Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh

For a small family from Tasmania this Resort did big international tourism and we were overwhelmed. Thank god we got a private villa. Villas were spacious, but not well resourced with necessities ,get the private villas, prices and services were just ok. Big pools and long sandy beach but both over crowded.

I rarely, if ever, write negative reviews because I understand that no hotel is perfect. However, my recent stay with a friend at Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh was so profoundly disappointing that I feel compelled to warn other travelers. While this property claims to be a 5-star luxury beachfront resort, our experience felt closer to a poorly managed 3-star hotel. Here are the issues we encountered during our stay: -Deceptive Room Availability & Poor Maintenance: We booked a Premium room but arrived to find the balcony flooded above ankle-level and the carpet heavily stained. The hotel sent two technicians who did nothing but talk and told us to "wait for the water to drain by itself." When we demanded a room change, the manager initially claimed no rooms were available and asked us to wait until the next day. However, the moment we told her to either find a room or upgrade us to a sea-view building, a Premium ground-floor room magically became available instantly. Dishonest and unacceptable service. -Ignored Birthday Request: I had noted in our reservation that this stay was to celebrate my birthday. Throughout our 4-day, 3-night stay, there was absolutely zero birthday recognition or amenity. Even 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at manage to arrange a small birthday setup. This was a highly disappointing surprise. -Lack of Basic Amenities: The resort does not even provide an iron for guests to borrow, which is a standard amenity in any reputable hotel. -Fully Booked Shuttle Service: The hotel offers a shuttle service to Nha Trang city center and this is one of the reasons we chose to stay here. However, when we tried to book it for the following day, we were told it was completely full for every single slot. We checked for the day after that, and it was also full. As a result, we couldn't use the service at all and had to pay out-of-pocket for private transportation just to get into town. -Severe Privacy Violations: While we were inside our room changing clothes, a staff member abruptly opened the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. We reported this massive privacy breach to the Manager, who promised to investigate, but they never bothered to follow up with us. - Ignored Do Not Disturb Sign: We turned on the DND light to avoid being bothered, yet housekeeping still knocked on the door just to ask if we wanted the room cleaned. -No Housekeeping When Requested: Conversely, when we actually wanted our room cleaned, we turned on the housekeeping switch and hung the physical sign on the door. When we returned later, the room had not been touched. -Language Barrier in Room Tech: The YouTube application on the TV was permanently set to Russian. Every single time we wanted to use it, we had to manually change the settings. If it had been set to Vietnamese, it would have been understandable, but this was just inconvenient. -Chaotic Breakfast Management & Illness: The breakfast service was an absolute mess. There was no receptionist standing by to check room numbers upon arrival (something I have seen at 100% of the hotels I have ever visited.) Anyone could just walk in and grab food. The live cooking stations were chaotic; people were cutting lines because there was no system or queue management. More severely, my friend and I ate the exact same meals outside the resort except for breakfast. On the afternoon after eating the hotel breakfast, I developed severe diarrhea and vomited multiple times, which lasted until the next morning. The buffet food looked unfresh and was served ice-cold. As an avid traveler who frequently enjoys hotel buffets, I have never experienced symptoms like this before. -Unacceptable Buggy Wait Times: We were told that the buggy service takes about 10–15 minutes. However, on our checkout day, we had to wait for 30 minutes just for a buggy to come and pick up our luggage. -Ridiculous Checkout Delays: Upon checkout, the staff insisted on a "10-minute room inspection." I have stayed at numerous 5-star properties worldwide, and none of them inspect the room at checkout, that is a practice reserved for 3-star motels. To make matters worse, they took much longer than 10 minutes and never came back to update us. After already losing 30 minutes waiting for the buggy, this extra delay made us incredibly anxious about missing our flight. So do not be fooled by the "5-star" label like me 😢 this is a poorly managed 3-star property at best. While the beachfront location is beautiful with lush greenery, and the bedding and towels are of good quality, dealing with flooded rooms, chaotic breakfast, unhygienic food that made me sick, and exhausting checkout delays is absolutely not a luxury experience. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free holiday!

