Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Check in. Helpfulness of staff. Great breakfast. Local taxi arrangement.
With the current heatwave, air conditioning may have been nice. Absolutely not the hotel’s issue but taxi from airport to hotel ripped me off. Standard rate 25 to 30 Euro. The route the driver took was 48 Euro. Th taxi the hotel arranged gave me a discount on the lower fare from the shorter route.

I feel fear when I see glassware in a tiled bathroom. In this hotel, they kept glass cups above the sink, too low to rest a toothbrush in, but dangerous if they fell on the floor and broke into sharp shards.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025We stayed there only one night after arriving in Frankfurt from Colorado. None of the 3 of us had slept over 1-2 hours before landing. There are several steps into where the elevator is at from the parking area. Parking was high compared to every other place we stayed during our 3 weeks there. We did not take the breakfast option as it was more also than going to a nearby cafe. Worse was the noise. At about midnight we were rudely awakened by 6-8 drunks speaking very loudly in the parking lot . We speak fluent German & yelled at them to quiet down. My husband even went down & knocked on the door of the manager who did not answer. This went on for over 2 hours.
