Absolutamente todo es excelente

Tal vez el acceso, vía con huecos pero no es motivo para no pasarla bien.

There was not hair dryer in the bathroom and we ordered two lemonades with the diner that were forgotten and charged on the bill, but the recepcionist accepted remove them from the bill

Buenas agua termales , piscina amplia y limpia . Servicios buenos . Habitación comoda , buen colchón , baño amplio . Desayuno generoso y bueno. Fruta , jugo , huevos , caldo .

Muy buena atención por parte de los encargados de check in, la habitación excelente, limpia, cómoda. Las instalaciones y termales muy lindos y limpios

El restaurante porque la oferta no es variada y ni la comida es rica.

La atención del personal

Algunos huéspedes fueron bulliciosos, pero el personal del hotel procura que el ambiente sea tranquilo.

Las instalaciones y el personal son magníficos

La higiene en el manejo de la pisicina, no se controla el comportamiento de los qur la usan de manera antihigienica. La piscina de lunes a miércoles la abren a público mientras lavan la del balneario y las personas que entran no tuvieron buenas prácticas higiénicas.

El desayuno es muy básico: huevos, pan, fruta y cereal, queríamos arepa boyacense, típica en los desayunos de la región, la cobraron como adicional, aunque a un precio bajo, considero que es un valor a disolver en el precio de la noche, no se siente bien ese cobro adicional por algo básico y típico. La alarma de incendios de la habitación se activó 2 veces por el vapor de la ducha, un ruido insoportable que el personal del hospedaje no supo apagar, tuvimos que aguantarlo

The water had good temperature

It was an open to the air hotel with no climatisation at all, although it was winter and cold. They told us that there is nothing to give us for warmth and suggested that we cover ourselves with blankets. They said they could prepare lunch and dinner, but all they offered were sandwiches and crepes.( The nearest village Iza is some 7 km away. They proposed to us twice to wear paper braceletes around our wrists ( being guests of the hotel) having less than 10 clients altogether!

Cleanliness and location

Charges were not clear, I explained I live outside and not taxes should apply but the staff was not helpful about it.

Beautiful place to relax and rest. Comfortable rooms and spaces to enjoy nature. Great breakfast.

Hot spring fed pools and saunas were amazing!

We were told that we could order from the Al carte menu in the restaurant for dinner, but the server would only let us order from the snack menu, which wasn’t really sufficient for an evening meal.

Un lugar tranquilo con excelentes zonas humedas. El restaurante no tiene una buena oferta sobre todo en las noches y los platos demasiado costosos para las pequeñas porciones que ofrece. Siento que quieren exprimir al máximo a los huéspedes con los altos costos de todos los servicios adicionales, en especial el restaurante.

Un lugar para alejarse del ruido, para descansar , con personal muy muy amable y dispuesto, la comida muy buena. Relax total..

The restaurant and the pool

Muy bien, el sitio es espectacular, la limpieza, la atención, la comida super. Lo único es arreglar la parte vieja del turco y baños, pero en general todo muy bien.

La atención de su personal no hay ningún punto negativo, amables y siempre atentos. habitaciones con baños sin remodelar, muy pobres en su presentación, toallas muy duras sin suavizantes. Zonas húmedas sin remodelar, lo mismo de hace 30 años, pisos del baño turco lamentable con parches de cemento y la piscina la escalera de entrada baldosín de hace 30 años muy deteriorado. Mi consejo no dejen decaer el hotel y hagan las mejoras necesarias y que están a la vista.

Good location and great natural hot springs.

It is a little difficult to understand that many restrictions have been placed on the thermal pool that is exclusively for guests, and the one that is open to people who go only for the day is completely open and without any restrictions. Just to name a few things, the guest pool has nets around it to prevent people from jumping in. In the same way, it is not possible to consume liquids near the pool; you can not even have them inside those nets. However, when going to the pool, where people can pay to stay during the day and not sleep in the hotel, this does not have nets, and people drink all kinds of drinks even while inside the pool. The one for guests of the hotels should be more open and free than the other one. The nets actually make looks the place not so beautiful.

El hotel es maravilloso, atienden muy bien y los termales son excelentes. Creo que es necesario renovación de colchones por qué la cama y las almohadas quitaban durante la noche el descanso del día

The natural hot springs water

staffing always have a bad attitude services. Food at restaurant was limited and take a long time to place your order, due the bad attitude of the staff. Bar was very limited on their drinks and makes you feel they don’t want to sell beverages.

The weather was super nice. The accomodations were very good by the mountain. The staff was great. The thermal pools were the best! It was quiet. We went for a walk and there were tons of eucaliptus trees. The smell was awesome.

We liked the service and the pools

The main road to reach there it was in a really poor conditions and if it rains it make it very difficult to arrive to the destination. The room for four people is very small. Even tho we were only 3 we felt it was overrated. Is understandable that the don’t have wifi due to the total is located between the nature but it should be a way to have internet in the place

The Termales (pool) were clean and warm. The staff were friendly and really nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was very good with good prices.

Hotel bastante cómodo, instalaciones muy buenas, siendo campestre el hotel cuenta con una excelente infraestructura

Muy bien recomendable para un buen descanso

No hay: Señal Wifi Cajilla de seguridad en el cuarto Nevera o Minibar en la habitación Reloj en la piscina para controlar el tiempo, o saber la hora de la reserva en el baño turco

Lugar mágico lleno de una riqueza natural ideal para plan familiar. Sin embargo no logramos descansar plenamente debido a que el ruido en las pasillos y zonas comunes es muy alto por parte de los huéspedes y no se respeta el descanso, falto más control por parte de la administración para evitar tanto ruido y respetar el descanso de los demás
