Que mi pareja en 5 dias que estuvimos le dijimos que era alérgica al picante y al cilantro, nunca nos hacían caso y eso me molestó bastante ya que muchas veces, aunque teníamos la cena incluida, tuvimos que cenar fuera.

Le seul petit bémol c'est la table installée sur la terrasse devant la fenêtre de la salle de bain ( pas top pour l'intimité) mais c'est un détail 😁

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026L’accueil par entre autre Ismaël, Yassin et Mohammed a été parfait tout du long du séjour. En demi-pension les plats le soir sont excellents, nous n’avons jamais été déçus ! Et le calme et la fraîcheur du Riad comparé à la ville au dehors, faisait un bien fou pour bien récupérer.

Le rapport qualité prix étant excellent, cela peut attirer des clients peu respectueux envers les autres clients et le personnel: des jeunes qui mangent du kfc sur la terrasse et laissent toutes leurs crasses éparpillées, des gens qui fument à table au petit déjeuner alors que vous mangez juste à côté. Vivement l’interdiction totale de fumer à table.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026L'arbre bleu de Marrakech est un havre de paix au cœur de la médina. On s'y sent bien. La décoration du riad est raffinée, les chambres sont confortables et bien climatisées. Il règne dans l'établissement un calme appréciable au retour d'une balade sur la place Jemma el fna ou des différents souks. La piscine n'est certes pas grande mais tellement appréciable lorsque la température dépasse les 35°C. Mais surtout et plus que tout, les personnes du riad sont gentilles et à vos soins... Même à 6h du matin. MERCI !

The location, the staff, the cleanliness, the food, all brilliant. Would 100% recommend booking a meal in the riad, the food was outstanding. Would recommend and would return.

Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje para poder visitar tranquilos el último día e incluso nos dejaron descansar en la zona común del patio antes de irnos, mucho más tarde de nuestro check-in! Sin duda, volveremos.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Bu riadın otantik görüntüsü çok güzeldi. İçinde bulunan küçük havuzda yüzdük ve terasta şezlongda güneşlendik. Kahvaltısı yöresel ve yeterliydi. Akşam yemeklerinde tajin içerisinde değişik yöresel lezzetleri tattık. Restoran bölümündeki görevle çok nazik ve her zaman isteklerimizi yerine gitirdi. Yerel turlar ve havaalanı transferi konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Kendimi orada çok mutlu hissettim. Bütün görevliler çok nazik ve hizmete hazırlardı.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026O táxi do aeroporto fica quase na porta da riad, só tem de caminhar uma pequena rua até à riad. Perto dos souks, bons restaurantes, táxis. Cheguei 1am fizeram check in tardio, o staff sempre disponível e simpático. Fiquei num dos quartos do terraço estavam 42° graus mas o ar condicionado deixou sempre o nosso quarto fresco. O pequeno almoço era bastante satisfatório não variado mas abundante, os crepes são incríveis. Tenha em consideração que uma riad é um palacete antigo, não tem elevador nem é moderno, pelo contrário é bastante típico e charmoso e este muito limpo e bem preservado.
Não gostei que os produtos de higiene estivessem em frascos que na verdade são dispensadores de açúcar e não funcionam com líquidos. E nem estavam rotulados, não sabia o que era shampoo ou gel de banho. Mas a casa de banho era linda como de resto toda a riad

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che mi è stata assegnata prima una stanza al piano terra e poi per accontentare altri ci hanno spostato all'ultimo piano dello stabile (senza ascensore), di conseguenza difficoltoso il trasporto delle valige per le scale.

It’s overpriced. We stayed in a similar riad - we paid less and got more. More amenities (basic shampoo, soap, etc) and most importantly, freshly cooked breakfast (versus clearly microwave-heated eggs and crepes)

Reviewed May 21, 2026The managers and staff were amazing, so friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they made us feel at home. They booked hammam for us bc they knew a good place, they booked the taxi back to the airport for us, they were so helpful. The food as well was INCREDIBLE, if you go you need to eat in the riad at least one night. It was the best food I had in Morocco and I was there for a week and we went to recommended restaurants almost every meal.
The swimming pool is FREEZING. More like an ice bath, think it's supposed to be refreshing but it's over the top cold.

Reviewed May 15, 2026The place was just like in the pictures. Well located, breakfast was nice (most sweet things: jams, honey, hot cakes, egg, coffee, tea, bread and a piece of cake). The people were all very nice and polite. The location was just next to the entrance of the Medina. We used their taxi service from the airport, it was very good, the driver was polite and spoke in Spanish. He waited for us 1 hour outside the airport, due to a delay on our flight.
Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of dampness and we could not put things in the wardrobe because of the same reason

Le personnel de nuit peu serviable, En rentrant du restaurant, vers minuit, nous sommes restés 15 minutes à la porte du Riad sans que le gardien nous ouvre la porte. Téléphone du Riad tombant sur la messagerie directement.... Le gardien est ensuite arrivé de l'extérieur nous disant qu'il était allé cherché des clients! aucun mot sur la porte pour prévenir ni aucune autre information. Le petit déjeuner était minable, jus d'orange chimique, une tranche de cake et un café....bien loin des standards que nous avons l'habitude de trouver dans ce type d'établissements.

Reviewed May 10, 2026We travelled with a 2 years old and a nine month old baby and the service was absolutely amazing!! Shoutout to all the staff - will definitely be coming back again in the future. Also, the location is really good, the souks are around and the main bazaar is 10 mins walk.

Reviewed May 9, 2026We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Since we had an early flight, we requested an early check-in, and the manager kindly accommodated us without any issues. We were travelling with children, and the staff went above and beyond by always providing warm water for baby formula and boiling fresh milk whenever we asked. The housekeeping staff were also amazing — they even organised and folded our clothes. The breakfast was delicious, definitely a 10/10. On the day of departure, since our flight was in the evening, the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could continue exploring before heading to the airport. Anytime we needed something, such as a hairdryer, iron, or Moroccan tea, it was provided almost immediately. I will strongly recommend it if you are planning to stay in the city centre. Also it is located near to many attractions

Ouve-se o barulho todo nos quartos, apesar de ser uma zona mais tranquila da Medina, o barulho dentro do Riad ouve-se todo dentro dos quartos dos outros hóspedes a entrarem e a saírem.
