There is a koi fish pond-like structure at the reception area, better air ventilation is needed as it is very musty smell when you stepped in. Wallpapers inside the hotel room are peeling off, the one in the bathroom also. During my stay, saw hair clumps on the floor, and there were a lot of ants on the tv counter and the basin. Very strong sewage smell from the bathroom.

The room was smelly from the toilet drainage system. A faulty smell like a rotten fish fill up the toilet/bathroom and seeps to the bedroom. I felt like vomiting in the second night and had to leave the toilet light on since the power socket is set together with the suction fan. The room was not well kept and mouldy.

The bed is so low and very unconfortable for those who have knee problem. Bed dont havr motion islolation so it disturbs your sleeps when others moves.

I didn't have cash at hand for a deposit (I wasn't told during my booking). The nearest ATM requires a taxi ride, albeit a short one. It would be helpful if it was mentioned during the booking process to keep 100RM in hand.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025I didn’t expect the hotel to be this nice, especially for such an affordable price! It looks and feels like a much more expensive place. The location is very convenient ... all the shops are nearby, and everything is easily accessible. The water pressure is excellent too, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Shower cannot adjust height, water not hot, no place to put shower gel, shower gel/shampoo provided doesn’t foam, as good as nothing, toilet do not place to put amenities, overall not maintained. Wifi not strong.

Windowless room, rusty fridge, dirty floor (ants and cockroaches found), bed mattress and pillow are of low quality, safe box not working, tiles floors uneven, tissue box and toilet roll were not new and refilled, no bathroom slippers provided, TV channels limited to just 4 Singapore channels, room walls are thin, so we can hear people talking/shouting along the corridor late at night, and also gas/water pipes running can be heard loudly throughout the night.

The shower had an outlet that seemed like a hazard to me. But I believe that the outlet is no longer tied to the electrical system