We had a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at this hotel! Everything was very convenient, and the swimming pool and beach were absolutely beautiful — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vacation atmosphere. 😊 We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary late check-out service, which made our last day much more comfortable and stress-free. A special thanks to Manager Han, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. His warm hospitality and thoughtful support made our experience even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to stay again when we visit Nha Trang!

I had an amazing stay at Duyen Ha Resort in Nha Trang. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. Their service and hospitality exceeded my expectations and made the whole trip even more enjoyable. One thing I really loved was that there were very few Korean tourists, so it truly felt like a relaxing international getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a quiet vacation. The ocean view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the beach facilities were very well maintained. The sunbeds and resting areas by the beach were comfortable and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sea breeze. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a real vacation. Highly recommended!

This was our second visit, and just like the first time, we created beautiful memories. We will definitely come back again.

Key issues encountered: • Hygiene & Safety: I found cockroaches in the previous rooms, and in the upgraded room, there was a lizard on the headboard of my bed. This is a severe breach of sanitary standards. • Infrastructure & Maintenance: There were constant plumbing leaks in my initial rooms. In the current "upgraded" room, there is a persistent, foul smell of sewage. The hotel's piping and infrastructure clearly require urgent renovation. • Failure to Resolve: I requested a transfer to another hotel at the beginning of my stay through my tour operator. However, your management refused to provide a refund or recalculate the costs, forcing me to stay in these substandard conditions. I paid for a 5-star experience, but instead, my vacation has been ruined by technical failures and poor hygiene.

My family had a warmly welcomed holidays at Duyen Ha resort. The resort is conveniently located, with an international-standard luxurious style, full amenities, and excellent service quality. The rooms are beautiful, ensuring privacy, with high-end furnishings that meet 5-star standards. Breakfast was delicious, and the flexible breakfast hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM were a big plus. Our family is especially grateful to the receptionist Ms Tran– she assisted us with a quick and professional check-in and check-out process, and provided thorough guidance that helped us enjoy a perfect vacation. The resort has a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. Breakfast featured authentic Asian and Western dishes – all very tasty. Sincere thanks to the Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh team for providing our family with a wonderful holiday experience. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff for the clean and tidy room.

I’ve stayed here before & will stay here again. First, when I come to Nha Trang, I come to the Cam Ranh airport 45 min away. I prefer staying in Cam Ranh-plenty of great beaches & resorts. Less time in taxis w/airport 10 min away This 5-star resort is far more reasonably-priced than the others. Many of the are great too. I like Radisson, & Anam is a fine resort. This hotel has many restaurants, inc sushi & Chinese. I like the lobby bar. There are two huge swimming pools, one in the trees & the other by the beach. The beach restaurant has a big western menu. The room with a big bed is comfy. It’s worth it to get a partial ocean view room. There are also more expensive villas and bungalows on water The gift shop in the main hotel building has mang good snacks & drinks. Buffet breakfast quite good. Staff is great, tho’ that’s almost true of everywhere I stay in Việt Nam.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this hotel delivers. The downside is that there’s not much to do nearby unless you take a ride into town. However, many nearby businesses — such as spas and restaurants — offer free pickup and drop-off service to and from the hotel, which makes getting around much easier. The private beach and pool are wonderful, and the buffet is quite good. The room towels are surprisingly new considering the hotel opened in 2017. Overall, there’s really nothing to complain about — a relaxing and pleasant stay.

The room was so clean. And staffs are very kind. The beach which is in front of our room is very good and fun. We stayed in this resort for 8 days, but we want to stay much longer than we stayed. we are very satisfied!!!

