La habitacion no era mala, falta de limpieza en objetos pero no estaba mal la verdad
No me dejaron meter a mi primo de invitado cuando venia a visitar a mi familia, nos querian multar por 5000 pesos por llevar a mi primo porque era menor de edad y no tenia supervision cuando todos somos mayores de edad, el personal nos trato de forma muy hostil y practicamente como vagos, ibamos a hospedarnos y nos dijeron que si queriamos fiesta que nos vallamos alla y agarremos el rollo, literalmente, lamentable actuacion de personal. Por cierto, mi puerta estaba defectuosa y se abria sola, debia ponerle seguro para que no abra, cosa que no pasaba en la de uno de mis hermanos, osea que eran 2 puertas defectuosas, tengo videos documentando todo por si necesitan pruebas😏
The room was good size, had a table for work, was clean, the air conditioner works well, the bathroom was clean and with good space, the area for cooking with many spaces. The microwave works well. The fridge was clean. I took some pot and pan for cook. You can walk to the mission mall, to the consulate, and to the S-mart to buy whatever you need to cook. The area is very secure, in comparation with a guess house. We love to be there, people working here were very nice.
The only thing I don't like about it was they don't allow you to drink or eat in the pool area. However, I really love to be there.

I didnt like the first day the bedding and pillows had a weird smell, so we had to ask for new bedding. I also didn’t like they have a coffee machine in the lobby, but during the week I was there it never worked nor they had cups

Nos hubiera encantado que tuvieran un kit de renta de sartenes y cucharas para poder usar la cocina. Sería buena idea que complementaran con eso

La atención, la habitación, que contaba con gimnasio, lavandería. Y que justo cruzando la calle tenía el centro comercial. Muy necesario para la distracción, el consulado está a una cuadra y de echo todo está cerca.
It’s a great location if you are looking to be near the consular and the medical exam , one block away. Hotel is decently clean, you can also cook. The electric stove is available. Bring your own broom, because the cleaning service is once per week. Also bring your own cooking supplies, it’s available with a fee. Overall, budget friendly compare to the rest of overpriced hotels nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel, budget friendly, convenient, and save you a lot of hassle traveling from hotel to consular and medical exam center and where you pick up your visa package, 3 in one. It saves you time and money.

Our walk in shower felt disgusting it had mold around the grout floor. The bed felt so hard and would lean a certain way.

Nuestra estancia fue extraordinaria, todo el personal es bastante amable, el lugar esta impecable, huele rico, nos dieron sabanas y toallas limpias cuando les pedíamos, todo muy limpio, la iluminación y ubicación esta perfecta, podíamos ir a varios lados caminando, enfrente esta una plaza comercial muy bonita con muchas cosas para comer, el cuarto de hotel también tiene una estufa y refri, hasta cajones tiene, es como una cocina integral mini, excelente para cocinar, honestamente es la mejor opción, no hay ruido de los carros, cada habitación tiene clima, es un hotel super cómodo en todos los aspectos, agradezco mucho a todo el personal ya que desde el recibimiento, cada turno de recepción, las personas de la limpieza fueron muy amables con nosotros, y como un extra una alberca para relajarse super bonita.

It was really dirty. The floors had hair on them, the shower had hair, the towels were brown. Only stayed at the hotel to sleep not hangout there. The beds were already really noisy

Everything about this place was perfect and very good for me, i had my doubts at first, as soon as i arrived i felt a warm and pleasant welcome at their front desk, the guy that took care of me exceeded all my expectations, he explained everything to me, offered his knowledge and help at all times.This place was very clean, super comfortable, the service was excellent, the personal all around was absolutely very nice, super professional and let me tell everyone that they made me feel like a family or part of a big group of friends cause I was very nervous for the process that I was there for and they always had something positive to tell me every time I had a question related to my oncoming Consulate appointment. I can't thank them enough or have enough words to describe how good this place was. Thank you very much to everyone!!!! You guys will alwaysbhave a very good place in my heart and memory, you guys made me feel happy when I was down and worry and celebrated with me the day of my approval. Thank you'll from my heart again!!!!
That i can't remember the name of the guys and personal to describe them by name in my review, they all were excellent. From the ladies that cleaned my room, to the lady that helped me with my laundry, to the tall skinny guy with a beard in the morning shift, you guys were all exceptional. Thank you!!!!!!

The hotel is quite old and not well-maintained. Although they offer rooms with kitchenettes, they do not provide cutlery or dishes, which must be purchased separately—this was the most disappointing aspect. The treadmills at the gym were not functioning, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. Housekeeping is only provided once every seven days. Overall, apart from the location, my experience was disappointing.

Me gusto el tamaño del departamento, era muy cómodo, silencioso, la ubicación es muy buena al tener muy cerca la Plaza las Misiones y al poder llegar caminando al Consulado, Clínicas y CAS. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier solicitud y el personal fue amable y claro al responder.
Falta más limpieza pero entiendo que es porque cocinamos y el cochambre llega a manchar paredes. En algún momento el baño tenía un olor desagradable pero fue solucionado inmediatamente después de reportarlo.

The room was not clean . The bed was dirty had juice spots everywhere on the sheets. The window was broken and the room smelled of bleach. Hair and paper were all over the floor and we had no toilet paper or towels . The staff only stood talking among each other and didn’t care we were standing in line waiting.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. Irving at the front desk was exceptional.!!! Coming to Mexico for the first time I was a bit uncomfortable but they made me feel welcomed and even let me check into my room a couple hours early..

location location location, if you are going to the consulate it doesn't get any better than this (price wise), you are literally 10 min walking distance from the consulate, so it's pretty convenient. other than that, the room is pretty big and you get all the appliances you need.
i mean, you get what you pay for, although there's nothing truly bad about it, the rooms feel old and empty, but still get the job done, honestly don't expect any luxury here, but for the price i don't even care. i also had trouble calling the reception on my way there to tell them i was going to be later than expected, which sort of gave me some unnecessary anxiety, if they could fix the reception phone that'd be great!

The first room they gave us was very dirty , the sheets weren’t cleaned and dirt was all over the floor . No toilet paper , no wash towels and air conditioner was so loud . Room was overpowered with ever they clean with. 2nd room was a little better but the window was broken and screws were holding it up.
