Arrived late - departed early; only one breakfast opportunity over 3 days - very windy between the two buildings - front desk not explaining well all the hotel activities and opportunities - terrible parking organisation compensated by vehicle to drop and pick up

Frokosten var helt grei for meg , sitte komforten var kanskje litt vanskelig enkelte plasser for meg som er høy , men greide stor sett å finne passende bord eller bar område.

Det at jeg plutselig ble booket om og bedt om å forlate hotellet med et døgns varsel er noe jeg aldri har opplevd. Alternativet var at jeg skulle forlate hotellet kl 0800 om morgenen for så å kunne komme tilbake til rommet kl 1700 uten noe form for refusjon eller tilbud om annet rom. Det ble sagt at det skulle jobbes på rommet og at strømmen ble tatt i hele Jomtien. Bare tull, det var strøm i Jomtien hele dagen. Klaget til Booking.com i Norge ,mens jeg var på hotellet. Det var en Mikael som skulle ordne opp , men han gjorde en avtale med hotellet og vi ble kastet ut. Utrolig !

Presque tous les employés sont gentils, attentionnés et offrent un bon service, ce qui est tout à fait en accord avec les prix pratiqués.

Lors de ce séjour, un seul membre du personnel a eu une attitude inappropriée. Le 06/06/2026, vers 18h00–19h00, un employé dont je ne connais pas le nom est venu nous demander de nettoyer le sable avant d’entrer dans l’hôtel. Cependant, le ton employé ainsi que son expression faciale n’étaient pas appropriés

Zand appears to have 3 towers. Only tower 3 would have possibly good views of Ocean and pool if you are in a room facing the sea. Photos and some descriptions on booking.com are misleading. Apparently some renovations are being done. Rooms looked tired and need repair

Personale professionale , nella mia camera la pulizia era ottima . La camera grand deluxe con jacuzzi era spaziosa . Buona la colazione

Sarò stato sfortunato ma il condizionatore della mia camera era un trattore . Non ho chiuso occhio tutta la notte . Mettere anche il motore all interno del Balcone , che rimane proprio di fianco al letto matrimoniale, non è stata una scelta pensata

Location very good for families and the bhat buses for 10 bhat run regularly just flag one down pay 10 bhat get on and ring bell to get of so you can get anywhere in Pattaya both beaches for no more than 20 to 30 bhat per person, It has a nice restaurant and the pizzas are very good so enjoy 😁

Het hotel ligt zo ongeveer aan het eind van de boulevard en daardoor rustiger dan richting Pattaya. Voor een kleine meerprijs hebben we wel een upgrade genomen naar een grotere kamer want de standaard kamer heeft totaal geen bewegingsruimte. Leuke loungeplekken rond het zwembad. Vriendelijke medewerkers.

Ontbijt is zeker uitgebreid maar erg weinig opties voor Europesen. Elke dag exact hetzelfde net als de playlist muziek.

Położenie- ciszej, spokojniej i plaża do naszej dyspozycji. Możliwość łatwego dojazdu do centrum.

Mało dokładne sprzątanie i hałas z klimatyzacji- ale to standard w Tajlandii

Piscine agréable et restaurant excellent ainsi que le bar.

L'état général de l'établissement est à rafraîchir. Côté bar et restaurant agréable, très cosy.

The location was very good.

The bathroom was dirty and despite asking to clean the walls of bathroom it didn't happen.

เราขึ้นอาคารผิดแต่มีแม่บ้านเหมือนไม่เต็มใจที่เราขึ้นตึกไม่ผิด อันนี้เราไม่เคยไป เคยไปครั้งแรก ก็อาจจะหลงแต่ก็อยากให้ยิ้มให้บ้างหรือพูดจาดีๆใส่บาง

Only one socket in the room over looked by other rooms had to get in and out of bed from the bottom no room at the side of the double bed only one chair and was not comfortable at all.

Nice staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. Nice relax and pool area. Comfortable beds and quiet room.

Maybe this used to be a 4 star hotel back in the day but it is not anymore. Room and bathroom were not very clean and the toilet was leaking.

Obchody a restaurace v okolí, pláž hned přes cestu, na recepci moc milí a vstřícní.

Ve sprše nejde nastavit teplota vody, ta byla dost chladná. Na balkonu není žádné posezení ani stoleček. Sušák na balkoně je rezavý. U bazénu nejsou lehátka na opalování, jen místa k sezení a místa k ležení jsou schované pod plachtou.

Clean rooms. The location was right across the beach. The food at the restaurant was really good.