To begin with, the check in was unprofessional and the worker was very distracted, laughing about something with the other employees behind the check in. Generally unfriendly staff, seemingly untrained. Example; They give you the menu in the restaurant, and then they walk away and pretty much never come back. You have to physically get up and walk to them and tell them you want to order/ pay, eye contact and smiling will be ignored. Additionally, you have to be lucky if they understand anything as simple as ‚One bolognese pasta please’, a young man just looked at us and ran away without a word, bringing back a different worker a few minutes later. Another example is the woman writing down room numbers for breakfast, just staring at you not saying anything, not good morning or what’s your room number & no thank you, just simply staring at you. Generally, it’s extremely laid out for Russian tourism, if you ask for towels (which they do not understand), they show you google translate in Russian, even though we are not Russian, it seems as if because they cannot usually speak well English, the staff does not have to be able to speak it either. Concerning the rooms, very nice and spacious rooms with huge bathrooms, and large balconies in the bungalow style houses. However, the door from the balcony was installed in such a weird angle, that even though there was a lock, you could literally still open the door to the shared outdoor space. The shower door does not close, and the carpet is absolutely disgusting with black stains and what seems like unwashed for the past year. Generally, not a very thorough clean. The look of the hotel in general is very nice and big, with a beautiful beach right in front of it, it is just visible that it definitely requires renovations everywhere. The outdoor space, with a huge pool is definitely lovely though, for all age groups, with many sport opportunities for adults and kids.

For the value, no resort could come close to this one during my stay. I was surprised at how good it was for my price. The grounds are huge & well-landscaped. There are two huge pools, inc one near the beach. You can also lounge on a grassy area near the beach or on the beach itself. We stayed in hotel rooms-bought, comfortable & with a little balcony. The buffet breakfast was served in 3 different locations, which avoided waits & crowding. There were many villas, all on water, an inlet or river. Staff was friendly, the little store had a very good selection of snacks & drinks. The lobby bar was especially nice.

This hotel is far from 5 stars. If you are looking for the 5 stars hotel, this is not the one. The beach however is beautiful.

Duyen Ha is beautiful. We stayed in a villa which was spacious and very clean. The resort is family friendly and quiet. The staff are helpful but there was language barrier as most did not speak english. Their cocktails around the pool area were not really up to par. Its unfortunate they only sell wine by the bottle.

버기를 부르면 안내한 시간에 오지 않는 경우가 대부분이다. 누락도 세번이나 있었고 버기를 20분이상, 30분이상 기다린 적도 있었다. 버기 지연으로 정해진 약속 시간을 지킬 수 없어 곤란했다. 숙박내내 전혀 개선되지 않았다. 조식당 테이블 매트도 더러웠고 집게 받침에는 큰 벌레가 있었다. 무료 발마사지 서비스가 있었는데 다른 유료 손님을 위해 마사지사가 두번이나 교체되었다.(30분 서비스였는데 마사지사가 3명) 개인풀과 레이트체크아웃 서비스만 만족스럽고 그 외에는 정말 불편한 리조트였다.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. From the moment we entered, there was a strong, unpleasant smell of dampness both in the corridor and the room. The room itself had visible rust in several places and lacked proper cleanliness—tables were sticky and stained, clearly not cleaned properly. Hygiene was another major issue. Food was being handled without gloves, which is unacceptable, especially in a hotel claiming such a high rating. It was disappointing to see such a lack of basic sanitary practices. Despite being built in 2017, the hotel already feels outdated and in need of renovation. The overall impression is that of a neglected property, far from what one would expect from a five-star experience.

The hotel is quite outdated considering the fact that is being built in 2017. The photos from agoda and booking platforms are completely different from reality. The renovation is necessary for this hotel, sunbeds are broken and dirty, towels are not clean enough as well. We did a breakfast and chef took a waffles with naked hands to the plate without any gloves and etc. Its discussing and we’re shocked on how this hotel has been rated as a 5 star hotel, no chance, its a far away to be called as quality and branded name. We do not recommend this hotel for people, families that appreciate cleanliness, this hotel is simply doesn’t meet quality and hygiene standards. Terrible experience and please make it properly checking before having a reservation and booking your holidays to this place. Bad experience.

