfast menu, and a great location adjacent to many restaurants and many stores/malls within the walking distance. The manager of the hotel was very friendly.

The gym was not open 24x7, only open from 7AM to 10PM! I ended up only able to use it twice of the 9 days I stayed since at other times it was already closed when I had the spare time. Breakfast was good except for one day that there were too many patrons, the que was taking a long time even over 20 people were queuing outside the restaurant! I ended up getting breakfast somewhere else. And, if you don't read Korean, you will find a difficulty to turn on the stove - that's right, you have to make your own scrambled or sunny-side-up eggs! The "free" bicycle facility was only for max of 2 hours which's pretty much useless. No flat iron in the room - you had to go to the laundry room! The pillows were way too soft! The front desk staff can be more friendly, smile a little bit shouldn't hurt.

Good location