There was no parking available at the hotel. Had to drive till the end of the street for parking which was not very convenient. To their credit, the hotel vehicle will pick you up from the parking area. Also, there was no hot water in the toilet. I checked in late and was tired, so I didn't want to change the room just for a hot shower.

I truly appreciate the location, primarily because of its close proximity to the beach. Being just steps away from the shoreline offers a unique sense of tranquility and escape from the usual hustle. The atmosphere is remarkably peaceful — the gentle sound of waves, the fresh sea breeze, and the open horizon create a calming environment that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. The natural beauty of the area is spectacular, with stunning views that shift throughout the day, from golden sunrises to serene sunsets. It’s the kind of place that invites reflection, relaxation, and a deep sense of contentment.

The space in the room is limited, which might affect the comfort of the occupant.

I want furniture on the balcony. Maby do someting to the birds on breakfast. Very nice Hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable, and everything went smoothly. I’d be happy to come back again.

ที่น่าเบื่อมากคือ ที่จอดรถน้อย แต่เค้าก็มีที่จอดสำรองแต่ไกลจากตัวตึก มีรถรับส่งไปที่จอดรถที่ไกลจากตัวตึก

พนักงานดีแต่เลือกดูแล โดยเฉพาะถ้าคุณมาจากดารจอง ตามเว็บ บุคกิ้งดอทคอมจะไม่ได้รับการปฎิบัติแนะนำว่าอะไรอยู่ตรงไหน รหัสไวไฟคืออะไร ตึกมีกี่ตึก ขึ้นไปลงไปแบบบไหน ไม่ประทับใจและการจองมาครั้งนี้จะเป็นครั้งเดียวที่มาพักผ่อน

What a great hotel the staff are amazing especially Aor I looked forward to seeing her a breakfast yum and bo went out of there way to make our stay amazing this is our second time at this hotel it won't be our last .Johnny and Man were good fun.shannon and Nit were really niceI would definitely recommen this hotel food cocktails are great but most off all the staff make this hotel all the better definitely come stay at The Zand Morada

Personnels très sympa. Restaurant avec zone climatisée Nourritures très bonnes au restaurant. Chambre confortable avec une grande salle de bain avec baignoire. Climatisation très bien. Accès parking voitures en sous-sol très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Zone avec des commerces de restauration à 50 mètres. Accès à la plage à 50 mètres.

Pas de vue mer de la chambre. Après réservation et paiement, j'ai reçu un message de l'hôtel mentionnant que la piscine était en travaux et inaccessible. Heureusement une option gratuite par navette à été mise en place pour utiliser la piscine d'un autre hôtel à 3 min par la navette gratuite.

I liked that we had a sea view and that it was only 30 seconds to the beach. The breakfast was okay, but I missed a typical European-style breakfast. I wish there had been more variety, like different cheeses, ham, breads, pancakes, etc., instead of mostly rice and beef stews. I also wish they had informed us about the pool renovation beforehand. There was no information about it on the website, which was disappointing.

Overall a nice quiet place with restaurant on the outskirts of Jomtien Beach

A bit away from shopping and nightlife as we had to get a 20mins tuk tuk 🛺 truck to anything other than a quiet bar or restaurant. The beach across the road, unable to swim as it is not clean.

Location, facilities, rooms are spacious, cleanliness is good, everything is as it should be There may be a lot of air conditioning noise, but I'm sleeping because I'm tired, so I don't hear it.

Room 3404 ~ 2 x Nights ~ Booked via Agoda We would NOT BOOK HERE AGAIN !!! We had a Seaview room over looking the Hotel pool to the Beach and Sea. We found out they start Karaoke around the pool and bar around 6pm We could not sleep at all - finally the music stopped around 10:30pm All staff are Excellent - warm and welcoming.... We got to meet the famous 'Johnny' at Check In - he is good as his reputation..... Buffet Breakfast was Awesome, great choices and very clean and staff care. Our room had some major issues in around the Bathroom. The Bathroom is very very tired and old and in need up an URGENT UPGRADE. See the photos attached..... Car parking is minimal, the ground floor car park was full on arrival at 1:30pm. We had to park on the side road on the hotel entrance. All in all with everything considered we would NOT BOOK & STAY HERE AGAIN..... Why?? Not good Value for Money overall.......

All of the staff were great, friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfy bed.

Little space between the bed and the walls. Poor building design. Also, we were in the rear tower and we got lost 3 times trying to find the correct lift. Plus there was only one lift which is not adequate.