- 가격 : 2박에 약 25만원 정도를 지출했습니다. 이정도 규모, 서비스에 2박 25만원이라면 굉장히 훌륭합니다. 다만 익스피디아에서 7세 어린이에 대해 추가금이 발생한다는 고지가 정확하지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 내용 중에 별도의 추가금이 징수될 수 있다 기재돼 있지만 아쉬운 부분입니다. 분명 제가 결제할 때 인원과 아이들의 나이를 기재하고 나온 비용을 결제했는데 여기에 추가비용이 발생해 불편했습니다. 이 부분은 설명이 더 자세히 필요한 것 같습니다. - 숙소 : 프리미엄룸에서 지냈는데 콘도보다 훨씬 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 자연 속에 있는 듯한 느낌, 마치 빌라에서 지낸 것 같은 느낌, 발코니도 있어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 다만 어른 2, 어린이2가 묵기에 킹베드는 조금 작은 것 같아 엑스트라 베드(추가 비용 발생)를 추가하거나 싱글 베드 2개를 요청하는게 나을 수도 있으니 검토해보세요. - 직원 서비스 등 : 직원들의 서비스는 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들이 대체로 영어를 잘하네요. 룸에 부족한게 있거나 버기카를 부르면 신속하게 처리해줍니다. - 수영장 : 수영장은 총 2개가 있고 전용 해변이 있습니다. pool 1은 어린이용 풀장과 성인용 풀, 자쿠지로 구성돼 있습니다. 어린이용 풀은 버섯 조형물에서 물이 떨어지는 곳이고 수심이 얕아 놀기 좋습니다. 성인풀은 1.8미터가 가장 깊은 곳입니다. pool2는 어린이용 풀과 성인풀로 구성돼 있습니다. 어린이풀은 미끄럼틀이 2개 있고 수심이 얕습니다. 어른풀은 1.8미터입니다. 리조트의 규모에 비해 수영장을 이용하는 사람이 많이 없습니다. 2025.6.3~6.5 기간 동안 이용했고 수영장에 있는 베드를 여유있게 이용했습니다. 또한 해변가에도 베드가 있고 해변 가기 전 비치발리볼 하는 곳에도 누워 쉴 수 있는 곳이 있습니다. 타올을 깔고 쉴 수 있습니다. 휴양하기 정말 좋은 곳입니다. 인근에는 식당이 있고 음식의 질과 맛, 가격도 괜찮았습니다. - 얼리 체크인, 레이트 체크아웃 : 2박 이상이면 둘 중 하나가 가능하다고 합니다. (객실 상황에 따라 다르다고 함) 저는 레이트 체크아웃을 신청했고 프리미엄룸에서 20시에 체크아웃을 했습니다. - 드랍오프 서비스 : 공항으로 드랍오프 서비스가 무료로 제공됩니다. 픽업 서비스도 제공되는 것으로 알고 있습니다. - 나트랑 셔틀버스 : 무료로 하루 2회 셔틀버스가 운영됩니다. 여건이 되면 24시간 전 미리 신청해서 셔틀을 이용할 수 있습니다. - 2박 3일 동안 숙소 비용 25만원, 어린이 1명에 대한 추가비용 약 5만원, 식당 이용 요금 약 6만원 정도 해서 총 36만원 정도 지출을 했습니다. 아주 만족하며 추천 드립니다.

Amazing 4 days stay here with my husband.Wonderful oasis feeling with beautiful landscapes, great services from staffs, beautiful beach with 2 outdoor swimming pools always warm and clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many different choices of food.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect for dog walkers!!! I went to the resort with my pet. They are very pet friendly. The beach is huge if you walk along the beach you can see native fishers AND NATIVE DOGS. Of course you can only walk between 5-6am bcz of Sun. You can order for a dog too.

