i usually just check into a city hotel for a staycation to recharge (and it usually works). Decided to give Shreyas a shot to reset, rest and recover + go deeper into my meditation practise. So happened i had a bad cough (for weeks) as well. There was a surreal sense of calm and tranquility as soon as i reached. even the staff had an air of zen about them. Special shout to Dr. Akhil who gave me a whole lot of ayurvedic teas, shots and meds and the cough is mostly gone now. I have returned super refreshed (and excited) on a busy monday at work. Will def be visiting many times over! truly a beautiful spot + fantastic treatments in a beautiful treatment centre + just sitting on my balcony every morning and watching all sorts of exotic birds around me + awesome wholesome food made this a really exceptional stay

For what it was the price for a Solo was quite high.Staff were all good except head of admin Mr Ramakant who gave false information that no Uber would pick me to take me to the airport. I was misguided as he wanted me to use his contact so I pay double the price . Uber was showing half the price to what I was charged by his contact. I trusted him but for a Solo woman this should NOT happen at Relais and Chateau brand. I have inquired with the head of UBER and they have confirmed that if it shows on the APP an Uber car will definitely do the pick up. Disgusting attitude of this brand from MR RAMAKANT.

Nothing, the food, service and room quality was superb.

I can't say enough about the level of service I received at Shreyas. I recently visited for the third time, and I'm pleased to say the quality of service has not changed. To call the team of people 'staff' seems to undervalue the warmth and care in everything they do. The yoga is outstanding, with excellent teachers who provide the right amount of attention. The food is healthy and delicious-- especially the breakfasts! The Ayurvedic doctors give invdividualised programmes. The spa treatments are divine-- I highly recommend the hot stone massage. Rooms are well-equipped with all the usual things, as well as fresh fruits and a selection of herbal teas. Bathroom toiletries, including toothbrush, toothpaste, and a few other thoughtful extras were really appreciated. The grounds are lovely, with the wonderful sound of birdsong echoing throughout.

Although a lot of new improvements have been made to the resort, the garden tent that I stayed in is looking a little tired; although the room is very spacious and still very functional. Since covid, the new dining area is spacious enough for individual guests to be safely spread at separate tables; however, I really miss the option to dine communally with other guests, as many visitors travel solo, so it feels a bit awkward for the dining area to set four tables for one. I also should mention that there is a train line that runs very near to the property, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might find this a challenge; earplugs and fresh air help ensure a good night's sleep.

The food was truly excellent and plentiful, phenomenal 121 yoga classes, meditation sessions, excellent massages and pool. Lots of Ayurvedic treatments on offer. Comfortable and spacious pool side bungalow. Attentive staff take care to remember your needs and requirements. Would come again. Thank you for my stay!

Really, there isn’t very much to fault. If I have no list anything I’d say the facilities (room, bathroom, gym) were a little bit dated and there was some minor traffic and train noise nearby which you get used to after a while. The massages were on the expensive side for Indian prices ($80-100). None of these things detracted from my enjoyment.

I had a wonderful stay in Shreyas. It is an absolutely excellent location with regular daily meditation, different several daily yoga lessons and a wonderful staff. Thank you very much to all who work there. I have been there many times and nothing has changed since Corona times. It is the perfect place for a spiritual stay and relax all senses in the wonderful garden and sorroundings.

Everythin was just perfect, there was nothing which I could tell here.

The staff behaviour and the food was amazing even my 5 year old son enjoyed the simple vegetarian food !

Whatever I experienced, no words can truly describe so you can understand fully without incorrect interpretation. It is a scared place where if you starts look inward of yourself, you can everything is in here. Truly amazing.

My first stay was so great that I came back again within the same week. The staff, food, the experience is one of a kind. Both times I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely at peace. I’m still feeling the benefits of the experience one week later

The staff was so accommodating and the resort was very relaxing. All of the yoga instructors were patient with me as I'm still quite new in my practice.

Shreya’s was good. Staff were attentive, vegetarian only food was delicious, and the yoga classes were enjoyable. The new spa built last year is really nice. The manager at Shreya’s let me have a late check out at 7pm and provided lunch that day without extra charge when check out is normally at 12 noon. I also took part in the afternoon yoga session. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The staff do really look after and care about your visit and ask you for suggestions to improve. The resort is lovely and very well run. The only thing stopping me from giving this a 5/5 was the price. I spent AUD $1465 for 2 nights/3 days. This was for the room, a 60 min cooking class, transfers to and from the airport, 3 x 1 hour spa treatments, and all meals. Included in the cost of your room are 2 yoga sessions a day - 1 x 90 min AM and 1 x 60 min PM and 1 x 30 min meditation. (I had previously received other Ayurvedic treatments in two other spas in southern India and they were a fraction of the price charges at Shreya’s but equally good or better.) It was a holiday so you expect to splurge but I felt this was quite steep. The resort has a 26 guest capacity and there are a lot of staff - I believe 84. A lot of the organic produce is farmed or grown there.
