Hot water did not came out. Wifi gets weak on and off. Only 2in1 soap is provided. Except for them, the staff was kind and friendly. Room and linens were clean despite being aged. Restaurant offers sufficient range of F&B. If fridge in the room is not turned off while the room is vacant, it was better as I could keep my own beverages cool.

For a 3 star hotel, overall is good. Hotel and rooms are clean. Surprised the room can actually sleep 3 people. Pretty big . Nothing fanciful.

It was ok. The interior was renovated however the upkeep wasn’t as good.

Good choice to stay in this hotel. Breakfast spread better than other hotel in the vicinity. Comfy and nice decor room.

Staff, service, cleanliness location, free parking and size of room were all great! T.V. reception and wifi were spotty though.

Everything was excellent. The food served at the cafe good and affordable. Will stay here for my next trip to batu pahat.

Was given an old style room which is not as shown in photos. Room size is big but everything else is old. Shower is not comfortable, shower curtain looks dirty and not feeling comfortable to walk on the carpet without wearing slipper. The other things is ok, but a bit pricey and breakfast is not included.

A family room may consist of 2 double bed instead of 1 double and 1 single bed. Anyway it is a nice room.

Breakfast is acceptable. Everyday, we need to ask the Housekeeping to provide additional bath towels. Also no replacement of hand soap after 2-3 days of use.

Breakfast was good but the bathroom had stale Smell

Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful. The food was great, really great. Near with Dewan Jubli Intan Sultan Iskandar. Suitable for anyone looking for a stay after an event at that place. Cons: I dont think they change the bedsheet, still got some hair, the bathroom door got some space to peek, the bathtub outlet doesnt go into the direct pipe. The floor was in flood after you open the bathtub outlet. No bidet.

Such a spacious hotel room that we booked. The hotel front desk staff was very polite & nice eventhough we checked in at 3am. What a good stay.

I checked in close to midnight so was pretty relieved that it was quick and easy with the option to pay upon checkout without deposit. Overall room was clean and without any frills like carpeting, gym or swimming pool which I find so unnecessary as we just want a good night's sleep. However, management could have invested in higher quality bedding with crisp white bed sheets which would have added a notch up its value chain.

WAKE UP BY THE LOUD SPEAKER FROM NEARBY MOSQUE/SURAU EARLY IN THE MORNING. PUT AN ABSORBER ON THE DOOR TO ABSORB THE NOISE WHEN CLOSING THE DOORS.

Located at the heart of the town...large room

One of my fav hotels in BP. Excellent location in the town and warm hospitality.

The room is nice, spacious and just renovated. The mattress is old and one of the divan bed base is broken. the sound prove is bad.the toilet bowl water after flush is yellowish. I was expected a buffet breakfast but end up is alacart breakfast. The food is really delicious.

Short overnight stay with comfort in a old hotel. Pros: - clean and spacious room. - easy check-in - comfortable beds - bathroom comes with body wash and shampoo. - hallway contains water dispensor and coffee/tea machine - hotels close to center of town, landmarks and eateries Cons: - Hotel overall need updating - lack of parking space at night or day when restaurant is full. - provided free newspaper but reception should ask customer first which newspaper they prefer - Room need updating. - Breakfast can be better.

if you want to sell the rooms including breakfast please make sure you have enough food. Breakfast is 7.30 till 10.30am food finish at 9 am is in acceptable felt cheated simple food like egg is out of stock can you imagine?

As the room is along the roadside, it is challenging to rest through the nights. There is plenty of lose noises from the vehicles, especially motorbikes even to the 3am. Greatly disturbed our sleep. The rattan chairs were too worn out to sit on.