I am always touched by your kindness. thank you so much.. 조식 맛있습니다. 레스토랑은 전반적으로 비싸지만 맛있습니다. 다른직원들도 매우 친절합니다. 손님을 잘 기억하고 인사합니다. 버기카 부르면 빨리 옵니다. 수압도 좋습니다. 물도 거실에2병,화장실에 이닦으라고 2병? 줍니다. 더 달러고하면 주더라구요. 여기는 병에 물을 담아 줍니다. 냉장고에 초코렛, 과일,음료수 free.. 입니다. 카지노가 있어서 중국 사람들이 좀 있어요. 매너 없는건 뭐… 조식은 9시쯤 가면 사람 별로 없어 늦게 가시는걸 추천합니다.. 침대도 푹신하니 숙면 하기 좋습니다. 주위가 조용하여 이것저것 방해 안받고 조용히 쉬고 싶으신분들 추천합니다.

Booked because advert stated it was 1.5 miles from Nha Trang but is not close at all being 21km away. However, the staff and the resort was absolutely amazing

Hotel room was spacious, has nice ocean views and the buffett breakfast was great with lots of variety. The downfall was the service, location and the hotel is outdated. Went to the sky deck and that needed a re-vamp. Location was 40mins from city center and there are no shops or any resaturants near the hotel. You are forced to eat at the hotel and the food was basic. As for service, the staff were quick to say no before checking thing. Lack of positive atritude and a service mind.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom villa, but it was nice because it had a large room and 3 toilets. Breakfast was not very great, but I think I got the best service for the price.

Since I was planning my trip with Nha Trang, I have been looking for a resort where I can stay comfortably with my children, and Duyenha Resort was perfect in that sense. All the staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious, and it was very spacious and pleasant, so my family is having a wonderful vacation. My husband wants to stay here even if I come to Nha Trang again next time. It's a little sad that I couldn't play properly because the pool is very big and windy. I should come back when the weather is nice next time!

Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh는 정말 모든 면에서 완벽한 리조트였습니다. 이곳에서의 결혼기념일은 우리의 인생에서 가장 아름다운 추억으로 남을 것입니다. 다시 한번 방문하고 싶을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다.

전반적으로 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하게 응대해줍니다. 아침 조식 괜찮습니다. 공항 픽업드랍도 가능하고 시내 무료 셔틀도 운행합니다. 이번 여행에서 감기가 걸렸는데 보건실 직원이 친절하게 몸상태 체크해주며 약도 챙겨 주어서 너무 고마웠네요. 조용히 쉬고 싶을때 참 좋은곳입니다. 단 12월은 물놀이 하기 추우니 참고 하시기 바랍니다.

Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all. Main pool planks MUST be changed guys. Especially around the kids area they're too worn out, some places have rusty screws sticking out. I think they started to upgrade because one half of the pool had new planks, other side not. We stayed at 12th floor with balcony and sea view. There also, planks have bad condition. With some upgrades it would be too notch! The resort itself is well kept and maintained. Staff super friendly. Beach is not that great comparing to the neighboring hotels (we've been to most of them). All in all it was great! Will come again. Hope they take the constructive criticism :).

나무가 많고 조경이 좋습니다. 건축한지 오래되어 보이지만 깔끔하고, 사용에 불편함이 없었습니다.

Big area, nice beach. Breakfast was nice but too noisy with group tourists. Don’t have 2 person table. I have to join the table to eat a breakfast when I wanted have quiet vacation. They have 6 persons or 10 persons tables and they shout table to table. Not enjoyable breakfast at all. And waitress was using 2 cloth to clean all the tables while I was there to have breakfast.

Peaceful resort hotel. Perfect if you’re looking for relaxation, as, while well-connected, it’s not close to Nha Trang. Loads of great facilities, with a wonderful beach and pools. The food choices are set up primarily with a Chinese clientele in mind, so if you do seek a resort set up for English-speaking guests this might not be for you. We loved the quiet, hot beach on the South China Sea though.

2룸 빌라에서 1박했습니다. 청결하고 매우 넓습니다. 욕실 2개에 또 화장실이 하나 더 있습니다. 에프터눈티, 월컴 초콜릿과 과일, 무료 30분 발마자지도 기분 좋은 서비스였늡니다. 수영장은 2개인데 깊은 곳은 1.8m라 상당히 주의를 기울여야 합니다. 물은 깨끗하고 락스 냄새 나지 않습니다. 조경이 매우 아름답고 리조트가 상당히 넓습니다. 버기카도 이용했지만 걸어서 산책하듯이 조식당, 수영장을 다니면 리조트의 아름다움을 충분히 즐길 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 넓고 깨끗하고 잔잔하며 한적한 전용비치는 정말 최고입니다. 적극 추천하는 곳이며 다시 가고 싶습니다. 다만 수영장 안전요원이 좀 더 적극적으로 활동하길 기대합니다.

We are grateful for the staff and on call nurse that took care of a health issue that we had. Amazing, gave us the medicine amd checked up on us until we checked out. Duyen Ha really made a life long guest.

모든 면에서 5성 호텔이라하기에는 2프로 부족하다. 레스토랑의 직원들 표정은 무표정이며 버기카를 불렀는데 오는데까지 약 10분 이상 소요되었다. 보증금을 현금으로 달라고 요구한다. 비치에 파라솔은 색이 바란채로 있다.

Amazing staffs!

빌라형 숙소. 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소는 좋음. 현지 연휴기간으로 로비와 식당이 혼잡하였으며 가끔 버기가 늦음. 수영장, 피트니스장 좋음. 다음에 조용할때 다시 오고 싶음.

너무 꿈같은 시간이었습니다!! 클래식한 동남아 정통 리조트에 아름다운 야자수와 해변, 수영장- 모든게 완벽했습니다. 개인적으로는 나트랑 다른 리조트들 보다 더 자연 친화적이고 아기자기한 느낌이라 제일 좋았습니다! 저만 알고 싶네요-

Great resort if you are looking for a place for resting. There are not a whole lot options for dining. I was hoping for more vietnamese dining options. As a vietnamese resort, one would think it would offer or show case vietnamese cuisine but you see Japanese, Chinese Korean options. I am a little disappointed. I travel to vietnam to taste Vietnamese food. There are some vietnamese seafood restaurants nearby but they are located on the other side of the street. It takes 10 mins walk, not far at all. However I was not impressed with the cleanliness of that area. It’s much more like a ghetto part of the area. I can’t blame the people living there. There is free bus shuttle that would take you into town, about 40 mins away. It is a long drive. It is busier and has many options for food and sight seeing. But access to the beach is much nicer at the resort, less busy, more privacy, and available pools and washrooms, and services. Overall, I’m happy with the resort stay. Just wish more authentic local dining options.

좋았습니다. wifi가 끊기는게 유일한 흠이네요. 수영장 수질관리도 잘하고 방도 잘 치워줬어요.

I have always enjoyed my stay at Duyen Ha Resort, a relaxing and very pleasant environment.

Checked in on Saturday. Lots of people smoking in front of the casino. Smoking area is just on the side of the path to the hotel room so I had to hold my breath everytime I passed that area. People enjoying a party beside the pool made A LOT OF NOISE until 10 pm. I called the front desk about the noise and just got informed that I had no choice but to wait until the party ended. I think Saturday was the matter. After Saturday, the resort was peaceful, calm and not crowded. The spa , pool, beach were good. I enjoyed the beautiful nature around but be aware of the stained carpet in the room and crawling ants around the juice corner at the main restaurant.

We were a family of 8 adults,We had an amazing stay at the Duyen Ha Resort!! Its 5 star all the way and the staff are so friendly and helpful, The resort and the beaches were breath taking, Villa with private pool was perfect for our family. Food outstanding and service second to none. Would definitely come back. Thank you Duyen resort for making our family holiday memorable xx Venezia Family Australia

The first thing that I noticed is the quality of service, it is without a doubt some of the best I’ve seen. The resort is private and quiet with a very decent spa. The private beach is clean and scenic. You however don’t get to do much with it at the moment, many of the beach activities are missing. The dining options are limited, a few of the restaurants listed isn’t open at the current time. The restaurants we did eat at the foods are decent and the services are always great. If you are staying for more than a few days though, I highly suggest taking the free shuttle into Nha Trang for a complete dining experience. For me personally Duyen Ha resort is a great place to spend a few days of quality time in a quite, private and scenic resort with loved ones.

This is an amazing property to stay. It has the most comfortable beds and the best breakfast l have had in Vietnam. I highly recommend a few nights here. Unfortunately due to covid not everything is back to normal. There is an upside to this and a downside. The upside is that it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The downside is there is a lot of things closed. Restaurants, casino, pool all closed. Golf range, gym and tennis was open. Just a bit of an idea. Staff are doing their best.

22年−23年年末年始6日間の長期滞在で利用しました。 プール付き1ベッドルームビラで滞在。最高の経験でした。 但し、ニャチャンの中心地からは車で30分かかるのでご飯には苦労しました。 コロナ理由か、3、4か所ある施設のレストランが1か所のみ営業。一日中施設にいると、朝、昼、晩と同じレストラン。飽きます。。。 隣りのRaddisonホテルのブルーロボスターへは海沿い10分程歩けば行けます。是非そこも併用をお勧めします。美味しいです。

가족과 함께 하기에 좋습니다. 코로나로 인하여 여전히 많은 곳이 문을 열지 않았지만.. 친절한 직원들과.. 웃음을 일지 않는 직원들로 인하여 모든것이 만족 스럽습니다.

Amazing resort

가족여행으로 딱 좋았습니다. 우기에도 상쾌한 여행이어서 더욱 만족합니다. 다만 코로나영향으로 식당및 여러 코너들이 운영하지 않아 아쉬었습니다. 그리고 식당으로 운영되는 곳이 하나인데 저 입맛에는 별루였어요. 다른점은 아주 좋았습니다. 마지막날에는 밤에 체크아웃했는데 조식을 도시락으로 싸주셔서 감동~~^^

스텝은 친절하였으나, 운영하지 않는 시설이 많아 아쉬웠습니다.

전반적으로 좋은 리조트였습니다 다만 머리카락 같은 세부적인 위생에 조금 더 신경 써주세요

The staff at Duyen Ha Resort are very friendly from the moment you walk into the check-in. The young man who helped us spoke English relatively well, making the process much easier for me and my family. The property is well-kept and very nice. My family and I stayed at a 2-bedroom villa on the property with a private pool. The villa was very nice. The moment you walk into it you are greeted by a wonderful aroma of lemongrass, fresh fruit, and a plate of chocolates. The villa was very nice inside and featured a bathroom in each room, plus an extra half-bath. The air conditioners worked well in the seasonal heat that this part of Vietnam goes through. The pool was very clean and looked very maintained, too. Only one restaurant was open during our stay - the Beachfront restaurant. The food at the restaurant is pretty good, however the small menu gets boring very fast. I do like the selection made available with their deli plate, which features cappicola, chicken breast, and smoked salmon. Some cheeses would have made the plate perfect. The afternoon tea was a pleasant addition. We were expecting just tea, biscuits, and a few cakes, but they brought out this wonderful wooden display with tuna sandwhiches, rolls, five different cakes, tea, and coffee. It looked and tasted great. The country is still recovering from the pandemic, so their other restaurants were still closed due to the small number of visitors. Hopefully they will be open next time we visit.

ベトナムによくあるタイプのVillaが多く建設されているリゾート施設です。 星５の割には価格が安いと思って宿泊してみましたが、価格相当かなという感じです。 悪くはありませんが、よくもない施設でした。

4박을 묵었고 3배드룸 풀빌라, 4배드룸 풀빌라, 2배드룸 풀빌라 이렇게 3군데의 방을 예약해 묵어봤어요! 방마다 느낌이 모두 다른데 정말 완벽했습니다. 럭셔리하고 깨끗하고 넉넉하며 넓은 방은 넓은 방대로, 작은 방은 작은방대로 아늑하고 멋지게 꾸며져 있었어요. 수영장도 생각보다 훨씬 크고 좋았고 신선한 생수병과 맛있는 웰컴 과일을 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 첫날에 친구가 캐리어를 공항에서 다른 사람과 바꾸어 왔는데, 도움을 청할 곳이 없어 리셉션에 전화를 해 공항쪽에 연결을 요청했는데 정말 친절하게 도와주셨어요. 제가 다시 냐짱에 간다면 꼭꼭 다시 묵고싶습니다. 조식도 맛있고 직원분들도 친절하고 정말 좋았어요! 7명의 친구들 모두 행복해했답니다.

개인풀 빌라 1룸에서 2박했습니다. 아내와 함께 충분한 휴식을 취하고 왔습니다. 메인풀의 수질관리가 잘되어있었고(소독약 냄새가 전혀나지 않았음), 수영장 규모도 넓직하고 수심이 깊은 곳은 1.8m 여서 아침운동으로 수영하기에도 좋은 환경이었습니다. 메인풀에서 해변이 가깝고 나트랑 해변에 비해 모래입자가 고왔으며 머무는 동안 은 파도로 수영을 금지해서 바다수영은 하지 못했으나 완만한 수심이라 파도놀이를 즐기기 좋았습니다. 개인풀은 길이 7.5m 정도로 수영 보다는 물에 몸을 담그거나 풀사이드에서의 휴식하기에 좋았습니다. 다시 가고싶네요~

Great resort hotel in Cam Ranh. Nice clean beach, fantastic food with choice of restaurants. Good shuttle service into Nha Trang , all in all a very relaxing stay.

예쁘고 편안한 리조트 키즈클럽은 바닥이 더러웠어요. 잠깐 다녀왔는데 발이 까맣게 변하더라고요 ㅋ ㅋ 직원들은 모두 친절했고 모든 서비스에 만족했습니다. 비치쪽 조식 맛있었어요. 로비에 있는 2층 식당은 맛 없어요.

모든면에서 만족스러움. 근처 래디슨이나 뫼벤픽 등 새것들도 좋지만 횡한 느낌에 식당오픈시간 짧고, 정전등 불편함도 있었는데, 두엔하는 오래된만큼 서비스도 안정되고, 정원도 아름답고, 곳곳의 스텝들도 언제나 필요한곳에 있다. 다만 참을만한 수준이지만 중국인들의 소란스러움이 불편하다면 피해야함

방 2개인 빌라에서 숙박랬는데, 방, 거실 모두에 TV 가 있고, 화장실 3개여서 4인 가족이 편하게 사용했습니다. 풀이 2개 있고, 4개의 레스토랑이 있습니다. 파도가 새서 바다에서는 발만 담그고, 주로 풀에서 지냈습니다.

친절하고 시설도 깨끗하고 공항이랑 가깝고 시내는 무료셔틀 이용하면 될 것 같아요. 아쉬점은 리조트에 점심, 저녁먹을 장소가 협소해요. 시내 나가시면 리조트에서 먹을 음식 싸오세요^^

시내에서 머물다가 이틀을 공항 근처인 두옌하에서 머물렀는데 너무 완벽해요 앞에는 바다도 있고 조식도 나쁘지 않고 다만 벌레가 많아서 ㅠㅠㅠ 개미가 많았어요 ㅠㅠ

4베드룸에 묵었습니다. 두옌하는 시설이 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절 했습니다. 주변에 중국인 관광객들이 많았었습니다. 그리고 공항이 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다. 늦게 도착했는데도 친절히 잘 안내 받았습니다.
